For the location and price I expected more. It's low class. For the same money I could've stayed at the Marriott and got more for my money in regards to maintenance, professionalism and appearance. Hotel was dirty,things were broken in my room, breakfast was a joke. Hilton has better breakfast. Just not impressed and i usually enjoy staying at hyatt hotels. Hopefully they can fix up this location. Also, elevator smelled like someone hot boxed the whole elevator with weed. Super disappointed.

Quartos limpos, nice staff, excelente vista se você estiver do lado ímpar. Preço justo, pequeno-almoço deciente, animais de estimação. Perto do Smart Financial Center para locais. A uma curta distância do restaurante de frutos do mar. Estarei de volta para outro show.

Minha equipe e eu tínhamos um lugar incrível para ficar a negócios e lazer. Os funcionários e a recepção foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Sempre que precisávamos de ajuda, eles nos ajudaram imediatamente, resolvendo quaisquer problemas que pudéssemos ter, como procurar nosso banner, impressão ou chave de cartão. Eles nos deram uma experiência muito acolhedora e um serviço caloroso. Ótimo atendimento ao cliente de limpeza, manutenção, administração de recepção. A comunicação e o relacionamento que eles tiveram com seus convidados foram excelentes!

Ótima sala sobretudo pelo espaço e pela iluminação natural! Reservamos 2 camas queen size e sofá-cama e tinha um grande espaço no interior! Tinha um pequeno refrigerador, mas nenhum microondas. O bar foi muito divertido e uma pequena surpresa. Excelente acesso ao rio, podendo passear e relaxar ao ar livre. O layout do café da manhã é genérico, mas parecia estar fresco. O check-in e check-out foi extremamente fácil. Foi irritante que apenas 2 dos 3 elevadores não estavam funcionando, então nós apenas pegamos as escadas na maioria das vezes, uma vez que o pessoal também usa os elevadores.

The hotel is a nice, fairly typical hotel. Rooms were nicely appointed and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was well worth it!

We had an excellent experience. The front desk lady was super friendly. The hotel is in a beautiful area. Good for walking around outside in front of the beautiful lake, which connects the hotel to other restaurants through a bridge.

Great room over all for the space and natural lighting! We booked a 2 queen and sofa sleeper and had great space inside! Had a small refrigerator but no microwave. The bar was a lot of fun and a small surprise. Amazing access to the river and can walk around and relax outdoors. The breakfast layout is generic but appeared to be fresh. Checking in and out was extremely easy. It was annoying that only 2 elevators out of the 3 were not working so we just took the stairs majority of the time since the staff also uses the elevators.

My team and I had an amazing place to stay for business and pleasure. The staff and front desk were very friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed assistance they assisted us right away solved any issues that we might have such as looking for our banner, printing or card key. They gave us a very welcoming experience and warm hearted service. Great customer service from housekeeping, maintenance, front desk administration. The communication and rapport that they had with their guests was outstanding!

Eles são boas pessoas tentando fazer o seu melhor. Muitos deles provavelmente estão trabalhando horas extras para superar esse período. Vou ficar aqui novamente. Os humanos devem moderar suas expectativas com base no preço e em questões situacionais globais.

Probably plenty I could complain about, like very dim lighting in shower, trash in hallways for long periods of time, and shortage of hand towels and wash cloths. But…..let’s be real. Those are trivial things that don’t really affect our lives unless you let them. We’re in a pandemic where most service industry businesses are short staffed, and everyone is trying to make things work. At $107 per night, this place is a steal. Rooms are well designed. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Location is top notch. My interactions with staff were pleasant. They are good people trying to do their best. Many of them are probably working overtime to get through this period. I will stay here again. Humans should temper their expectations based on price and global situational issues.

Tiene un ambiente muy pacifico, instalaciones al lado de un hermoso parque con lago y proximidad con restaurantes y WHOLE FOOD MARKET donde consigues viveres orgánicos y restaurante con buffet en el interior. Ves tortugas y patos en el lago y tienes una buena pista para hacer jogging.
