I visit the hotel restaurant for breakfast and I had a great experience and delicious meal! Super friendly and professional service! I’m very satisfied. Highly recommend!

Great hotel, great location, great service, great rooms, great pool.
But! It feels weird to be in such a luxurious place between all the poverty in Cuba. Just feels wrong to be honest. I loved the experience but did feel guilty for staying there too

This is the closest to a real 5 stars hotel you will get in Cuba. Facilities are spectacular, views are unbeatable, and staff is particularly friendly.
We stayed for two nights and enjoyed Breakfast(fresh & good variety), Pool(quiet & with everything you need for full relaxing), Bar at top( a bit of a caos, but good for mingling with locals, chicken was good).
The rooms are well soundproof and luxurious. Beds like no others in Cuba. Bathroom in sync with the 5-star category.
We walked through the Spa, and it was certainly inviting too. Maybe next time.
I had a problem with a booking in another hotel in Cuba, and they went above and beyond to assist me.
Internet service is free and throughout the hotel.

We went to the rooftop bar to have a drink (take the elevator to the 9th floor). The views are amazing with El Morro just across the bay and the 360 view deck atop some extra stairs from the terrace. What wasn't good however was the service - it was practically non existent. We were waiting and were completely ignored for almost half an hour. As the sun was very hot we tried to give the staff a second chance by moving to a table indoors.
However, we were not lucky in our new spot either. A very disinterested waiter dropped off some food menus at our table while we clearly tried to sit down at a non dining table and it was still mid afternoon. The waiter was never to be seen again, and again we were completely ignored by all staff. In the end we gave up and left. It's a real pity because the place is really beautiful, modern, and in a super good location with a lot of potential....

Today, April 9, in the afternoon, the reception girl badly denied me access to the upstairs terrace, even though I was going with the intention of consuming and previously, right in my eyes, she allowed others to go up. A hotel with good views and lousy customer service. it can be better.

A muito boa atenção. Fui tratado com o carinho e a bondade que caracterizam os cubanos. A visão sem palavras Eu não tenho como descrever a beleza de Havana e seu calçadão ❤️. A única coisa que parece um pouco ridícula é os preços, não porque não vale a pena, porque o hotel realmente tem um padrão muito alto, mas porque, infelizmente, nenhum residente cubano em Cuba poderá desfrutar de uma bela estadia neste hotel.

Incrível terraço foi inaugurado, aberto ao público nos primeiros dias de novembro. O hotel é muito moderno e o super canchera terraço. Para assistir o pôr do sol e tomar algumas bebidas. Você pode fazer o upload sem problemas. Bela vista de Havana.

O Paseo del Prado foi uma solução provisória para nós. Na verdade, tínhamos planejado apenas uma viagem de um dia a Havana. Mas como a cidade imediatamente nos enfeitiçou, decidimos espontaneamente passar uma noite ali. Rapidamente encontramos vários hotéis muito bonitos, antigos e aconchegantes, com muito ambiente, nos quais adoraríamos passar a noite, mas todos os hotéis exigiam pagamentos em dinheiro. No entanto, nosso estoque de dinheiro era muito limitado, era domingo, os bancos estavam fechados e os 2 caixas eletrônicos encontrados nas proximidades não funcionavam. Apenas Cuba. Portanto, não tivemos escolha a não ser encontrar um hotel que aceitasse pagamentos com cartão de crédito, e foi esse. Aparentemente, o hotel abrira apenas algumas semanas antes. Isso também era claramente perceptível, tudo ainda cheirava muito novo a plástico e produtos químicos e não havia a menor falha que pudesse ser descrita como um "traço de uso". Em geral, o hotel é, em todos os aspectos, o oposto da cidade em que está localizado: Havana é velha e mórbida, quente e úmida e cheia de atmosfera e alegria de viver. O hotel é novo (em dezembro de 2019), é muito moderno, muito frio, em termos de temperatura e também em termos de ambiente e design. E é muito caro. No retorno, o hóspede tem uma vista deslumbrante de toda a cidade no terraço da cobertura. O corredor se parece com a nave espacial Orion. Muito futurista, mas de alguma forma nada adequado para Havana. O serviço prestado pelo pessoal é bastante atencioso e profissional para Cuba. O que então turvou nossa impressão, no entanto, foi o faturamento quando fizemos o check-out, no qual eles queriam nos cobrar significativamente mais do que o que havia sido originalmente combinado. A tarifa do quarto ficou repentinamente muito mais cara do que o combinado, e o café da manhã foi cobrado duas vezes por um valor esportivo de 33 euros por pessoa e tudo já havia sido cobrado no nosso cartão de crédito. Quando reclamamos e queríamos esclarecer isso, o pessoal da recepção de repente mal entendia o inglês, então chamamos o gerente, que inicialmente demorou muito, e depois de uma boa hora de palestra finalmente nos foi concedido o preço combinado e pediu desculpas por este "mal-entendido". A coisa toda teve um sabor desagradável de intenção e roubo, e destruiu a impressão pelo menos bastante decente até então. Não gostaríamos de ficar lá de novo, há muitos outros hotéis antigos e acolhedores com muito ambiente em Havana

