Very nice place to stay in Barcelona!
My girlfriend and I stayed there for 4 nights.
Very close to the Bus stop (46) which comes/goes straight to the airport. If going there, I would recommend getting the T-10 pass from the airport (From the renfe station across the street walkway of the airport) and then getting on bus 46 and getting off at ave de parallel. You pay 1 euro per person then 6 on the aerobus, and on top of that you are much closer to the apartment.
We got there a couple hours before 3 PM (check in time) and we were still able to get into the room. Very easy automated service.
We did not have hot water at the first entry, but that was solved by 6 PM that day, so that was fine.
Very safe neighborhood, and about 5 minutes from the Plaza espana station for mont serrant, and about 15 minutes from the Gothic quarter. Safe walk from the Gothic quarter and back, even at night.
Quiet area as well.
The apartment is spacious enough for 2 people and enough closet space, but the bedroom is a little small.

Nice, central location. Apartments are nice but bathrooms need some help. Tiny shower area with water leaking out and hardly had hot water in the shower.

Unfriendly staff at reception. Apartment is huge and very modern. Kitchen has all the basic stuff one needs. The living room could have been cleaner.

For the price, it was great!
Don't expect hotel level service - there is no one on-premesis and the self-serve check in takes a few extra minutes but it wasn't an issue.
In exchange, you get a place that feels like your own apartment in a nice neighbourhood. Not Hotel-Level clean but as clean as you could expect someone's home to be. Fully stocked kitchen and windows on both sides of your suite made it a pleasant place to hang out, make breakfast, etc.
We found this place for a great price compared to the full fledged hotels in the area. Cleaning staff was friendly. Would stay here again.
The windows were good for blocking out the road noise. There are only 2 suites per floor, but noise travels quite a bit. We got lucky in our 7 night stay, we had neighbours for a weekend and we could hear them partying very clearly during a Saturday, and some noise from the above neighbkurs, but it wasn't a big deal.
