Rooms are good enough. Higher category would be spacious. Bathroom is spacious. Working Table could have been bigger. Good location. Staff proactively provided packed muffins & cut fruits for my early checkout.

Loved my stay at Hyatt Centric MG Road. Morning breakfast was the best part of the stay. Room was little smaller than I expected. But overall stay was very comfortable and hassle free. Smooth check-in and check-out process.

The location is great, the staff is very attentive, and the decor is lovely. But the bed linens were not as nice of quality as I would have expected (I have sensitive skin and it felt rough to me). The room was also much smaller than I would have expected. We had 2 twins and they had to be pushed right next to each other in order to fit. Even then there was hardly any room to access any other furnishings in the room. If we'd been staying any longer than we were, I would have shifted us to a different hotel.

Easy to reach. Their restaurant Brasserie serves really nice filling breakfast. Good for both business and pleasure visits. All staff right from security, front desk, room service, housekeeping, and all others were very helpful and polite. All are really customer centric. They also have good basement parking space. Set food menu could be improved and more variety and vegetarian dishes could be added. I also liked the safety and social distancing measures. Overall you will have a pleasant stay.