Hotel Paseo del Prado: Um dos melhores hotéis em Havana, localizado na parte antiga de Havana, ao lado da melhor vista que você pode encontrar em toda a cidade, de lá você pode ver o Malecon, El Morro, o Gran Packard Hotel, embaixada de Espanha, Capitólio e Grande parte da Cidade Velha de Havana e Vedado e muito mais ... Definitivamente recomendado 5 estrelas.

Hotel estava imaculado e bem gerido. É um pouco diferente de outros hotéis internacionais, o acesso é limitado a determinadas áreas por não hóspedes. Isso não foi um problema para mim, porque as áreas comuns estão bem equipadas. O serviço é excelente, mas às vezes é preciso chamar a atenção primeiro 😉Fiquei particularmente impressionado com a qualidade da obra na construção e a qualidade dos quartos.Definitivamente ficarei aqui novamente.

Hotel incrível! Os quartos são muito agradáveis, limpos e convenientes. A piscina é a melhor coisa do mundo! É aquecido e tem uma vista incrível do mar. O café da manhã é bom (você pode obter o melhor croissant de Cuba!) Mais uma vez obrigado aos funcionários do hotel, que foram muito agradáveis.

La atención muy buena . Fui tratado con la calides y amabilidad que caracteriza a los cubanos . La vista sin palabras no tengo cómo describir la belleza de la habana y su malecón ❤️. Lo único que me parece un poco ridiculo son los precios no porque no lo valga pues realmente el hotel se ve de muy alto estándar sino porque tristemente ninguno cubano residente en cuba va a poder disfrutar de una hermosa estadía en este hotel.

Se inauguró una terraza INCREÍBLE, abrió al público los primeros días de noviembre. El hotel muy muy moderno y la terraza súper canchera. Para ver el atardecer y tomar algunos tragos. Se puede subir sin problema. Hermosas vista de la habana.

Hotel Paseo del Prado: Uno de los Mejores Hoteles que tiene La Habana, situado en La Habana Vieja junto a la Mejor Vista que puedas encontrar en toda La Habana, desde hay se aprecia el Malecón, El Morro, el Hotel Gran Packard, Embajada de España, Capitolio y Gran parte de la Ciudad de La Habana Vieja y el Vedado y mucho más... Recomendado sin duda 5 Estrellas.

View was nice. Better than expected. But the servise was 'cannot think is here 5star hotel' it's not my first time to go one 5 star hotel in Havana, I know what I need to expect, CUBA! But depends on other hotel like Packard or Manzana. I don't know what to say 5STAR this hotel. Okay. The view was okay. When you enter the hotel, first you need to wait around 5 minutes in repception wheather just visist roop-top. They say upstair is full, need to check its available. We thought 'Jea here is hot place let's wait'. After that I think she could or not talk with bar we went up side. How nice view and many EMPTY seats! I don't understan why waited in the lobby, also the staff of bar, they don't care of people. When new people came in, at least needo ask seat or drinks...? Anyone had name tag on their uniforms, even all most workers have another colors white, Orange, green, Yellow etc. I almost ask to another visitors. Jea, until here I can give at least 3 star for reviw. The worst part was still workers don't know about their menu. Try to charge on themselves, I ordered coffee and some drinks, they said even the coffee and drinks are on same menu, the host is different. So need to wait 2 recipt (even one was late 15 minute), with 2 recipt they calculate with their calculator and say price. I paid at first, but felt little strange, when I did overview that was not correct. They don't know about price of coffee then checked again menu and paid me back. At least they say Malecon y Prado new 5 star hotel. Not a street restaurant. I feel waist of my time and was better not to be there. I want to say to new people. Go enjoy view of there but if you want to drink something and relax, I will never recommend here. It was first time visit and last time.

Hotel was immaculate and well run. It is a little different from other international hotels, access is limited to certain areas by non guests. This was not a problem for me because the common areas are well appointed. Service is excellent, but sometimes you have to get their attention first 😉
I was particularly impressed by the quality of workmanship in the construction and the quality of the rooms.
Definitely will stay here again.

Amazing hotel! The rooms are very nice, clean and convenient. The swimming pool is the best thing ever! It is heated, and has an amazing view of the sea.
The breakfast is good (you can get the best croissant in Cuba!)
