O hotel fica no coração da cidade. Você pode caminhar até o mercado por si só. Os quartos são muito arrumado e bom. Todos os funcionários são realmente úteis. Boa comida eo serviço foi muito bom. Como um índio Sul pedimos um pouco de comida do sul da Índia e fizeram sambhar idli e muito saboroso pequeno-almoço. Isso foi realmente doce deles. The hotel is in the heart of the town. You can walk to the market all by yourself. The rooms are pretty neat and good. All the staffs are really helpful . Great food and the service was really nice. As a South Indian we asked for some South Indian food and they made idli and very tasty sambhar for breakfast. That was really sweet of them. Apart from that the other foods were equally tasty. We had a pleasant stay and quite loved it. Room service was great too. Would recommend this hotel for stay for anyone.

Um dos piores hotéis que já visitei na minha vida. Eles afirmam ser um hotel 3 estrelas, mas eu não vou lhes dar um único. Eu reservei meu pacote de thrillophilia e peguei este hotel para ficar para meu tour de darjeeling. Quando cheguei ao hotel, peguei a terceira sala de aula que não estava arrumada. O quarto era pequeno demais para caber nele. A cama não estava limpa e a madeira da frente estava quebrada.O café da manhã não era tão bom ou ruim. Embora a equipe seja boa, mas o serviço é muito ruim. Não vou recomendar que você fique lá.

Reservé mi paquete de thrillophilia y conseguí que este hotel se quedara para mi gira de Darjeeling. Cuando llegué al hotel, conseguí la habitación de tercera clase que no estaba ordenada. La habitación era demasiado pequeña para caber en ella. La cama no estaba limpia y la madera del frente de la cama estaba rota.El desayuno no fue tan bueno ni tan malo. Aunque el personal es bueno pero el servicio es muy pobre. No te recomendaré que te quedes allí.

Staff behaviour not upto mark.Initially they said there are no rooms available. However they had two rooms available. I booked hotel online and stayed there. Room was dirty and mat on floor and chair had stain marks.. they didn't provide any heater and it was chargeable which doesn't make any sense. In hot weather conditions, you don't charge extra for AC, then why extra charges for heater in cold conditions. Worst hotel to stay in Darjeeling.

Very good rooms.. We booked super delux. They gv room heater however extra price had to be paid. Veg food but very tasty. Staff is well mannered and very prompt service. Manager is a very wise and friendly person. 24/7 hot water available. Only bad thing they don't hv lift.Near to the mall but the the road is a bit stiff.

One of the worst hotels I have ever visited in my life. They claim to be a 3 star hotel but I won't give them a single one. I booked my package from thrillophilia andgot this hotel to stay for my darjeeling tour. When I reached hotel I got the third class room which wasn't tidy. The room was too small to fit in. Bed was not clean and the front wood of the bed was broken.The breakfast wasn't so good or bad. Although the staff is good but the service is very poor. I will not recommend you to stay there.

Their suite room was worse than a standard room of an average hotel. Tiny bathroom cum washroom in which you can barely stand. Small geysers that don't last for a small bucket of hot water. The ambience is so dark and depressing that you don't feel like going back to the hotel. 4 floors and no lift! Stubborn staff.

To get to this hotel, one needs to climb up a steep slope. You can use a car to ride the slope as well, but the parking isn't very convenient. The Mall Road is just five minutes from the hotel. The rooms are very clean, well-maintained with complimentary tea, coffee, water and toiletries. There is a kettle if you want to boil water or cook Maggie. There are five floors and the stairs aren't very steep. The rooms have ACs and the view from the balcony, especially on the top floor is spectacular.
