Fizemos um upgrade no check-in e nos deram um quarto as 10:00am. Valeu a pena não só pelo early check-in,mas pelo quarto ser totalmente novo,reformado,e amplo,coisa rara em NYC. Ótimo atendimento. Quarto limpo. Localização ótima para quem quer ficar próximo da Times Square,5th Ave. e Central Park.

Great location and great check in experience. Anthony was awesome at the front desk, very engaging and passionate and you can tell he really enjoys interacting with guests and wants to make them feel super welcome. It's awesome staff members like that which make the difference!

FIQUE AQUI!! Adoramos The Iroquois quando estamos na cidade para ver alguns shows da Broadway e visitar amigos. Longe o suficiente das multidões, mas perto o suficiente para chegar rapidamente aos cinemas. A rua 44 também tem ótimos lugares para comer e o hotel tem um barzinho pitoresco para desfrutar de ótimos coquetéis. A parte favorita do quarto é o piso aquecido no banheiro! Divirta-se!

STAY HERE!! We love The Iroquois when in town to see some Broadway shows and visit friends. Far enough away from crowds, but close enough to get to the theaters quickly. 44th street also has some great places to eat and the hotel has a quaint little bar to enjoy some great cocktails. Favorite part of the room is the heated floors in the bathroom! Have fun!

O hotel Iroqois está centralmente localizado, a poucos quarteirões da Catedral de São Patrício ou da Biblioteca Nacional. Com uma curta caminhada você pode chegar à Times Square ou ao Rockefeller Center. Localização ideal para o turista que fica a algumas "quadras" da Fifth Street e, graças à rede de metrô, pode chegar a qualquer ponto de Manhattan. Tendo estado nos iroqueses cerca de dez dias antes do Natal, estava psicologicamente preparado para pagar um alto preço, o que aconteceu prontamente. Eu tinha considerado não o quarto standard com uma cama "Queen", mas um quarto definido como superior porque tinha uma cama maior, a cama "King". A decepção com a qualidade do quarto, o chamado "superior" foi considerável. A cama era realmente grande, mas o quarto era tal que era quase necessário rastejar pelas paredes da cama e o banheiro lembrava o da casa dos anões de Branca de Neve. Para não perder nada, reservamos o quarto superior com café da manhã. Na realidade não havia espaço para o pequeno almoço e, portanto, o mesmo, devo dizer muito pobre, foi-nos entregue num saco de papel. Tínhamos, portanto, duas opções: Ou, tristemente, tome seu pequeno café da manhã sentado em sua cama, Ou tome o café da manhã enquanto caminha pela rua na temperatura de um dezembro de Nova York. Ficamos aqui por 3 noites / 4 dias. O hotel foi extremamente confortável e segurou nossa bagagem, como chegamos cedo e check-out foi 2 horas antes de precisarmos sair. A equipe (todos eles) foram maravilhosos e realmente nos fez sentir especial. Apreciamos muito especialmente o upgrade de cortesia para o nosso quarto, pois foi a primeira visita de nosso filho a NY. Ele ficou maravilhado com o tamanho da sala (suíte presidencial). O banho de vapor foi incrível e a cama e travesseiros eram confortáveis! E serviço de quarto foi fantástico. Ficaremos absolutamente ficaríamos aqui novamente, sem dúvida. A única coisa que gostaríamos de ter era um micro-ondas. Nossa única decepção foi o café da manhã para levar, mas eu realmente não vou reclamar disso, dada a situação atual com covid, já que muitos hotéis não estão oferecendo nenhum serviço de alimentação / quarto no momento.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado. Limpio, se ajusta a los protocolos sanitarios por covid 19. El personal es muy cordial. La unico que podría objetar es que debieran disponer de personal de habla hispana durante todo el día y no en una franja horaria limitada.

Hermoso hotel y excelente ubicación. El gimnasio es chico pero tiene lo necesario. Hay sauna y un baño completo para utilizar. El desayuno es grab and go por los feriados de Navidad. Las camas super confortables.

