O hotel é sujo, MICRO, e tem algumas falhas de design (ref gap da porta e botões de descarga do banheiro). Eu não recomendo ficar aqui. A equipe não tinha minha reserva em arquivo, mas me encontrou um quarto depois de afirmar que eles estavam cheios; o “limpo” era trabalho urgente. As paredes são finas como papel, então você pode ouvir seus vizinhos e convidados andando nos corredores.

The hotel is dirty, MICRO, and has some design flaws (ref door gap & toilet flush buttons). I do not recommend staying here. The staff did not have my reservation on file, but found me a room after stating they were full; the “clean” was rush job. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear your neighbors and guests walking in the halls.

Infelizmente, tive que ficar aqui durante viagens de negócios algumas vezes e não fiquei impressionado. Os quartos foram sujos, incluindo comida debaixo das camas, coisas espalhadas nas paredes, cabelos na pia e na cortina do chuveiro, etc. As paredes são finas como papel, tornando muito difícil obter um descanso de qualidade. Uma viagem, o elevador estava fora de serviço o tempo todo (mais de uma semana). A "academia" é péssima, com equipamentos perigosos e inseguros. Eu viajo bastante a trabalho e este é de longe o pior lugar que já fiquei.

I have unfortunately had to stay here during business trips a couple of times and have not been impressed.Rooms have been unclean, including food under beds, stuff splattered on walls hairs in sink & on shower curtain, etc.Walls are paper thin making it very hard to get quality rest.One trip,, the elevator was out of service the entire time (over a week).The "gym" is abysmal, with rikity & unsafe equipment.I travel for work quite a bit & this is by far the worst place I have stayed.

Minha família e I hospedado aqui no 23 dez. I got este hotel em um desses hotwire hot promoções para não estava esperando muito como estava procurando um lugar barato para passar a noite antes de cruzar a fronteira de manhã. Devo dizer que fiquei muito impressionado com este hotel. Check-in foi fácil ea senhora da recepção foi muito bom. Peguei um quarto no primeiro andar e consegui estacionar meu carro bem na frente da janela. Quarto era limpo e eu gostei que tinha um frigorífico e microondas. A nossa estadia foi muito agradável e não há nada negativo para dizer honestamente. Parecia muito seguro, pois muitos soldados estaduais ficam neste hotel. Acordamos com nosso carro estacionado entre dois policiais estaduais! Eu vou ao México 2 vezes por ano e este será definitivamente o meu hotel e vou reservar diretamente com o hotel.

A partir do momento em que entramos no momento em que saímos foi uma ótima experiência. Era véspera de Ano Novo e decidimos fazer uma viagem de última hora sem reservas, sabendo que as reservas provavelmente não aconteceriam e provavelmente não encontraríamos um quarto, mas quando entramos no Eagle Pass paramos no primeiro hotel, paramos e entramos as senhoras foram muito simpáticas, o gerente do escritório sabia que não tínhamos reservas e ela se esforçou para nos conseguir uma e também fomos capazes de usar nosso desconto com AARP. Muito obrigado por uma experiência divertida e maravilhosa. Nós vamos voltar

My family and I stayed here on Dec 23. I got this hotel on one of those hotwire hot deals so I wasn't expecting much as I was just looking for a cheap place to spend the night before crossing the border in the morning. I have to say I was very impressed with this hotel. Check in was easy and the front desk lady was very nice. I got a room on the first floor and was able to park my car right in front of the window. Room was clean and I liked that it had a fridge and microwave. Our stay was very pleasant and there isnt anythin negative to say honestly. It felt very safe as many state troopers stay in this hotel. We woke up to our car parked in between two state troopers! I go to mexico 2 times per year and this will definitely be my go to hotel and I will book directly with the hotel.

From the time we walked into the time we left was a great experience. It was New Year’s Eve and we decided on a last minute travel without any reservations knowing that reservations were probably not gonna happen and we were probably not gonna find a room but as we drove into Eagle Pass stopped at the first hotel we stopped and walked in the ladies were very friendly the office manager knew that we didn’t have reservations and she went out of her way to get us one and we were also able to use our discount with AARP. Thank you so much for a fun and wonderful experience. We will return

Excelente trato, mucha seguridad con mi auto ya que en este lugar se hospedan federales de caminos y llegan constantemente, la habitación muy limpia, el desayuno continental de primera... Definitivamente lo recomiendo y en lo personal si vuelvo a quedarme en este lugar .

I had the worst hotel experience at MICROTEL by Wyndham on April 7-8, 2018.This is the worst customer service from this Wyndham chain and the Manager couldn't care less.I returned from the casino around 6:30am to rest, I was about to gave the lady receptionist my reservation number and without any hesitation the lady simply said "Is Cancelled", and continued mentioning, All reservations are cancelled at 3 am. for all Guest that have not showed up personally with the hotel receptionist, and there is Nothing the Hotel can do about it......but do not worry MICROTEL won't invoice Expedia.... and I can offer you a room at our rate..... WHAT ???. I could not believe what she was telling me.This is the most stupid answer I have ever heard from a hotel receptionist personnel.Now, I found myself and my wife astonished, tired and exhausted (wanting to rest), mute and defendless before the receptionist negligence and poor, very poor and bad customer service attitude.I felt let down by an incompetent, .... UH AHA SURE, this was an insult to my intelligence. Expedia had already charge me and MICROTEL want my money again..... I am not a stupid. So, I loudly demanded be accomodated, didn't wanted do so but receptionist gave me no other options.Finally, I was accomodated in a tiny tiny small room (124), of course this was not a Guest room.Oh, and by the way, the recptionist was never able to demostrate me the 3AM NO SHOW Microtel CANCELLATION POLICY. (I consider this a Complete FRAUD for hotel customers)I will never come back again to this hotel.Tuve la peor experiencia de hotel en MICROTEL by Wyndham los días 7 y 8 de Abril de 2018. Este es el peor servicio al cliente de esta cadena Wyndham y al gerente no le importó nada.Regresé del casino alrededor de las 6:30 am para descansar, estaba a punto de darle a la recepcionista mi número de reservación y sin dudarlo la señora simplemente dijo "Está cancelada", y continuó mencionando: “Todas las reservaciones se cancelan a las 3 A.M. para todos los huespedes que no se han presentado personalmente con la recepcionista del hotel, y no hay nada que el Hotel pueda hacer al respecto ... pero no se preocupe, MICROTEL no facturará a Expedia ... y puedo ofrecerle un habitación a nuestra tarifa ..... ¿QUÉ? No podía creer lo que me estaba diciendo. Esta es la respuesta más estúpida que he escuchado de un encargado de recepción de un hotel.Ahora, me encuentro con mi esposa completamente asombrados, cansados y exhaustos (queriendo descansar), mudos e indefensos ante la negligencia de la recepcionista y la mala, mala y muy mala actitud de servicio al cliente. Me sentí defraudado por un incompetente, .... UH AHA SEGURO, esto fue un insulto a mi inteligencia. Expedia ya me cobró y MICROTEL quiere mi dinero otra vez ... No soy estúpido.Así que, exigí en voz alta que me atendieran,no quería hacerlo, pero la recepcionista no me dio otras opciones. Finalmente, me alojaron en una pequeña y pequeña habitación (124), por supuesto, esta no era una habitación para huéspedes.Ah, y dicho sea de paso, el recepcionista nunca pudo demostrarme la POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN de 3AM “NO GUEST SHOW” deMicrotel.Considero esta excusa como un completo Fraude para los clientes.Nunca volveré a este hotel.
