Agradável surpresa. O quarto é bem espaçoso, com pequena sala, bastante confortável. Café da manhã bom, não é fabuloso. É muito bem localizado, próximo à Praça da Catalunha, estação de metrô.

Limpeza dos quartos muito muito má , quando a pessoa está o dia todo a limpar no andar acho um exagero para o que ela fez no nosso quarto na semana que passamos lá , todos os dias era má limpo , o resto as pessoas são muito simpáticas e o pequeno almoço bom , mas não recomendo

Estuve hace unos días alojado en este hotel, mi sensación nada más entrar fué como sumergirme en cualquier película de los 90. Esos suelos rojos de moqueta, ese gusto esquisto para decorar una zona de restaurante sobria y sombría, ya en la habitación dudé si al cruzar la puerta de este hotel de verdad había viajado en el tiempo...una televisión con las que iniciamos la era del tdt, una radio con la que 20 años atrás te comunicarías con recepción y un mobiliarios sacado de cualquier decorado de una peli de Almodóvar en los 90. Si no puedes por horario asistir al desayuno espero que te guste el salami. Eso sí, muy buena ubicación.

We stayed 23/2-26/2-2022. Everything was perfect until the last night of our stay, we would like to have early breakfast at 7 instead of 7.30 (breakfast paid on booking) since our flight was early, but it could not be done, so we tried to understand and we accept it the way it was.
But at 2 in the morning, in our deep sleep, we heard a loud noise outside our room ( we stayed at 4th floor) . I opened the door and tried to tell them that we need our sleep to wake up early, they were the hotel receptionist and few guest. The receptionist told me there were problem to solve, okay but they were so loud even after I asked them to be more quiet, we could not sleep after until morning :(. I asked him again the next morning if it was him who made noise, he said yes but no apology or anything. We were dissapointed. Otherwise everything was good.

El lugar le falta un poquito de limpieza en lo que respecta a las paredes de la habitación. El trato del personal bueno 👍,el desayuno bastante completo 😉.Iría el próximo año, por la ubicación del hotel.

Viaje por trabajo la ubicación genial, la habitación con calefacción que la puedes poner a tu gusto. Cama cómoda, la habitación individual no es muy amplia y el baño si no cierras la puerta no puedes acceder pero para venir a trabajar, está perfecto por lo cerca que está del metro. De vacaciones también lo veo bien por lo céntrico que es. Alojamiento sólo, sin desayuno incluido. El trato en recepción bueno.

Excelente TODO, buena ubicación, habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia. El baño hermoso. Lo único que pondría como dato es que las teles son muy viejas, pero eso no afecta la estadía de nadie. Sin dudas volvería siempre.

In general it was a good staying - excellent location close to La Rambla and Pl. Catalunya. The hotel looked old little more than expected. Disappointed a very tough mattress on the couch, the springs of which did not allow a normal sleep. Pleased with the large terrace, but there was a lack of at least some outdoor furniture. The key card was changed three times, as there were problems with magnetization, but thanks to the staff, everything was resolved pretty quickly.

the hotel is a bit dated and in need of a refurb. the staff are nice but in 3 days they couldn't fix a toilet drain problem. We were offered a room change on the first day but we would have to change floors by moving away from the children's room. we asked to fix it the next morning but the problem was not solved anyway. blind bathroom with non-working fan, safe with low battery and right side mattress with a protruding spring, fortunately on the edge.

Llevo 15 años viniendo y sigue siendo genial para dormir , muy céntrico pero una pena como poco a poco han bajado la calidad de los desayunos.Una pena que no tengan escobillas en el baño.

No vas a encontrar uno mejor a ese precio : ubicación inmejorable, desayuno de calidad y con una máquina de café excelente,comedormuy acogedor. Habitaciones limpias, colchones y almohadas confortables. Baño amplio. Vamos todo un acierto Ah... Y amabilidad del personal.

The location of the hotel is the only good thing about it besides the staff that are friendly. The place itself is a joke. The room we got checked in into when we first arrived was bad. The walls dirty, the bathroom old and the outdoor carpet floor looked super gross. We kindly asked to change to a better maintained room which the receptionist offered. The first floor was a bit better with parquet floor. But the room's wall were also dirty with hand prints on them! They obviously tried to wash them out but simply left them when they realized they wouldn't come off. The state of the room is also poor in general but the worst part is the bathroom flush from the upper room. Every time someone flushes, it feels like the ceiling would leak on us and it is so loud that it would wake us up at night. We were dazzled to see that such a bad kept premise would have a relatively good rating. We recommend to never fall to the trap like we did and avoid this at all cost. One last comment I would like to share is about when I complained to the receptionist about the rooms quality, he said that they their rooms are cheaper than other hotels in the street because their hotel is older. Older doesn't mean dirty last time I checked! Painting a wall should be the bare minimum in a decent business. Such a bad and disappointing experience!!
