Staff was friendly and the scenery was inside of the hotel was beautiful. Slight mewdew smell in our room though and the ac barely worked. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Very nice hotel. It has beautiful atrium. The room is very specious and has good amenities. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, the bar and restaurant is closed. All good is served with in room service.

Very disappointed. Stuff rooms, windows don’t open. Bed was comfortable but NO comforters. I had to ask for one. When it came it was all stained. When I asked for another I was told they didn’t have any. Could you take it off an empty room?No garbage bags. No complimentary coffee in the morning.Room service only? What. Not to mention the $18 parking fee per day. We checked out after only one night.We were going to stay for 5.

Huge hotel with friendly. Comfortable rooms. Plenty of rooms for conferences, events such as a wedding. Large ballroom. Bar & sit in restaurant closed due to Covid. Fitness room open. Needed bathroom sink unclogged and maintenance was there in 10 minutes!! Kudos!!

We held a day-long training event this week at the Greenwich Hyatt and it was fantastic. Francisco and his colleagues from the Hyatt saw that we had what we needed for the event to go well. The coffee service and food for breakfast and lunch were great. Also, the room we were in off of the Hyatt's atrium was nice. I highly recommend the place for organizational events and suggest asking for Francisco because he's extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

No one ever said there would be no food service. Our room after a long day was not cleaned. We as guests were supposed to inform them we wanted the room cleaned. The schedule is clean every 3 days because of Covid. This hotel holds many wonderful memories but I will never go back. The wonderful people who worked there for over 25 years where are they? What will they do. Customer service was awful. So sad. The online description never said anything about no dining. We could get room service but the app did not work. So no food no coffee no clean towels. Find another place to stay maybe they will be upfront about the situationOh they let us park for free for the trouble.

Adding a few thought:
German, who assists people arriving at the hotel was superb and he went out of his way to help us find restaurants nearby and bring cups and utensils to the courtyard. He was A+ all the way. The man working the concierge was also super polite and great but, he was by himself most of the time. Room cleaning was sub par. One bottle of water per person seems cheap. No coffee in the lobby and coffee makers that don't seem to have been cleaned in a long time were in the rooms.

Instalaciones muy cómodas y espaciosas, buenas vistas en sus exteriores con una recepción bastante amplia para poder pasear dentro del hotel con la sensación de estar en un parque natural a temperatura ambiente

En general bien, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, las mucamas solo tienden la cama y desocupa papeleros, no aspiro ni hizo el baño ni una sola vez en 1 semana, buen desayuno el restaurant bien atendido y buena comida

El hotel está muy bien aunque necesita reforma profunda en la habitaciones que ya están bastante degradadas. El desayuno Buffet no es ninguna maravilla y es caro, eso sí, el servicio es buenísimo. Si vas a desayunar pregunta por Gabriel o José, son encantadores y muy serviciales. Aunque no lo supimos hasta que nos pasaron la cuenta, el parking dentro del hotel nos salio gratis. De todos modos, como sabéis, en España estamos acostumbrados a hoteles mucho mejores de lo que encontramos fuera. El día que mejoren el Buffet y las habitaciones, el hotel estará genial.

Hotel is nice and clean but apparently staff are VERY rude and don't care about their guests at ALL. I called the front desk and 'John' answered.. told the gentleman that we have an infant with us please do us a favor and possibly do a little late check out for us. Was very rude and told us we couldn't and also asked about whether the bottle in the room was complementary but said it wasn't which my wife earlier told me me it was because a front desk attendant earlier around 2 pm said it was.. I was very disappointed. Honestly this is my first google review and the only reason I wrote it is to let other fellow google search users know how rude this gentleman was to me. Hyatt hotel should be more considerate when hiring people especially for the front desk. Will be the last time I ever visit this location. Stay away folks if you do not want horrible customer service. Otherwise very nice.
