No es un hotel muy grande pero le da a la gente un sentimiento moderno y artístico. Las habitaciones del hotel son de buen tamaño y tienen un patio. El servicio es bueno. It is situated in downtown of Calgary. By the side of the hotel there are a lot of parking space. The hotel has its own parking lot. It is not a very large hotel but it gives people a modern and artistic feeling. Hotel rooms are good size with a patio. Service is good. The beautiful convention room is big enough to cater 200 - 300 people. I went there for a wedding function and it was impressive.

Uma estadia confortável e muita diversão para uma despedida de solteira!Reserve o seu tempo na piscina bem antes da sua estadia !!! Eu estava um pouco atrasado para fazer isso e fiquei muito satisfeito com a forma como o atendimento ao cliente foi complacente em me ajudar a organizar horários que funcionaram para o meu grupo.Uma coisa que direi é que acho que o hotel deve se esforçar para chegar aos clientes que reservaram um pacote com tudo incluído para reservar um tempo de piscina com antecedência. Tudo incluído implica acesso a tudo, então acho que o hotel deveria deixar isso mais claro e ser proativo ao reservar esses hóspedes para o tempo da piscina todos os dias de sua estadia.

Se hospedado por 3 noites recentemente e teve uma ótima visita. Pontos positivos: localização maravilhosa perto de restaurantes e pubs, todos a curta distância. Os funcionários foram extremamente prestativos e educados, o quarto era limpo e espaçoso. Negativos: o chuveiro do banheiro poderia ser reformado - o chuveiro era quase muito potente, a argamassa parecia suja e os acessórios pareciam estar enferrujando. Varanda poderia usar um pouco de tinta fresca. Sem frigobar.Geral: Eu absolutamente voltaria novamente. A localização é imbatível e é um ótimo hotel

A comfortable stay and lots of fun for a bachelorette party!Book your pool time well ahead of your stay!!! I was a little late in doing this and was very pleased with how accommodating the customer service was in helping me organize times that worked for my group.One thing I will say is that I think the hotel should make the effort to reach out to their customers who booked an all-inclusive package to book pool time in advance. All-inclusive implies access to everything, so I think the hotel should make this more clear and actually be proactive in booking these guests for their pool time each day of their stay.

Me alojé por 3 noches recientemente y tuve una gran visita. Aspectos positivos: maravillosa ubicación cerca de restaurantes y pubs a poca distancia. Todo el personal fue extremadamente servicial y educado, la habitación estaba limpia y era espaciosa. Stayed for 3 nights recently and had a great visit.
Positives: Wonderful location near restaurants and pubs all within walking distance. Staff were all extremely helpful and polite, room was clean and spacious.
Negatives: bathroom shower could use a makeover - shower head was almost too powerful, grout looked dirty and fixtures looked like they were rusting. Balcony could use some fresh paint. No mini fridge.
Overall: I would absolutely come back again. You can't beat the location and it's a great hotel

Passamos muito tempo ao lado da piscina e tivemos o serviço mais incrível que se possa imaginar. Decepcionante. Vou liderar com o bom: a piscina é bem equipada e o menu de comida / bar ao lado da piscina era muito bom. A localização é ideal, especialmente se você estiver viajando de fora da cidade.O quarto estava chocantemente abaixo da média. Nós ficamos em um "Luxo 2 queen com varanda" e a única coisa luxuosa sobre isso era o preço. Por que anunciar uma varanda como uma comodidade se não há assentos nela? Faltava o básico, como um balde de gelo, sem frigobar, mas havia 2 garrafas de água quente no quarto por um preço de $ 5 cada. Agora, isso está fora do controle do hotel até certo ponto, mas reservamos como um staycation para uso da piscina. Fizemos reservas com antecedência e isso foi honrado, porém não esperava que fosse invadido por crianças que limparam a piscina com mau comportamento incessante. Eu gostaria que a piscina fosse uma experiência apenas para adultos ou expectativas pudessem ser definidas e aplicadas pelo hotel sobre como as crianças e seus pais devem se comportar em consideração aos outros hóspedes Teria classificado como 3 estrelas, no entanto, no check-out, o profissionalismo da senhora na recepção estava seriamente em falta. Disappointing. I'll lead with the good: the pool is well appointed and the poolside food/bar menu was very good. The location is ideal especially if you are traveling from out of town.The room was shockingly below average. We stayed in a "Luxury 2 queen with balcony" and the only thing luxurious about it was the price. Why advertise a balcony as an amenity if there is no seating on it? Lacked basics such as an ice bucket, no mini fridge but there were 2 warm bottles of water in the room for a price tag of $5 each. Now this is out of the hotel's control to some degree, but we booked as a staycation for use of the pool. We made reservations in advance and this was honored, however was not expecting it to be overrun by children who cleared the pool with incessant bad behavior. I wish that the pool was an adults only experience or expectations could be set and enforced by the hotel on how any kids and their entitled parents should conduct themselves in consideration of other guests Would have rated 3 stars, however upon check out the professionalism of the lady at the front desk was seriously lacking. Asked for my email address to send the folio, but as I began to give it to her, she cut me off rudely as she wasn't ready for it yet. Then, although my name was on my reservation and presumably in front of her, she could not spell it correctly within my email address resulting in me having to waste my time calling the hotel later to chase it down. A minor inconvenience, however a blight on an already over-priced and disappointing experience. I would not stay at this property again, however options (I believe) exist to reserve the pool for private events. This is a service I would consider in the future.

We stayed for 3 nights in the Poolside Suite. What an incredible room - highly recommend with the great deck and loungers overlooking the pool. We spent a lot of time poolside and had the most amazing service imaginable. Thank you very much to Morgan who arranged seating in such an effective and professional manner, and to all the poolside serving staff. Front desk staff was equally spectacular and the single time maintenance was needed they were there in a flash and took care of things. Everyone in Calgary seems short staffed but we were just so grateful for the perfect experience we had with such awesome service at this beautiful resort. Will be back again for sure!

During the initial planning stages to the day-of execution - everything was exceptional. Kimberly was so attentive throughout the entire process - emails were always responded to in a timely manner, everything was well organized, and her level of genuine care for ensuring the couples wedding day was going to be the best day of their lives was second to none. During the set-up, we also had the pleasure of working with Jim who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Truly such a wonderful and caring team of individuals that are part of the events team at Hotel Arts. I'm looking forward to many more weddings at this venue, and with this team! O Hotel Arts cuidou do nosso casamento e também ficamos lá por duas noites. Seu catering fora do local é fenomenal. Todos os nossos hóspedes comentaram como a comida era incrível. Hotel Arts catered our wedding and we got to stay there for two nights as well. Their off-site catering is phenomenal. All of our guests commented on how amazing the food was. Some even said it was the best meal they've ever had! Kimberly and Jim really took care of us throughout the planning process and on the day of. They were both wonderful to work with! The room we got was very nice as well and worked great for getting ready photos of the guys. I highly recommend Hotel Arts if you're looking for a caterer!
