Currently under renovation as the JW is upgrading to Marriott Clio (Feb 2022). Fitness center is on the lower level (no swimming pool), meeting rooms and temporary lobby/lounging area on the second floor, world-famous Toro Latin kitchen on the second floor (bar as well), outdoor patio on the third floor, and the rooms come with either a mountain view or a courtyard view. The mountain view is definitely the better choice. The valet service is impeccable at $49/night and is tip-based. They are able to valet for nearby attractions as well as visits to guests staying at the hotel for $22 flat. Valet for Toro is free for the first 3 hours and then is a $7 flat rate, and Toro valet is also tip-based. Tesla chargers are available for all valet and hotel valet is parked in a secure garage.

O hotel estava imundo. Os elevadores estavam manchados com o que pareciam semanas de impressões digitais - muito reconfortantes durante uma pandemia. Um sofá no quarto tinha várias manchas no tecido. Eu nem quero saber o que eram. E quase todas as outras vezes que íamos ao elevador em nosso andar, havia copos de bebida ou xícaras de café usados por um telefone em frente ao elevador. Eu nunca vou ficar aqui ou recomendar que alguém fique aqui. Eu sou um cliente leal do Marriott, então isso foi muito decepcionante.

The hotel was filthy. The elevators were smudged with what looked like weeks of fingerprints - very comforting during a pandemic. A sofa in the room had various stains on the fabric. I don't even want to know what those were.And about every other time we would go to the elevator on our floor, there were used drink glasses or coffee cups by a telephone across from the elevator. I will never stay here or recommend that anyone stay here. I am a loyal Marriott customer, so this was very disappointing.

Two night stay in a King Mountain View Room at @jwmarriottdenPros: +Good location in Cherry Creek, close to indoor mall & Whole Foods. +Large gym with plenty of equipment. +Comfortable bed. +Spacious room with large bathroom. +In-room Nespresso machine. +Full-size toiletries, including hand soap. +Great staff, app requests were answered promptly. In person interactions were friendly. +Valet was top-notch, even with the construction, the attendant communicated effectively & ensure everyone knew where to go. +Open 2nd-floor lounge, with a coffee machine & complimentary snacks. + For New Year’s staff put a bottle of champagne in the room with wine glasses. + Hand sanitizers located in multiple locations on each floor; disposable masks also available.Cons: - No onsite pool - Due to lobby construction (slated to end Feb 2022), you have to walk through Toro restaurant to get to the temporary 2nd-floor lobby.

Stayed in the 1 bedroom Suite with the giant soaking tub. Got some bath bombs from LUSH at the mall which is literally less than a block away & took me some very very nice baths during my stay.

I came here to have a quiet place for my son to recoup from knee surgery. Everyone has been super helpful, especially George at the front desk. The restaurant, Toro is superb.
