It speaks volumes about any establishment that doesn't answer their phones. You get a message that indicates the person you are trying to reach is unavailable and then hangs up on you. It's much better to find out this prior to check-in than after.

This was clearly a posh little Spanish-colonial style hotel in its day; sadly that day is no more and it's pretty beat up and rum down. The price is right even if the carpets are threadbare and the ice machine is broken. Smells like cigarette smoke and sadness from the Reagan Era. Super comfy king beds and beautiful pool though!

Some of the rooms don't have any fridges and the antiquated magnetic keys can be flaky. Good breakfast buffet and the people are cool. Pet friendly. No cash accepted or vending machines.

Por favor, note que esta experiência no hotel foi a pior. Corredores onde insetos sujos e mortos espalhados, baratas no quarto, um dos nossos quartos banheiro quebrou, a TV não estava funcionando, a chave do quarto não estava funcionando água desligada por algum tempo. Esta localização é propriedade do proprietário da Rocket Hotels, Akish Patel. Precisa de uma reforma de atualização séria, mais pessoal de apoio, nova arrumação. O Lobby é lindo e só. A Wyndham Brand NÃO está representando na LaQuinta na Katy Freeway. Eles têm poucos funcionários excelentes, mas a gerência geral e a empresa precisam atualizar e dar a esse local uma conversão completa.

El hotel es limpio junto con el personal de limpieza y mantenimiento. Pero la manager no sirve.Yo estuve allí y me quitaron dinero en varias oportunidades tenía que rogar para que lo devolvieran a la final me quitaron dos mil dólares y me sacaron del hotel por motivos desconocidos. Llamé a la policía para que me dovolvieran el dinero y me devolvieron fallo. Me faltaron 150 dólares Que nunca me regresaron. El trato es muy malo en recepción y de la manager.

Please note that this Hotel experience was the worst.Hallways where dirty, dead bugs lying around, roaches in the room, one of our rooms toilet broke, TV wasn't work, Room key wasn't working water shut down for while.This location is owned by Rocket Hotels owner Akish Patel.It needs a serious upgrade renovation, more support staff, new housekeeping.The Lobby is beautiful and that's all.The Wyndham Brand is NOT being representing at LaQuinta on Katy Freeway.They have few great staff, but overall management and corporate need to upgrade and give this location a full conversion.

Very clean, and very comfortable. Autumn at the front desk is absolutely amazing. Spoke to her on the phone before we got here and she was extremely informative very friendly and then when we arrived I went to introduce myself and she was very happy to meet me and made me feel like family! Highly recommend this establishment. And the next time we come to this area we will be staying here again

Não fique aqui, não se candidate a trabalhar aqui!!! A gerência do hotel não se preocupa com as reclamações dos clientes. Os quartos estão infestados de insetos, sem água quente, os quartos estão sujos e tem cheiro. Isso sem falar nas pousadas. A gerência se recusa a consertar o portão quebrado na parte de trás, o que facilita o acesso para arrombar carros de pessoas tarde da noite. O GM “Sheena” nunca está disponível e muito pouco profissional!! Também não espere ser compensado se você decidir ficar aqui e tiver uma experiência horrível. Mais uma preocupação, ficando aqui ao longo do tempo eu vi pelo menos 5 Gms assistentes diferentes em 3 meses. Isso diz muito sobre gestão.

Do not stay here, do not apply to work here!!! The hotel management does not care about customers complaints. The rooms are infested with insects, no hot water, the rooms are dirty and has a smell. Not to mention the break inns. Management refuse to fix the broken gate in the back, which makes it easy access to break in people cars late at night. The GM “Sheena” is never available and very unprofessional!! Also don’t expect to be compensated if you decide to stay here and have a horrible experience. One more concern, staying here over time I’ve seen at least 5 different assistant Gm’s with in 3 months. That says a lot about management.

Duas estrelas por não cobrar um braço e uma perna pela taxa do animal de estimação. Caso contrário, seria 1 estrela por não avisar seus convidados sobre a INFESTAÇÃO DE FORMIGAS CRAZY. Eles estão dentro do meu carro, uma semana depois, nada vai se livrar deles. Vi as formigas mortas no meu quarto, não pensei em nada, pois não vi formigas vivas. Não, eles estão todos do lado de fora, no estacionamento, e agora estão no meu carro.

Two stars for not charging an arm and leg for the pet fee. Otherwise it would be 1 star for not warning their guests about the CRAZY ANT INFESTATION. They’re inside my car, a week later, nothing will get rid of them. Saw the dead ants in my room, thought nothing of it since I didn’t see live ones. Nope, they’re just all outside, in the parking lot, and now they’re in my car.

¡Cero recomendable este hotel! Para empezar la actitud de la persona en el mostrador (Antoine) fue malísima, nos realizó un cargo doble y en vez de darnos nuestro lugar y solucionarlo, nos sentaba y atendía a otras personas primero. Cuando nos dieron nuestra primera habitación, pasamos y estaba completamente sucia, no habían hecho las camas, ni limpiado las cosas de las personas que habían estado antes que nosotros. Cuando por fin, nos cambiaron de habitación, esta tenía hormigas y goteaba el agua, recalcando que en toda nuestra estadía (2 noches) no limpiaron el cuarto, entonces las hormigas se duplicaron. El desayuno es desagradable, así como, el ambiente y la higiene nula que tienen en este hotel.

El hotel esta sobre la lateral de la interestatal 10, por lo que hay que estar muy atento al GPS porque es muy fácil seguir de largo. Excelente cobertura y velocidad de la señal WiFi, permite usar streaming y jugar en línea. El gimnasio es muy pequeño,solo tiene banco de pesas, 2 escaladoras y 1 caminadora. La alberca igualmente es algp chica. Debido a la cuarentena esta suspendido el desayuno gratis.
