O hotel está localizado em frente a praia, possui guarda sois e cadeiras para os hóspedes, quartos amplos com sacada, frigo bar, ar-condicionado e boa cama. Apenas o banheiro, que apesar de não ser minúsculo, não possui box, então acaba inundando. O destaque positivo fica para a hospitalidade dos atendentes

Pelo terceiro ano consecutivo visito o hotel, viajo de outro país para treinar com um técnico local na escola do Betis. a atitude dos funcionários do hotel é arrogante em relação aos estrangeiros As pessoas no hotel se comportam mal comigo, assobiam para mim como se eu fosse um nativo ou algum cachorro de rua. minha atitude é repugnantemente arrogante. Hoje tenho um voo às 20:00. e eles me expulsam do hotel às 12h. sem me avisar sem nada "faça as malas e vá embora". Sendo o único cliente do hotel neste momento :/ Espero nunca ser visitado por outras pessoas :/

Por tercer año consecutivo visito el hotel, viajo desde otro país para entrenar con un entrenador local en la escuela del Betis. la actitud del personal del hotel es arrogante hacia los extranjeros La gente del hotel se porta mal conmigo, me silban como si fuera un nativo o un perro callejero. mi actitud es repugnantemente arrogante. Hoy tengo un vuelo a las 8:00 p.m. y me persiguen fuera del hotel a las 12:00 p.m. sin avisarme sin nada "empaca tu equipaje y vete". Siendo el único cliente del hotel en este momento :/ Espero nunca ser visitado por otras personas :/

Localização estratégica muito perto do mar com praia privativa para os hóspedes, funcionários muito gentis e muito prestativos, quartos modernos e limpos, troca de roupa se solicitado mesmo diariamente, atendente de estacionamento (muito agradável) sempre presente se você comunicar sua hora de partida você encontrará o carro pronto. A restauração tem um serviço um pouco lento mas a qualidade da comida é boa o peixe está sempre fresco recomendo o linguine com marisco. Ótimo Wi-Fi. Eles falam italiano discretamente, mas melhor inglês e ou albanês. Ficamos apenas 3 dias porque Durres era uma parada para nós e depois continuamos a ksamil.

Ubicación estratégica muy cerca del mar con playa privada para los huéspedes, personal muy amable y servicial, habitaciones modernas y limpias, cambio de sábanas si se solicita incluso a diario, encargado del estacionamiento (muy agradable) siempre presente si comunica su hora de salida encontrará el carro listo. El catering tiene un servicio un poco lento pero la calidad de la comida es buena el pescado siempre es fresco recomiendo el linguini con mariscos. Gran wifi. Hablan italiano discretamente pero mejor inglés y/o albanés. Nos quedamos solo 3 días porque Durres fue una escala para nosotros y luego continuamos hasta ksamil.

Saia do hotel a 30 metros do mar! ) O hotel é relativamente novo, os quartos são modernos, o que é uma vantagem definitiva. Eu tenho acesso ao Netflix. Tomamos café da manhã e jantamos. Não gostamos do café da manhã, a comida é a mesma todos os dias. Jantares à la carte, deliciosos. Não gostou do barulho da rodovia, o hotel não está bem localizado. À noite os primeiros dias não dormiam, com as venezianas fechadas e a saída para a varanda .. todas as boas impressões sobre o hotel ficam por conta disso, pois viemos dormir um pouco e relaxar à beira-mar. O primeiro não funcionou de todo.

Estaba allí hace 13 años. El hotel está en orden y probablemente fue renovado. Las habitaciones también causan una buena impresión. Desafortunadamente no hay perchas en el baño, lo cual es muy inconveniente. Pero por el precio de 60 €, puede esperar que las habitaciones se limpien mejor. El primer día no limpiaron el balcón, ni siquiera estaban afuera. El penúltimo día (domingo) no se limpió todo el segundo piso. A petición tenemos al menos toallas limpias.

¡Salga del hotel a 30 metros del mar! ) El hotel es relativamente nuevo, las habitaciones son modernas, lo cual es una ventaja. Tengo acceso a Netflix. Tomamos desayunos y cenas. No nos gustaron los desayunos, la comida es la misma todos los días. Cenas a la carta, riquísimas. No me gustó el ruido de la autopista, el hotel no está bien ubicado. Por la noche los primeros días no dormimos, con las contraventanas cerradas y la salida al balcón .. todas las buenas impresiones sobre el hotel están cubiertas por esto, porque llegamos a dormir un poco y relajarnos junto al mar. El primero no funcionó en absoluto.

Not on beach front but 1 min walk to beach , provides car parking on the side of hotel though it’s congested with cars, rooms are big and spacious but a bit smelly same with toilet 🚻 I think they need to work on the drainage, hygiene level is not very high and shower towels really look dirty and not clean , bed lproper laundry is needed , bed sheets were ok , location is far from city and port and main attractions.

I can highly recommend the restaurant at Hotel Bellavista! Fabulous food! Polite, professional & helpful staff. We were given a bowl of complimentary mussels which I must say we’re extremely tasty!
If you’re in Durres and not sure where to eat, try Hotel Bellavista!

The good stuff: - friendly staff - clean rooms - big bathroom - delicious breakfast - the beach is right outside and a beach umbrella and deckchairs are included in your room's priceThe bad stuff (not a big deal though): - the shower cable was too short - our room faced the street --> traffic noise at night - coffee was not included in the breakfast buffet - no ATMs aroundProtip: The bus to Durrës stops right in front of the hotel, approximately every 25 minutes. The ticket costs 60 ALL (0,45 Euro). The last bus from Durrës is around 8 p.m. but you can carpool in a taxi to get to the hotel at a later time.
