Nós fomos para a Turquia no verão de 21 e ficamos neste hotel por alguns dias no caminho de volta, infelizmente eu tive cacatuas no meu carro e, portanto, tenho que vendê-lo, o que é muito chato porque o carro é novo, os quartos estavam úmidos no banheiro. Se tinha mofo, não consigo tirar as baratas do carro, há 3 meses era muito chato 😡

É um hotel familiar que fiquei pela primeira vez. Em primeiro lugar, gostaria de agradecer à equipe, principalmente ao Sr. Çetin. Ele foi muito gentil e atencioso. Ele cuidou pessoalmente da solução do problema que eu tinha com meu carro no estacionamento, e obrigado por isso ... Ficamos muito satisfeitos com o hotel, a localização do hotel era muito central. A maioria dos locais a visitar estão a uma curta distância a pé, o eléctrico e o metro estão muito perto. O preço é bastante acessível. É um hotel familiar que posso recomendar a todos. Espero te ver novamente, obrigado por tudo ..

The Hotel was really nice but the owner was such AMAZING. He is a really friendly guy with a warm heart and the best customer service i‘ve had in Turkey! I had problems with a bank machine and couldnt withdraw any cash. He helped me a lot and even borrowed me money without any paperwork. I wish you all the best my man❤️✌️Stay awesome and Tessekür!!!

I booked for 10 days trusting the reviews from Booking.com, but once there, nothing is as described. false surface declared, the number of places as well, it was too cold in the room, the door handle is broken !! you have to cut off the electricity to open the door and I finish by talking about breakfast: simply INEDIBLE. When I complained about all of this to the manager he changed the details of my reservation (number of beds) without my knowledge so i decided to change to another Hotel unfortunately

Espero que este comentario sirva por lo menos para que ningún otro español acuda a este hotel. Lamentable, desastroso, sin palabras. La habitación directamente nos la encontramos sucia, no la habían limpiado. Sábanas con pelos de otras personas, almohadas sucias claramente, con manchas muy visibles. El baño era impracticable, no nos pudimos duchar, todo lleno de humedades y el plato de ducha asqueroso, como para entrar descalzo.. o tocar algo. Una noche malísima. He estado en hoteles mejores y peores, cada vez ajustándome a un presupuesto distinto, pero lo de este hotel no lo había visto nunca. Se les debería caer la cara de vergüenza de ofrecer estas habitaciones.

Rooms need a bit of an upgrade but for the price and location you will not find better. Rooms are cleaned daily. Hotel has a lift. Apparently they started with upgrades to rooms already. The hosts at reception are so nice and friendly. I will definately come back.

Hatay hotel was fantastic- great value for money, clean, hot shower, toiletries provided and one of the best Turkish breakfasts I've had in Turkey. Most of all the staff were super accommodating and helpful at all hours of the day and night. Also an excellent location for exploring old town
