Eu amei o Mayburg Salzburg Hotel. Localização perfeita para quem está em Salzburgo para visitar cidades próximas, pois fica a 7 minutos da estação central. Um novo hotel, quarto confortável, funcionários muito simpáticos e amigáveis. Recomendado devido ao valor muito bom para o dinheiro

❗️Getting Money Back❗️
This is Hyemin Shin (ShinHyemin on your booking information & Booking ID: 345722411) who stayed in your hotel on 29.12.2022 ~ 31.12.2022.
On the day I book this hotel I already paid through the site which is called ‘Agoda’. But on the day I did check-in, the desk officer explained about something as a deposit and room charge and then I paid 320 euros by card on that day. Then he said if I we don’t use anything in hotel like bar and then we would get all of our money back.
But until now, I didn’t get back my money. The day when I did check-out, the other officer said that I could get it back in 1-2 days. I emailed to you guys and called but there is no answer. So could you check it please? I’m so annoyed now.

Eu não entendo os comentários parcialmente negativos, os quartos são provavelmente um pouco pequenos (absolutamente o suficiente para 2 pessoas), mas eles eram limpos e novos. A equipe foi extremamente amigável e o café da manhã tinha uma grande variedade. A única coisa que foi um pouco estranha no começo foi que nem todos os funcionários falavam alemão. A comida no restaurante era muito boa, cada um tem que decidir por si se vale o preço.

An excellent stay. Despite a recent opening the hotel staff were completely on point and very attentive and helpful. The rooms were modern, beds comfortable and good toiletries. The breakfast was very good and the Bircher Muesli and Christmas spices were exceptional. As a tip - oat milk is the milk of choice for cappuccinos. Many thanks for the hospitality. We’ll be back! Uma excelente estadia. Apesar de uma abertura recente, a equipe do hotel foi totalmente pontual e muito atenciosa e prestativa. Os quartos eram modernos, camas confortáveis e bons artigos de toalete. O café da manhã era muito bom e o Bircher Muesli e as especiarias de Natal eram excepcionais. Como dica - o leite de aveia é o leite de escolha para cappuccinos. Muito obrigado pela hospitalidade. El desayuno era muy bueno y el Bircher Muesli y las especias navideñas eran excepcionales. Como consejo, la leche de avena es la leche preferida para los capuchinos. No entiendo las críticas negativas en parte, las habitaciones son probablemente un poco pequeñas (absolutamente suficiente para 2 personas), pero estaban limpias y nuevas. El personal era extremadamente amable y el desayuno tenía una gran selección. Lo único que fue un poco extraño al principio fue que no todos los empleados hablaban alemán. La comida en el restaurante era muy buena, todos tienen que decidir por sí mismos si vale la pena el precio.

The food in the restaurant was very good, everyone has to decide for themselves whether it is worth the price.

Habitaciones extremadamente ruidosas. Nos despertó temprano en la mañana un grupo que venía de una fiesta. Entendiste cada palabra de las habitaciones contiguas. No se pudo localizar a nadie en la recepción. Así que noche de insomnio. El diseño del hotel es generalmente poco cariñoso y recuerda a un albergue juvenil (por ejemplo, las imágenes y otras decoraciones se han pegado).
