Fiquei dois dias neste hotel com a minha família. Adorei o hotel. Simples, muito limpo e com um serviço de quarto maravilhoso. Bem localizado, está próximo a Galleria, a menos 500 metros da westheimer, isto é, da avenida principais Recomendo esse hotel a qualquer um.

Get what you pay for I guess. Elevator had a very long delay. The room needs a lot of work to be done. Was not properly cleaned. Trash and bugs under the beds. Hinges are bad on all the doors. Truck was broken in to first night there.

A melhor parte deste hotel é a equipe que foi muito agradável e agradável. Eu me senti bem-vindo na chegada. The best part of this hotel is the staff who were very nice and pleasant. I felt welcomed upon arrival. I would like to mention that Sara and Leon provided us with exceptional customer service. Very nice to have friendly people like them at the hotel. I also like that the hotel provided Ice and hot tea in the lobby. For us, the location was excellent and the room was nice and clean. We will stay hear again when we come back to Houston.

Pros, was the cheapest room we could find in the Houston area. Cons, no breakfast due to covid. They strangely enough offered us a chinese take out menu at check in and said that wplae would deliver. For Breakfast? Our floor was quite loud and it smelled like indonesia. The rooms are pretty outdated.

Check-in woman was very rude and said she could only accept a driver's license (not a Texas state issued ID) to check in. She was also rude about our need to change rooms due to the fact that the door lock was nonfunctional. Room was not especially clean with food crumbs on the carpet and overall gritty/dingy. There was no breakfast here as advertised, and the overall experience was negative.

It’s a clean, family-friendly hotel with 6 floors and a variety of room types and suites available. Prices are very reasonable and staff is excellent. I feel safe day or night, and comfortable walking at any time of the day or night to one of the local restaurants or shopping venues. I stay here often, and will continue to. The only thing I can comment on in anything but a glowing compliment would be that the rooms do feel a bit dated. It’s not terrible or anything, and the rooms are in great condition. It’s just a tad dated... but I wouldn’t let that stop you from staying here.

Sara, the front desk "I'm a thug" agent was rude and unprofessional. The property was disgustingly dirty. There was blood in my bathroom. Trash throughout the building and property. No amenities. Just trash. It has such potential to be a beautiful property but the staff belongs at McDonald's, not at a hotel and the GM should be at waste management based on the amount of trash in and around the property.

Muy malo, la peor experiencia en mucho tiempo. La gente que atiende el desayuno muy grosera y siempre enojada. Una noche no regresamos a Houston y cuando regresamos la puerta estaba abierta. Cuando le pedí una explicación a la persona en el front desk, me dijo que no sabia y que si quería hablara al otro dia con el gerente. Y lo peor es que había cucarachas enormes, de hecho, me traje cucarachas a mi casa que se metieron en el equipaje.No lo recomiendo para nada

Este é um ótimo hotel que fica perto de muitas coisas para fazer e você pode até caminhar até alguns restaurantes e lojas. O hotel é espaçoso e é muito agradável, a cama era extremamente confortável e tivemos ótimas noites de sono. Eles mantêm os jardins muito agradáveis e também mantêm o hotel em manutenção. Eles têm uma piscina ao ar livre com uma banheira de hidromassagem e um gazebo muito agradável, com alguns paisagismo em volta. O café da manhã de cortesia também é muito bom e a área de refeições é muito aconchegante. Eu definitivamente RECOMENDARIA este hotel a outras pessoas e tenho certeza que você aproveitará sua estadia tanto quanto nós

This is a great hotel that is close to a lot of things to do and you can even walk to some restaurants and shopping. The hotel is spacious and is very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable and we got a great nights sleep. They keep the grounds very nice and they also keep the hotel up on its maintenance. They have an outdoor pool with a hot tub and a really nice gazebo with some very landscaping around it. The complimentary breakfast in the morning is very nice as well and the eating area is very cozy. I would definitely RECOMMEND this hotel to others and I'm sure you will enjoy your stay as much as we did
