I stayed with my family for 3 days, the room in which I was super comfortable, with incredible airs, I basically froze, the center was one block away, the continental breakfast was super rich, the food was delicious, the vibe of the employees is magnificent, Everything super 10, the closed garage is super secure, I'll be back next month for more days

The room in relation to the price is good,
The cleaning is acceptable but it shows that they check your bags when they do the cleaning, the reception is excellent except for the attention of the girl in the morning, she is rude and unpleasant if I remember correctly Alejandra is her name totally unwilling to help you always answering wrong and remembering that she doesn't have to give me a hand towel the disgusting truth. The rest quite well and the other receptionists are predisposed.

Some Chilean friends were staying (here in Mendoza), for whom I reserved a room. Excellent attention from Guillermo and all the staff. Very good cleanliness, breakfast and location. The garage is from the same hotel and is next door. Highly recommended!

Extremely simple hotel with very basic breakfast and no availability of some services (no minibar, bad internet and little accessible extra services), the price is high for the service offered the bed is good and clean bedding the location is very good .
I recommend it only for a quick passage, in the absence of a better option at the moment.
