Booked for a friend of mine who was travelling to Europe for the first time. They charged extra to keep bags for 3 hours before check in time. Never seen such cheapness from a hostel that charges 50 per night. In fact, ive never seen it from any hostel in any continent. Also, there aren't any lights in the room and they claim this is due to sustainable living goals!

Desejando cancelar uma reserva com mais de 3 meses de antecedência da data da minha estadia, o estabelecimento não tem em conta o meu pedido e, pelo contrário, debita-me imediatamente sem me pedir nada e recusa qualquer pedido excecional da Booking, algo que qualquer estabelecimento hoteleiro normalmente aceita. Trocas frias, distantes e impessoais sem qualquer empatia por parte do staff.Este estabelecimento é um dormitório administrado por um grande grupo e não tem nada do calor humano habitual de um albergue que reivindica.

Achei este como um dos albergues mais bem avaliados em Paris, e posso ver o porquê. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, vibração imaculada com o bar no térreo, e todas as comodidades são muito limpas e bem conservadas. Recomendo este lugar para ninguém.

Location is good, lots of options for food in the area. Definitely recommend the Le 57 bakery around the corner, they are friendly and speak English and food is phenomenal. Metro is super close. Don’t get off at Nation station, get off at the Buzenval, you literally turn left at the corner and you can see the Jo and Joe sign. Staff was nice, we were a little disappointed by the fact that when we read about the hostel that it kept ensuring the staff would be knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions. But when it came down to it, I’m not sure if it was a language barrier or if they just genuinely didn’t know. Like asking if our countries vaccination code was going to work for a concert venue, we got a “I think it will work” but what I was hoping for was if they didn’t know, maybe they could have called the venue and verified. We also asked about the free city tour, and they were very timid in answering because they didn’t know a lot about it. And the cabs or Ubers from the airport, we were hoping to get help from them in suggestions as to what would be the cheapest and if they could possibly order a cab for us. But they couldn’t give us a clear answer so we ended up googling and finding out ourselves.We loved the aesthetic’s of the hostel. Loved the artwork on the walls, we loved the plywood bedding and tables and chairs. Like who knew plywood could look that good. Everything looked so modern and chill. We really enjoyed that. The pizza was pretty good.All in all pretty clean, however I do wish they would take more care in cleaning the actual toilet seats and bowls, I won’t go into detail about it, but there were still stains when I checked the next day after the bathrooms were “clean” and our private bathroom did smell like urine :(

Found this as one of the top rated hostels in Paris, and I can see why. Friendly and helpful staff, immaculate vibe with the bar downstairs, and all of the amenities are very clean and well kept. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Excelente hotel-albergue muy bien de precio. El establecimiento está limpio y recogido, no observándose suciedad por ningún lado. Los baños compartidos impecables, un 10!! El personal es muy atento y hablan en español para echarte una mano con el idioma. Aunque está un poco retirado del centro (1h30’ aprox a pie), hay una estación de metro (Buzenval) a escasos 20 metros cuya línea 9 te lleva hasta Trocadéro-Torre Eiffel sin hacer transbordos en unos 15 minutos.Muy, muy recomendable. 👍🏼

Minha semana correu muito bem seja para dormir ou apenas para se divertir, o conceito e super bem feito nos sentimos em casa e a recepção top é tudo super legal, principalmente uma linda jovem Lorene trabalhadora em ouvir e ela foi agradavelmente legais. Então eu recomendo este hotel super legal :)

Os funcionários aqui são INCRÍVEIS! 🥰. A localização do hotel fica perto do metrô Nation, onde se cruza com outras linhas de metrô, o que é muito conveniente para os viajantes irem a outros metros em Paris. Dentro do hotel, as coisas são limpas e organizadas. Na sala comum, há um console de jogos, muitas cadeiras, mesas e tomadas de parede por toda parte, o que torna um lugar aconchegante para os viajantes lerem, usarem um computador e baterem um papo. Além disso, perto dos hotéis JOE, existem muitas lojas como restaurantes, mercearias, apotek. A função de vida é boa.

Staff here are AWESOME!🥰. The location of the hotel is situated close to the Nation metro, where intersects with other metro lines, which is very convenient for travelers to go to other metros in Paris. Inside the hotel, things are cleaned and organized. In the common room, there is one gaming console, many chairs, tables, wall sockets are everywhere, which makes a cozy place for travelers to read, use a computer, and chat. Besides, near the JOE hotels, there are many shops like restaurants, grocery stores, apotek. Life function is good.

Un albergue estupendo! Las habitaciones eran cómodas y estaban muy limpias, y todo el entorno era muy tranquilo. Una opción ideal para ir en grupos.Las recepcionistas fueron realmente simpáticas y nos ayudaron con todo. El emplazamiento es muy bueno, y el ambiente del bar y terraza por la noche es fantástico, para toda la familia.

Jo & Joe's foi uma estadia absolutamente maravilhosa! Foi muito limpo e cuidadosamente desenhado. O piso principal tinha música ao vivo, uma equipe maravilhosa e um ambiente convidativo para conhecer novas pessoas de todo o mundo. Os quartos são realmente ótimos. Eu recomendo ficar em um beliche inferior, pois você pode puxar as cortinas claras ao redor de sua cama e ter total privacidade e escuridão. As instalações (banheiros e chuveiro) eram imaculadas. 100% de chance de eu ficar aqui novamente no futuro

Jo&Joe’’s was an absolutely wonderful stay! It was very clean and thoughtfully designed. The main floor had live music, a wonderful staff, and an inviting atmosphere to meet new people from all over the world.
The bedrooms are really great. I recommend staying on a bottom bunk as you can pull light shades down around your bed and have total privacy and darkness.
The facilities (toilets and shower) were immaculate.
100% chance i will be staying here again in the future

Muy buen hostel. Camas cómodas y súper limpio. Tiene un rooftop, bar y también sirven comida y algunas noches hay dj, pero no molesta para nada en las habitaciones a los que quieren dormir.
