Aconchegante é bem localizado. Não tem elevador, o que pode dificultar para algumas pessoas, ainda mais devido a altitude da cidade.

Os funcionários do hotel são muito simpáticos, têm uma boa imagem dos funcionários e do hotel, muito limpo, as suas casas de banho são confortáveis e limpas e há muitas coisas para visitar nas proximidades. Eu recomendo o hotel sem nenhum problema, só que o café da manhã é no lobby.

El Personal del hotel es muy amable se lleva uno una buena imagen del personal y del hotel, muy limpio, sus baños son cómodos y limpios, y hay muchas cosas por visitar cerca. El hotel lo recomiendo sin ningún problema, solo que el desayuno es en el lobby.

Bom hotel para passar uma ou duas noites! Solicite apenas dois quartos com o mesmo custo e um deles seja menor que o outro e o ventilador não funcione !! Mas no geral, a atenção e o tratamento bem, a limpeza deveria contratar outra pessoa porque dos três dias que estive lá, nenhum deles foi recolher o lixo.

Esta lindo el lugar, me tenían encantada Siempre nos hospedamos ahí, hasta esta vez , una vez entregada la habitación no te permiten ni entrar a un servicio tan básico como el baño, argumentando que no se podía, mi pregunta es ¿ los que atienden ahí aonde vão? Saem a dois quarteirões de onde me mandaram ... Fiquei dois dias, e enquanto você está no horário que pagou, gentilmente, dá quarto uma hora, aí não fica nada ... tão ruim. Não recomendo mais ...

Buen hotel, para pasar una o dos noches! Solo que solicite dos habitaciones del mismo costo y una era más chica que la otra y no servía el ventilador!! Pero en general bien la atención y el trato bien, la limpieza deberían de contratar a otra persona porque de los tres días q estuve ninguno me fueron a recoger la basura..

Não costumo escrever críticas negativas, mas esta definitivamente vale a pena. Em primeiro lugar, eles me pediram para deixar meu passaporte como depósito para o controle remoto AC, o que parecia ridículo, então eu apenas usei o ventilador. Em segundo lugar, no meu último dia perguntei se podia desocupar o quarto e deixar a minha bagagem na recepção e dar um passeio, o que eles concordaram sem mencionar qualquer momento específico para eu voltar para o fazer. Voltei mais tarde e pedi para tirar algo da bolsa, o que novamente foi atendido sem problemas. No entanto, quando voltei mais uma vez para colocar meu laptop de volta na sacola, pois começou a chover forte, a senhora mais velha na recepção insistiu que eu deveria pegar todas as minhas malas e ir embora imediatamente. Eu realmente precisava de mais meia hora para jantar antes de sair, mas ela foi inflexível, então tive que levar toda a minha bagagem para o café sob a chuva forte. Honestamente, eu não reclamaria se isso acontecesse em algum lugar barato, mas em um hotel como este você espera uma atitude melhor da equipe. É meio triste que sua estadia em um lugar agradável como este possa ser arruinada pela falta de comunicação adequada por parte do pessoal. Definitivamente não vou ficar aqui novamente.

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this one is definitely worth it.
First of all, they asked me to leave my passport as a deposit for the AC remote control, which seemed ridiculous, so I just used the fan instead.
Secondly, on my last day I asked if I can vacate the room and leave my luggage at the reception and go for a walk, to which they agreed without mentioning any specific time for me to come back for it. I came back later on and asked to take something from the bag, which again was met without any issues. However, when I returned once again to put my laptop back in the bag as it started to rain heavily, the older lady at the reception insisted that I should take all my bags and leave immediately. I really needed just half an hour more to have dinner before I leave, but she was adamant, so I had to take all my luggage to cafe in the heavy rain. Honestly, I wouldn’t complain if that happened at some cheap place, but at the hotel like this you expect better attitude from the staff. It’s kind of sad that your stay at a nice place like this can be ruined by lack of proper communication from personnel. Will definitely not stay here again.

The rooms with balcony are very very nice...a bit loud but very very nice. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The staff is respectful and helpful.

Great hotel at affordable price. Very clean, modern bathrooms. The hotel staff is accommodating. The hotel building is a two levels colonial style with a garden and seating area in the center. Street side rooms, with windows can be very noisy. The rest of the rooms are windowless ,but nice and quiet , equipped with air conditioning . All rooms have fans. The hotel is located in the city centre walking distance to Zocalo park , Cathedral, most churches , shops and cafés .

This hotel is walking distance to Zocalo and many other must see. The hotel is completely remodeled with plenty of charm 👍. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but has all necessary essential you need as comfy bed, clean, quiet and reasonable price. Rooms with balcony are the same price but have street noisy ...Most definitely will stay at this hotel on future trips to Puebla 💟

This is an okay hotel, but there are some issues to consider. It's in an old colonial building with an inner courtyard, All the rooms open into the courtyard. So the rooms at the back of the building have no windows. Their only openings are the French doors. When you close the doors, you're in a closed cube with no ventilation. The rooms at the front of the building do have windows,but they open onto one of the busy feeder streets going into the main plaza. The noise level is very high, even with the big double French doors open to the outside closed. You get to choose between no ventilation or no peace.

Very comfortable, very clean and cozy place. Wifi was working just great. Location is perfect. The parking is in a few blocks away from the hotel, but you shouldnt worry - stuff will help you with that, you can just leave your car near the front door. Just remember to ask for a room with a window.
