Stayed here for 2 nights. Room was clean, beds okay (scratchy sheets), super tiny bath room which was hard for me to navigate and at 5' 117 pounds that's saying something. Sink was outside the bathroom so maybe that's why the loo area was tiny. Great water pressure but this caused a lot of water to leak out of the shower despite the curtain being drawn close and in the correct position. Breakfast was good, location was convenient for the purpose of my trip.
Biggest issue was the lack of hot water twice within the same day. Once is forgivable, the second time within 12 hours is a problem that seriously needs to be addressed. On the second time I called the front desk and she said it's winter so it's harder to keep the water hot?!? It was 34 degrees outside when she said that.

Uma propriedade mais antiga com vista para a montanha moderada de alguns quartos. Não é no Garden of the Gods, apenas localizado perto de uma rua com esse nome. Minha cama não era confortável, o chuveiro nunca esquentava o suficiente e a pressão da água era baixa. A luz do banheiro era muito fraca. O quarto em si era limpo, grande e silencioso. Os funcionários do hotel foram muito simpáticos e ansiosos para tratar bem os hóspedes.

Una propiedad antigua con una vista regular a la montaña desde algunas habitaciones. No está en Garden of the Gods, simplemente ubicado cerca de una calle con ese nombre. Mi cama no era cómoda y la ducha nunca se calentaba lo suficiente y la presión del agua era baja. La luz del baño era muy tenue. La habitación en sí estaba limpia, era grande y tranquila. El personal del hotel era muy amable y estaba dispuesto a tratar bien a los huéspedes.

An older property with a so-so mountain view from some rooms. It is not at Garden of the Gods, just located near a street by that name. My bed was not comfortable and the shower never got hot enough and the water pressure was low. The bathroom light was very dim. The room itself was clean, large and quiet. The hotel staff were very friendly and eager to treat guests well.

O Hyatt Place's é um dos meus favoritos. Amei a suíte como a configuração dos quartos. Este Hyatt em particular era limpo e montado em um layout conveniente. A piscina era bonita e aberta, o que é uma vantagem hoje em dia. O pessoal foi amigável e útil. O café da manhã foi um dos melhores neste ambiente Covid, com alguns pratos quentes disponíveis. Muitos restaurantes, supermercados e postos de gasolina nas proximidades. Recomendo vivamente este estabelecimento.

Hyatt Place's are one of my favorites. Love the suite like set up of the rooms. This particular Hyatt was clean and set up in a convenient layout. The swimming pool was nice and open, which is a plus nowadays. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best in this Covid environment, with some hot entrees available. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations in close proximity. I highly recommend this establishment.

Nos alojamos aquí durante un fin de semana ajetreado por una noche. La habitación estaba limpia y en una buena ubicación, pero no cumplió con mis expectativas en cuanto a las propiedades de Hyatt. Su propiedad hermana, a unos minutos de distancia, fue más agradable a pesar de ser una propiedad de nivel superior. El personal era amable y el desayuno era bueno. Recomendaríamos la otra propiedad cercana, pero esta aún era genial. Este lugar también está a poca distancia de muchos restaurantes y es ideal para familias. 4/5.

Sua propriedade irmã a poucos minutos de distância era mais agradável, apesar de ser uma propriedade de nível superior. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e café da manhã era bom. Nós recomendamos o outro estabelecimento nas proximidades, mas este ainda era ótimo. Este lugar também fica a uma curta caminhada de muitos restaurantes e é ideal para famílias. 4/5.

This hotel is very old, I don't know how it can carry the Hyatt name. The location is good, the breakfast is good, but that is it, pretty much everything else is bad. The shower is gross, room layout is weird, TV remote does not match the TV, AC is loud, price is high, room looks like a Ramada Inn, furniture is old. It needs major renovation but it does not do it because its good location guarantee a good flow of customers willing to pay a higher price cos demand is higher than supply in this area

We stayed here during a busy weekend for one night. The room was clean and in a good location but it did not meet my expectations as far as Hyatt properties go. Its sister property a few minutes away was more enjoyable despite this being a higher tier property. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. We would recommend the other property nearby but this one was still great. This place is also walking distance from many restaurants and it is family friendly. 4/5.
