Frontdesk staff friendly but not overly helpful. Did not explain much at checkin other than location of room and parking. Looked up breakfast and check out on hotel website. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Overall price per night equaled value of stay.

This was single handedly the worst hotel experience we've ever had anywhere and we travel a lot. Your hotel cancelled our third room reservation when we got their and said there were no other rooms available. We set this reservation a month ago and even when looking it up now it still says 3 room yet they said we only had 2 and tried to shift the blame to booking.com while booking.com still saw us having 3 rooms as well. The front line workers did apologize but showed little effort to help us. Then to too that off the pool was closed all weekend which was not made aware to us. We finally just left. If we can't trust a hotel to honor what our reservations say we will ensure not to stay their again.

Stayed here while my house was having plumbing work done. They were so friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed my stay. The to-go dinners and also the breakfasts were pretty good for complimentary food. The lady serving them was really nice. (They also serve free beer and wine in the evenings Monday thru Wednesday.) My only complaint would be that they need to upgrade the bedding. Pillows were good mattress was fine, but the looks of the bed with ill-fitting duvets, etc. Was a little off-putting. Very clean and the heated indoor pool was nice as well.

Hotel clean and tidy. Staff happy and helpful. Grounds are immaculate. Beach was nice and clean, but was cramped, so spent most of time around the pool which was also nice and clean. Food plentiful and tasty, and a good selection. Drinks also nice. Entertainment was excellent. Best I've seen at a hotel resort do far. On the whole, a great time was had. Would recommend.

Friendly staff. Better than any other staff in any other area I have been in. Very accommodating. Make you feel like home. Super cheap. Never spend any money except if you want to tip, although it is not always expected. Great performances. Every worker is very talented. Would come back!

Had a wonderful vacation at the Iberostar Dominicana with my husband and two kids in their twenties. The resort was all lit up for Christmas and was particularly beautiful at night. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The grounds were tropical and lush. The food at the actual restaurants was very good. The beach was clean and beautiful. The work out facility was modern and well stocked. And ALL the staff was super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Andri who was able to throw in an extra “restaurant night” for us. And especially grateful to Jeffrey who hosted our delightful snorkeling excursion and took us into Punta Cana to a fabulous restaurant called Herman 311.

The staff were all great. They really enjoyed making sure you were having a good time. The food was also very good. Make sure you sign up for one of the excellent Diner restaurants for each nigh (they will ask you to pick choices when you check in). My favorites were the seafood ( they has the best steak!) and the Asian ( all you can eat sushi appetizers). Great pools, huge beach, free intro to scuba, never ending free drinks, the list goes on and on!

We loved this resort! This was our third all-inclusive experience (previous two were in Mexico). The beach and pool areas were great, and the food was excellent. The bar tenders were not as friendly as other resorts, but they were quick and the drinks were strong and good. Our room and balcony were nice and cleaned well. Evening entertainment was good too. Weather in February was 80s and sunny, but windy. Would definitely stay here again!
