Eu paro toda vez que venho a Istambul. Eu recomendo especialmente a parte da banheira de hidromassagem. Eu me sinto mais descansado a cada vez que faço isso. Depois que a bolsa é removida, saio me sentindo purificada.

O hotel cobra um depósito de 1000 tl. Os quartos precisam de renovação. O papel de parede está descascando, a pia está rachada, a banheira está mofada, o teto está sujo e remendado. Roupões de banho com furos, cama com manchas. Tínhamos dois quartos, um superior e um de luxo, com uma diferença de preço de 7 mil rublos, os quartos são absolutamente iguais, a vista da janela para a praça em dois quartos, os quartos são idênticos em tamanho, não vejo razão para pagar pela categoria superior do quarto. O quarto deluxe tem uma porta para o quarto ao lado, que foi trancada por causa disso. A audibilidade dos vizinhos é terrível. Você pode ouvir uma pessoa espirrando. Aparentemente, uma vez que era um número e para economizar dinheiro, eles fizeram dois. A cama está constantemente se separando em duas metades, não há fixação. O restaurante no andar de cima é injustificadamente caro, um narguilé feito de tabaco falso custa 500 tl, o sabor é mofado, como tabaco velho. Beer efes 45tl 0,33. Meu pai tem marcapasso, não consegue passar pelas armações, na entrada pediram ao funcionário que desligasse a armação e revistasse manualmente, o que foi recusado. E papai teve que se arriscar a passar pelo quadro. Não há mais espaço para contorná-lo.Do lado positivo, este sofá é outro local de dormir para uma criança em um quarto deluxe. Pessoal cortês no restaurante. Buffet de café da manhã 160tl por quarto. Preenchimento de quarto (chinelos, escovas, etc.)

El hotel cobra un depósito de 1000 tl. Las habitaciones requieren renovación. El papel tapiz se está despegando, el lavabo está roto, la bañera está mohosa, el techo está sucio y remendado. Albornoces con agujeros, cama con manchas. Teníamos dos habitaciones, una superior y una deluxe, con una diferencia de precio de 7 mil rublos, las habitaciones son absolutamente iguales, la vista desde la ventana a la plaza en dos habitaciones, las habitaciones son idénticas en tamaño, no veo razón para pagar la categoría superior de la habitación. La habitación de lujo tiene una puerta a la habitación de al lado, que estaba cerrada con llave debido a esto. La audibilidad de los vecinos es terrible. Puedes escuchar a una persona estornudar. Al parecer, una vez fue un número y para ahorrar dinero, hicieron dos. La cama se separa constantemente en dos mitades, no hay fijación. El restaurante de arriba es injustificadamente caro, una pipa de agua hecha de tabaco al faker cuesta 500 tl, el sabor es a humedad, como el tabaco rancio. Cerveza efes 45tl 0.33. Mi papá tiene marcapasos, no puede pasar por los marcos, en la entrada le pidieron al empleado que apagara el marco y lo buscara manualmente, lo cual fue rechazado. Y papá tuvo que ponerse en peligro de atravesar el marco. No hay más espacio para evitarlo.En el lado positivo, este sofá es otro lugar para dormir para un niño en una habitación de lujo. Personal cortés en el restaurante. Desayuno buffet 160tl por habitación. Relleno de habitaciones (zapatillas, cepillos, etc.)

Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! specially mr YUNUS . he was so helpful during our stay . The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms

Infelizmente, o serviço é muito pobre. Quando ele levou meus convidados, não os cumprimentou na porta nem veio buscar as malas ... Depois de contar na recepção, esperei 15-20 minutos que as malas fossem retiradas. Os funcionários são de baixa qualidade, não entendem o setor de serviços.

Desafortunadamente, el servicio es muy deficiente. Cuando se llevó a mis invitados, no había nadie que me saludara en la puerta ni viniera a recoger las maletas ... Después de avisar a la recepción, esperé a que me llevaran las maletas durante 15-20 minutos. Los empleados son de mala calidad, no entienden el sector de servicios.

Hotel was average nothing great. Bed was small for a "large double" as it said online. It was hardly a double. There wasn't much space to move around in the room I kept my suitcase in the wardrobe which had to be kept at an angle I couldn't even put it down flat (my husband's was outside on the floor) so the wardrobe doors wouldn't close coz of the suitcase. They wardrobe doors were blocking the access to the toilet which was right opposite and the front door too. Small bottle of water was 3 or 4 Euros and the smallest Pringles were €5. Stock up from a corner shop if you are someone who enjoys snacking in the middle of the night.There was one receptionist who was extremely unhelpful wow everything I asked the answer was "No" with dead poker face. He didn't even guide us to the town. That is why he is there I don't understand why he wouldn't help but than there is this other guy whose name I can't recall atm he spoke to us with a smile on his face and noticed my husbands birthday was on that day from his passport. He smiled at him wished him even so that was the only good thing that happened other than the nice partial view of the mosque from our bedroom.Thanks but I won't be back at this hotel again.

Soulless, i.e. no cultural resemblance or commiseration. Amazing bedding (mattress & sheets). Mini bar had empty chips and chocolates packs, the room was equipped for single person but we booked a double room. There was unspeakable dirt so a cleaning staff had to show up with utilities. As professional as the receptionist on duty Mr. Ilyas thinks he is, an apology is long overdue but was never expressed. While CVK is still trying to adapt this zero-error professional policy other businesses have already started neglecting it and accepted a human atmosphere is much preferred over a robotic environment.

I had sent my guest to this hotel they were 3 adults and the room was giving was too small they bearly can move in the room.. and they put charges on water bottle and there was no one to pick there luggage .. and on complain they told them on booking the room which we had book for them was not given to them but to other guests.. what is shown in pictures its totally the opposite highly not recommended.

The room "luxury suite" was nice- very spacious and an awesome jacuzzi inside the room as well as a lovely view of the city. Breakfast was good. Breakfast and cleaning staff were good/friendly especially the waiter at breakfast (he always remembered our orders without us asking), but the reciptionist/front staff was not very helpful, or friendly. For example, they didn't want to hold our luggage for a day while we were out of town while the Ritz and Byzantium both held our luggage. They also didn't help us carry our luggage when we arrived. They blamed Covid, but we know that's not true. Also they were very difficult to work with international credit cards. In addition, we found a cheaper price online and we talked to a receptionist and he agreed, but then when we called back the "manager" answered and said he could not match and that's too low of a price so we just ended up booking online instead of thru them. Hotel amenities outside of the room were outdated for a 4 star hotel.

The services are good, breakfast normal nothing special, launch western style (not eastern food), internet fair, overall hotel is clean and nice. The strange thing, when I asked the reception to remove Alcoholic drinks from my room, they said you have to pay 5 euros just for removal

This hotel lacks in hospitality for sure!!
Have no manners to talk to their clients!! We already had a long flight and they Made us wait for the room for a very long time and did not allow us to even relax!! At times the room was also stinking of sewage!! Big disappointment for us as we really had high expectations for this hotel!! I think they really need to improve in all the areas to keep their clients happy!!

It's a 0 star hotel. Most of the staff has no understanding whatsoever about hospitality. Extremely uncourteous and rude.
We have stayed in way way better hotels that are starred 1 star and 2 star even
Please don't even think twice there's a lot of other hotel options around the area

Very lux place, it a nice location, safe for family stay and great location. i highly recommend for people who seek luxs to go and vist the place and consider staying there. It has gym, pool, supermarket, work area and all one may need, nothing is missing.
