I have no idea how they took those photos but my room was nothing like I booked. And upon request I got some lame excuse. My room was so tiny my luggage hardly fitted and I constantly had to step over my bag. There was less then a meter between the bed and the walls. If I used the desk I could hardly move the chair backwards to sit. Every toilet visit I had to do a dance with the door to reach the toilet In The tiny bathroom which is behind the door. It's clean, comfy beds, but noisy hotel with guest having family over from outside the hotel partying in front of other rooms. Overprices hotel that does not properly sanitize the rooms as they promise on booking.

Es bueno y muy accesible limpio y la atención buena muy recomendable me encanta ya que gente que no esté hospedada NO puede entrar y seguridad las 24 horas 👍👍👍

O hotel está classificado como um hotel de 3 estrelas, as suas instalações eram muito limpas, os quartos, os duches, a zona comum com piscina e jogos infantis, tinha estacionamento controlado à entrada e saída, tudo estava em bom estado e bem conservado para sua administração, também está muito próximo do centro histórico o que o torna uma excelente opção de hospedagem em sua relação custo-serviço.

El hotel está catalogado como un hotel 3 estrellas, sus instalaciones estaban muy limpias, los cuartos, regaderas, el área común con alberca y juegos infantiles, cuenta con estacionamiento controlado a su entrada y salida, todo estaba en buenas condiciones y bien conservado por su administración, además está muy cerca del centro histórico lo que lo convierte en una excelente opción para el hospedaje en su relación costo - servicio.

Me encantó la ubicación, 1.2 km del centro. Lo mejor nos daban acceso a la alberca previareservacion. Los autos se pueden estacionar frente a lashabitaciones. Fácil acceso en caso de llevar silla de ruedas.

El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo. Le doy una estrella porque olvide mi cargador y volví al otro día por él , pero me dijeron que no habían encontrado nada 🙄 No es por el artículo es la poca honestidad del personal. Me habría pesado más haber olvidado algo valioso 👎

Clean, staff is great! Didn't eat at the on sight restaurant so i can't critique the food. Very pretty heated pool area.

This is a very nice place, they have different areas for boardrooms, parties, food, etc. The staff id very friendly and they are very effective. I recommend this place todo stay during a vacation in Puebla.

Good location, near the city centre at a good price. Small noisy rooms, water pipes made terrible noises with any discharge. Unnecessary mistreatment and insolence from all personnel. Extra deposit required for TV remote control. Lousy TV cable service with very few channels and awful WiFi. Mobile phone signal is interrupted inside the rooms
