Há uma máquina de lavar e secar roupa no local, caixa eletrônico, troco e sabão em pó disponíveisEste hotel está elegantemente decorado com belos lustres e divertidos toques de cor por toda parte. O quarto em que ficamos também era bem decorado com as mesmas surpresas de cores e fotos emolduradas em preto e branco de nível seguinte. As camas e travesseiros eram confortáveis e, mais importante, o quarto era super limpo!Os funcionários eram todos de primeira linha, incluindo Mary, a gerente do hotel, que era tão pessoal e profissional quanto o resto da equipe! Todos foram prestativos, qualificados e atenciosos.Esta joia de hotel fica a apenas 35 minutos da praia de South Padre Island. Pelo preço e pelo serviço de outro mundo, este lugar vale bem a pena a curta viagem panorâmicaFaça um favor a si mesmo e fique no La Quinta Inn & Suites em Brownsville. Você não vai se arrepender !!!

Excelente hotel localizado muito central em Brownsville, tudo não é mais do que 10 minutos, Padre Island 30 minutos.O hotel está em boas condições e muito bom, no entanto, eu não dar-lhe 5 estrelas por ter danificado as fábricas de gelo e por ter internet grátis SUPER lento hahaha.

O quarto é bom, mas um pouco pequeno. O banheiro é grande e bastante grande. A seleção de café da manhã no lobby tem uma variedade muito grande. A piscina não é tão grande assim. Está sujo porque raramente é limpo. Embora a banheira de hidromassagem tenha a temperatura perfeita e a piscina seja bem quente. A piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem são relativamente pequenas. As camas são confortáveis para pessoas que gostam de camas mais duras. A colcha não é nada confortável! É tão coceira e como uma lixa. A TV é realmente grande para um hotel e tem ótima qualidade de vídeo. Eu recomendaria aqui com um orçamento.

The room is nice but a bit small. The bathroom is great and fairly large. The breakfast selection in the lobby has a very large variety. The pool is not all that great though. It is dirty as it is rarely cleaned. Although the hot tub is the perfect temperature and the pool is pretty warm. The pool and hot tub are fairly small though. The beds are comfortable for people who like harder beds. The bed spread is not comfortable at all! It is so itchy and sandpaper like. The TV is really big for a hotel and has great video quality. I would recommend going here on a budget.

The costumerservice was good yet the hotel needs improvements. I stayed at room 319 and the floor was sunk In many places you can feel it when you walk, I’m worried for the people that are staying under the room may get injured if the floor culpases. My dad is a construction worker so he knows what he i saying. We told the workers and they told us that the owners knew, but they didn't wanted to fix it or in there words they didn't wanted to invest in the hotel. We requested for a room exchange but they didn't have any room available fulfilling our request. There for, we stayed in the same room and had to spend the night being scared of the floor collapsing ontop of the room under us.

Guy at the front desk was very friendly. The rooms were clean! The lady doing breakfast was very nice. Gave us some burritos to-go since we were headed out right before breakfast time. Will be coming back!

My mom really liked this hotel. She likes the breakfast and she sleeps well. We do however sanitize everything before using it including removing the bedding because we can see that the sheets are dirty. I think the cleanliness can improve a lot especially now with COVID.

Excelente hotel ubicado muy céntrico en Brownsville, todo queda a no mas de 10 minutos, Isla del padre a 30 minutos.El hotel se encuentra en buenas condiciones y está muy bonito, sin embargo no le doy 5 estrellas por tener desperfectos en las fabricas de hielo y por tener internet gratis SUPER lento hahaha.

We absolutely LOVED our stay!This amazing hotel and the staff made us feel so comfortable, we felt like we were staying with family.Hands down the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time!The check in was quick and easy, the complimentary breakfast was hot and delicious including the beans and tortillas which tasted homemade!Outside there is a relaxing gazebo, a nice, inviting pool and a bubbling jacuzzi! There is a washer and dryer onsite, atm, change and laundry detergent availableThis hotel is stylishly decorated with beautiful chandeliers and fun pops of color throughout. The room we stayed in was alsonicely decorated with the same suprises of color and next level black and white framed pictures. The beds and pillows were comfortable and most importantly, the room was super clean!The employees were all top notch, including Mary, the Hotel Manager, who was just aspersonable and professional as the rest of the team!They were all helpful, knowledgable and caring.This gem of a hotel is only about 35 minutes away from the South Padre Island Beach.For the price and the out of this world service, this place is well worth the short, scenic driveDo yourself a favor and stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Brownsville.You won't regret it!!!