Excellent stay In suite room. Friendly staff, very clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice mini bar, small but clean bath all at decent price of about $500 per night. We had a very peaceful night sleep as it was very quiet in the hotel even for a weekend. The bar at the rear of the lobby is a really nice and unique space. They offer handmade crafted cocktails and light fare with a side of witty banter from the bartenders. My only issue was that are sink's stopper in our bathroom was stuck in the down position and I informed the front desk who said it would be fixed right away. It wasn't until the following morning at around 9 a.m. rigjt before we left that maintenance showed up.

We stayed here for 3 nights/4 days. The hotel was extremely accommodating and held our luggage, as we arrived early and checkout was 2 hours before we needed to leave. The staff (all of them) were marvelous and really made us feel special.We especially greatly appreciated the complimentary upgrade to our room, as it was our son’s first visit to NY. He was blown away by the size of the room (presidential suite). The steam shower was amazing and the bed and pillows were comfortable!The room was very clean and room service was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again without a doubt. The only thing we wished we had was a microwave.Our only disappointment was the grab and go breakfast, but I really am not going to complain about that given the current situation with covid, as many hotels aren’t offering any food/room service at this time.

Elegant, cozy, quiet, and in a great location. The bed was so comfy, service was friendly and professional, always someone there to open the door and greet you but without the fuss and bustle of a bigger hotel. The tiled bathroom was beautiful and had it's own temp control. We loved our stay and will definitely come back!

The BEST hotel to stay in if you’re visiting NYC! It is minutes from Time Square with everything else that you would want to visit if you’re coming to New York. The staff is EXTREMELY nice and welcoming especially Charlie. The rooms are very clean and elegant. A huge bonus is how comfortable the bed is. They offer a coffee bar in the morning for a few hours and there is a valet. There is a parking garage located at 50 West 44th Street called “Edison Park Fast”. The walking exit of this garage opens up right across the street from the hotel. I would recommend making the reservation for your cars parking ahead of time on their website that way the valet in the garage can just take your vehicle and you can go into the hotel. Saves a lot of time! The staff in this parking garage is nice as well.

Super safe, convenient location. In between Times Square and the NY Public library. Rooms are small (typical in NYC) but adequate and nicely furnished. Photos online are very representational of your room. One note, if you are a heavier person, the toilet may be tight for you. It is between the wall and sink and if you are tight in airplane seats, you will be tight on their toilet, fyi. Otherwise, hotel was just perfect for our needs and priced well. Very clean, bed was comfy and bath had soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap and hairdryer provided. No fridge, which would have been nice.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in an absolutely perfect location. You can get anywhere in town within 20 minutes. They currently have no restraunt and their coffee cart is only setup a few hours in the morning.There is no coffee pot in the room, a definite minus. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the water pressure is not so good. Everyone working at the hotel was wonderful and very helpful. There is a coffee shop across the street that is open until 6 I think, but also a cafe called the red flame just down the street. We ate breakfast there every day we were there. Everything was very good.

Mi primera vez en Nueva York y me hospedé en este hotel. Excelente todo, hermosa habitación, cama muy cómoda, baño moderno, luminoso e impecable. Todo funcianaba correctamente. Por covid el desayuno es una vianda para llevar, muy rica! Y tambien hay una mesa de autoservicio para cafés o tés. El desayuno es apto vegetarianos y celíacos. Todo el personal es encantador, atento y servicial. Carlos excelente persona! Volveriamos mil veces

Excelente ubicación. Cama muy cómoda. No tienen restaurante pero sí convenio con un dinner en la misma cuadra. Tienen Bar y los cócteles son excelentes, nos dijeron que también servían comida en la noche pero no había chef durante la semana que nos hospedamos. Super amables todos los empleados, sin embargo tuvimos inconveniente con la limpieza de la habitación. Dicen que por covid se tenía que agendar la limpieza, la agendamos 4 veces de las cuales sólo nos limpiaron una vez, al hacer el reclamo nos dijeron todas las veces que era un error de ellos, pero aún así no lo solucionaron y tampoco nos dieron algún beneficio extra por las molestias.
