As a SeaWorld hotel, we offer free shuttle service, dining and merchandise discounts, complimentary rescue tour, and priority entry. Check at the Guest Services desk for details. I-Drive and the Orange County Convention Center are 10 minutes away. Enjoy our waterfalls, pools, and kids’ wading pools and activity center. Each room has a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and microwave. Suites feature a seating area and full kitchen. A balcony or patio are featured in certain rooms. All rooms come with a private bathroom. Ottimo hotel, limpo e agradável, funcionários prestativos, porém nenhum fala português. Aluguei um bom quarto com cozinha integrada. O preço não é dos mais baratos, mas é bom.

Embora o hotel seja bonito, com excelentes acomodações, cozinha completa além daexcelente localização, a limpeza dos apts é quase nula. Como a diária é beeem puxada e ainda tem taxa diária "salgadinha" de resort,deveriam, ao menos, ter uma supervisåo do pessoal de limpeza. Mas, no dia de nosso check out teve funcionário pra tocar a campainha de nosso apt beeem cedinho- nos acordando!! - pra nos avisar que nossa estadia terminaria daqui a mais algumas horas!!!

Hotel fantástico. Bem do lado do Sea World, com acesso fácil de ônibus ou carros particulares a outros parques de Orlando. Recepcionistas e camareiras muito atenciosas e simpáticas. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa. Possui duas piscinas grandes, sendo uma mais retirada para quem gosta de sossego e outra bem central. Os quartos são ótimos. O custo benefício em Abril 2018 foi muito bom. Valeu a pena ter se hospedado lá

A equipe é muito gentil, O ambiente é limpo e bem cuidado. A cobrança de 25 dólares pelas facilidades do hotel São um pouco exageradas. Também a cobrança para receber pacotes. No mais o ambiente é bem agradável.

Um ótimo hotel, localização diferenciada, são 8 minutos do outlet Premium da vineland, 15 minutos dos parques da Disney e 7 minutos tem um Walmart. O complexo tem piscinas ótimas e estacionamento muito fácil acesso. O hotel é na boca do parque SeaWorld. Toda equipe de atendimento é muito atenciosa e passa todos os detalhes. No hotel tem uma Starbucks e diversas atividades pra família. Os apartamentos são amplos e com infraestrutura ótima também. Fogão, forno, microondas e máquina de lavar e secar. Ar condicionado distribuído. Os pontos de melhoria ficam prós elevadores que são lentos, no térreo o cheiro de cigarro incomoda um pouco e a arrumação do apartamento é bem superficial, falta um capricho.

Gosto muito deste hotel. Ja fiquei nele várias vezes, infra decente, quarto e banheiros limpos. Cozinha completa. O hotel tem várias piscinas, aquecidas inclusive. Fica do lado do sea world, pertinho de uma farmacia e de um dennys. Amamos ficar nele. Só elogios!

Property was great, great amenities (minus the gym) staff was great. Temps of the pools were nice. Gym was on the smaller side…we were stuck at the hotel during hurricane Nicole because everything was shut down, leaving everyone to fight over the little equipment in the gym. Our room the master bed needs to be replaced, you can tell it’s old, slept on one of the other beds and was fine, just not the master.Other than that they had great activities for the kids. You can rent movies, games, the bar/grille was decent. Overall I liked how spacious the room was.

Awesome place!!! We had such a great time! The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed all the way down to the wine opener. The bathtub was the best!! The balcony was wonderful. The bar and grill had awesome food and it was affordable. The pools were great and wow the hot tubs were plentiful! Me and hubby said that was so convenient and the most hot tubs we seen. All around we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back very soon!

I had a great time at this hotel. There are a lot of activities to keep the kids busy and the pool is great. The beds were pretty comfortable and the amenities were pretty great! Some downsides were that I was not able to get my coffee that was I was charged for as amenity because I wasn’t given the card I was supposed to have and I requested towels and the front desk said they would send them up but they never did. I might give them a try again if I am in Orlando in the future.

This was a fantastic Hotel! Our check in was smooth and seamless. Best part was our room was ready 4 hours early. Our room did have an AC issue, which they sent someone to fix quickly. However, when we returned from the pool the AC was still Not working correctly. They changed our room for us which had fantastic AC. The pool bar and grill served drinks and food that were good. They had live entertainment throughout the day at the pool and even the opportunity to get your hair braided, spray tattoo and scuba. I had a great stay here. Even with needing a 2nd room the stay was great. Room was very clean and well stocked.

Stay was great! It is a very beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are outdated, but EXTREMELY clean. The only complaints I had were that the pool completely shut down for a while when there was thunder. I understand lightening in dangerous. But it storms daily in central Florida. Which means the pool most likely closes daily for hours. All in all, the stay was great and everyone was very friendly. Will be back. :)

The best I've experienced. After being delayed several hours, this resort was well worth coming to after such. The resort was great, fun & relaxing. If you don't have to go out then DON'T. Very clean, accessible & downright hospitable. Fully stocked everywhere & the amenities all around was a plus. Walking distance to SeaWorld & beautiful sight for sore eyes & tourists. I highly recommend investing in Hilton or timeshares.

No es para personas que no hablen ingles , la piscina principal es a base de escalera y no para alguien con sillas de rueda , los empleados ni el saludo conyestan , sucios los baños , y es muy oscuro solo se puede caminar por algunos parqueos que tampoco tienen .mucha iluminacion

From the moment we arrived to the time we left we had an amazing time. The service was impeccable, the rooms were gorgeous, the pools were clean and refreshing, the bar food was great and appropriately priced, the location is as central as you can get, and did I mention the service!?! Oh yes I did but it was so good I'll mention it again. Don't look anywhere else if you're looking for a fun family resort. Being in the heart of the amusement parks, my son had more than enough fun just jamming with kids here which mom and I enjoyed thoroughly pockets wise.

Rooms are terrific, I have a lot of allergies so I always struggle in new environments. The hotel replaced all the feather pillows and comforters with hypoallergenic (this in not always an option sometimes they are like, all we have is a scratchy blanket.) After we aired out the room from all the antibacterial spray it has been perfect. The balcony is fully enclosed Lanai style so no bugs. The pools are fantastic. Food down at the pool was pretty good and larger portions than expected. Full kitchen so grab some breakfast items to eat in your room. Only con: On check in you only got information about pool hours and events if you asked. Lots of people at concierge desk but no one was very friendly.

Perfeito para quem procura um lugar aconchegante e com um ótimo custo benefício. Os apartamentos possuem uma cozinha equipada, máquina de lavar e secar, banheiro amplo, e sem nenhuma burocracia para entrar e sair. Excelente para quem vai com alguns amigos ou filhos.

Los departamentos son amplios y estan equipados con lo necesario, aunque podrian tener algunos otros elementos de comodidad, como un escritorio y mas equipamiento de cocina. La limpieza general no es la mejor y deberia serlo, especialmente en pandemia. El personal del lobby no es muy atento y espoco predispuesto. No hay restaurante en el predio y el local de aprovisionamiento es demasiado basico

El resort esta bien mantenido en general, pero es necesario realizarle una renovación. En la habitación reemplazaron el jacuzzi por una bañera sin hidromasaje!!! El personal de front desk no fue muy amable en la recepción. No tuvieron en cuenta nuestros requerimientos y tuvimos que volver para reclamar nuestras preferencias.

La atención perfecta y la ubicación del hotel es excepcional. Todo queda cerca (parques, tiendas, restaurantes, gasolineras).
