It was a good experience for me.the room was excellent, it was comfortable. We tried the breakfast and it was amazing. All kind of food was delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The best thing that the mall of Emirates is connected with the hotel and easy to access.

I’ve been staying in the hotel for a while now (15 days). All I can say is that other than the great service, Mr Ibrahim at the Aspen Restaurant is really making my stay the best. He usually works in the night shift which is great for me as I eat late usually and he’s one of the best waiters I’ve met. Very kind, hospitable and with a great sense of how to deal with people, he always brightens my day at night. I thought to write a review solely for him as he truly deserves it as he is a great hardworking man. I only come back at night to eat with him serving me, other than that, I could’ve just ordered room service. Thank you Mr ibrahim for making my stay more than good.

My husband and I were blown away by the excellent excellent service. Every single member of staff greeted us warmly including the cleaners as they passed us in the hall. Every one seemed so happy to be working there and it made us feel so special. The brunch at Salero was delicious and they provided us special alternatives as my husband is allergic to seafood and we felt safe in their hands. The whole weekend could not have been better or run smoother. I highly highly recommend this wonderful hotel. Enjoy your Stay!

I tried Aspen’s afternoon tea and it was such a pleasant experience. Mr. Ibrahim welcomed us and made sure we had the best time. Everything from the strawberry soda, the hot drink, the pastries and the mini bites was prepared with the best quality and taste. Highly recommend.

I stayed last week during my birthday with my friends since the hotel itself is very accessible from the mall. As well as, the hotel is really nice and staffs are very accommodating. When you plan to stay at Kempinski, you usually expect quality, style and good emotions. Not in this hotel! Hotel is shabby, smells of mold, windows covered in bird poop…Streets around hotel are jammed, so if you are on a business trip you will loose too much time in the traffic. My stay was paid by my company in advance to make my stay easier. Upon arrival I was charged full amount because front desk didn’t know anything and didn’t bother to clarify. Instead told me to sort the issue myself, what I tried to do and got confirmation that someone will contact me on this. Nothing happened. Upon check out I have spent 20 min trying to convince that I am not a thief. With all due respect to the brand - I wouldn’t recommend this particular hotel. One star for the good breakfast and one for comfy bed.

As soon as I entered the lounge, Nazia got my attention with her demeanor and willingness to gracefully help introduce what the Lounge had to offer. She also offered a lot of insight to the local atmosphere as I am visiting Dubai it was great to hear from a local about the area and her customer service was stellar! Before our check out day, the receptionist made arrangements for my husband and I to have our COVID-19 test taken right here at the hotel!!!...we highly recommend Kempski Hotel!

Everything was amazing, from location, food, room service, in-room dining, and most importantly, the hotel staff were fabulous. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. I was recommended by 3 of my friends to try out the duplex ski chalet, and I am amazed why I haven't been to this hotel before. This was a special occasion (our anniversary); and surely we enjoyed every bit of it. All in all, amazing experience; I would certainly go back for more.
