The hotel was very nice The person who checked me in was not friendly and welcoming she seemed to get an attitude when you questioned her procedures. She was more detailed with my check in than other customers all other staff were very nice and courteous and friendly

Hotel was new and clean with very modern decor. The usb connections to keep our IPhones charged were convenient. Loved the free WiFi and the breakfast was outstanding, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereal, etc. The bed was so comfy. With the world's prevalent problem w plastic waste. I was appalled that all the dishes were non-recyclable styrofoam and the utensils were single use plastic at both the Holiday Inns I stayed at on this trip. This is not eco-friendly.

Everything was clean and quiet with no bad odors. Perfect for a night. Friendly staff. No issues with breakfast running out but I also ate early. Tub was showing a decent amount of wear and I have had more breakfast options at other Holiday Inn Expresses.
