Excellent hotel at the center of Voiron. The personnel is quite friendly and ready to help. The room is clean and comfortable.There is a good restaurant with access direct, where food and service is quite well as well. Excelente hotel no centro de Voiron. Volte 1 semana depois para passar 2 noites no amor. E ainda estou tão feliz com este hotel! Minha esposa estava cética em relação à minha escolha e, finalmente, levou 5 segundos para mudar de ideia assim que entrou na sala. Ele ficou maravilhado com o conforto da roupa de cama, agradavelmente surpreso com os saquinhos de chá e café que causaram sua pequena impressão! A limpeza e simpatia das senhoras da limpeza! A recepção calorosa e sempre um sorriso lindo, é muito bom chegar e ver pessoas tão sorridentes. Café da manhã variado! O pouco + que muda de outros hotéis é o frozen yogurt, acho que é o ponto que se destaca. Mal posso esperar para voltar e mudar nossa vida cotidiana, só vemos Kyriad Voiron! Os quartos estão no topo e sempre de limpeza e qualidade impecável. Al hospedarme regularmente en Voiron, mi visita a este hotel nunca ha sido una decepción, todo lo contrario, ya por su ubicación. Las habitaciones están en lo más alto y siempre de impecable limpieza y calidad. Y por último, me gustaría destacar la profesionalidad, simpatía y dedicación del personal que siempre está dispuesto a escuchar para hacer todo lo posible para darnos satisfacción ya sea por consejos o servicios dentro del establecimiento y esto siempre con una sonrisa. Tivemos um bom tempo neste hotel. Nossa viagem de moto só poderia ter começado bem! Uma recepção calorosa, uma excelente refeição, um quarto muito limpo e espaçoso, com roupas de cama de qualidade e, finalmente, um café da manhã doce e salgado para ter algo para todos. Todos com estacionamento seguro por câmeras para que nossas motos fiquem bem guardadas.

Olá, Reservei uma confirmação de quarto familiar da reserva recebida, chegamos com 2 crianças 2 horas depois (à 1 da manhã) eles nos dizem que não têm mais um quarto disponível. Porque o colega não fez o seu trabalho. Pouco antes de sair, ela recebe uma mensagem do colega, nos mandando para um hotel (1ª classe) no final eu dirijo 20 minutos de Grenoble Voiron, com 2 filhos ele nos manda para uma favela, é comercial? Não vejo a ligação com os dois hotéis? (sem preço, sem clientes) Não vale nem 1 estrela, mas 0.

Acolhimento muito agradável, quarto espaçoso, confortável e prático. Cama extra pequena a pedido do nosso filho. Café da manhã variado com amplo horário. Por outro lado, há um pequeno problema com alguns detalhes em termos de higiene. Acho que por falta de tempo as empregadas esqueceram alguns sonhos de poeira, principalmente no banheiro

Bienvenida muy agradable, habitación espaciosa, cómoda y práctica. Pequeña cama supletoria bajo petición para nuestro hijo. Desayuno variado con amplia franja horaria. Por otro lado, hay un pequeño problema con algunos detalles en cuanto a la higiene. Creo que por falta de tiempo las mucamas olvidaron algunos sueños de polvo, sobre todo en el baño

Great value for the money. Good continental breakfast. Rooms are a bit small and the AC isn't powerful but it did the job to keep the room cool and comfortable despite the temperature in the 90's. The rooms are clean and the staff is bilingual which is a great plus. The hotel isn't in the middle of the city, but I had no issues getting right up to the doorstep of the town's cathedral with less than a 15 minute walk. And this was done with blisters on the balls of both of my feet, so I was walking slowly. All the available services of the city are within 20 minutes at a normal walking speed.

The overall service is alright but the restaurant doesn't worth it and since there is nothing around , you end up eating average food for a high price. Moreover the air conditionner doesn't work well and the room smelled cigarette. Exept those few details the rest is perfectly fine :)
