Nojento e repugnante. As fotos são extremamente enganosas. Os quartos são sujos e velhos. Eu estava no quarto um total de 10 segundos antes de verificar. Fui recebido por duas baratas. Todo o corredor e a sala tinham um odor fétido. O hotel parece muito degradado e em condições precárias. A recepção me disse que eu seria reembolsado assim que o gerente devolvido. Já faz mais de um mês, fiz várias ligações telefônicas e não recebi nenhuma ligação ou crédito. Eu arquivei uma disputa de cartão de crédito e Microtel está lutando contra isso. CUIDADO E EVITE ESTE DESPEJO !!!

O check-in foi rápido e fácil. O quarto era bom. AC foi terrível. Estava tão quente que estávamos suando a noite toda. Liguei para a recepção para ver se havia alguma coisa que poderia ser feito, especificamente talvez apenas usar um ventilador e foi informado que eles não têm fãs lá. Então nós apenas lidamos com o calor na sala. Acordou em torno de 8 para tomar café da manhã. Quando chegamos lá eles tinham waffles, torradas, bagels e cereais. Eles não tinham leite para o cereal. Não é ruim, mas apenas tipo de esperado o café-da-manhã habitual do hotel, ovos mexidos, salsicha..coisas como essa. Eu ficaria novamente se eles têm o AC fixado.

Pior experiência, reservei uma cama de 2, quando chegamos lá eles só tinham camas de solteiro, era 4 de nós. Dormi no chão.O gerente se recusou a corrigir isso dizendo que reservamos 1 cama. Posteriormente a agência de reservas entrou em contato com o hotel e o mesmo gerente ofereceu um pequeno desconto e acabamos pagando por uma cama de solteiro em vez de uma de 2 camas. Achei que eles poderiam ter feito melhor. O pior serviço ao cliente por parte dos gerentes e o hotel venderam o hotel naquela noite.

Worst experience, reserved a 2 bed, when we got there they only had single beds, it was 4 of us. I slept on the floor.
The manager refused to correct this saying we reserved a 1 bed. Later the booking agency contacted the hotel and the same manager offer a small discount so we ended up paying for a single bed instead of a 2 bed. Felt they could have done better. Worst customer service on the managers part and the hotel over sold the hotel that night.

O Microtel Inn and Suites é um bom local para ficar se você estiver procurando por um preço barato. As camas eram limpas e a pressão da água era boa. O serviço também foi decentemente amigável. No entanto, acredito que a equipe de limpeza pode fazer um trabalho melhor. Nosso quarto tinha algumas tensões nos contadores e nossas toalhas não foram substituídas no dia seguinte. Microtel Inn and Suites is a good location to stay if you are looking for a cheap rate. The beds were clean and the water pressure good. There service was also decently friendly. However, I believe that the cleaning crew can do a better job. Our room had a few strains on the counters and our towels were not replaced the next day. I would recommend this place to any traveling folk, but not to my family.

Antes de tudo, o ar parecia uma cafeteira velha e não podíamos descansar bem. Segundo café da manhã muito, muito poucas coisas básicas, mesmo nós não tomamos café da manhã naquele lugar. A localização é muito longe da cidade baixa. O quarto em geral é bom e limpo.

Bom e mau. Vamos começar com os contras e acabar com eles. Contras: Wifi não funcionou, o café da manhã era muito fraco. Só tinha pão, café e cereais. Eu estava realmente querendo um copo de suco de laranja. Fora do JO. Então eu vou me contentar com suco de maçã. Fora de suco de maçã. A recepção era muito amigável, mas muito lenta e eles estavam sempre na parte de trás. Eu não tinha microondas no meu quarto. Agora para as coisas boas. Ótimo lugar para ficar como o edifício. Novo moderno e muito limpo. As camas eram ótimas. AC funcionou muito bem. Grandes toalhas macias agradáveis agradáveis. Quarto limpo. Ótima TV. Bom estacionamento perto da porta. Lindo lugar para ficar. Se eles resolvessem esses poucos problemas, seria um excelente lugar.

Prós: próximo ao SeaWorld. A / C funcionou bem! O banheiro era bem limpo. O café da manhã foi bom, mas se eu estiver gastando mais de US $ 100, deve haver mais lá fora pela manhã Contras: Esperei 5 minutos antes que alguém saísse para me fazer check-in porque eu toquei a campainha .. Os funcionários da recepção têm atitude ... Sem WiFi. Supostamente foi cortado. A família no segundo quarto encontrou um percevejo na cama. Apenas um funcionário da manhã disse bom dia a todos. Os outros apenas se viraram e foram para a sala dos fundos. Não voltarei. É tão bonito por fora e pode ser um lugar maravilhoso para ficar, mas tudo dentro só precisa ser consertado.

Este é um hotel antigo e mostra. As paredes são muito finas e o ar condicionado é barulhento e produz sons de pancada, dificultando a obtenção de uma boa noite de sono. O quarto era limpo e cama não muito desconfortável, mas o quarto cheira velho e um pouco mofado, além das opções de café da manhã são sombrias. A única vantagem é que a equipe foi amigável. Não fique se quiser uma boa noite de sono com paz e sossego.

This is an older hotel and it shows.The walls are very thin and the AC is loud and makes knocking sounds making getting a good nights sleep difficult all around.The room was clean and bed not too uncomfortable but the room smells old and somewhat mildewy, plus the breakfast options are dismal. The only plus is that the staff was friendly.Do not stay if you want a good night’s sleep with peace and quiet.

First of all the air sounded like an old coffee maker and we couldn't rest well.Second breakfast very very basic few things, even we did not have breakfast in that place.The location is very far from the down town.The room in general is fine and clean.

Good and bad. Let's start with the cons and get them over with. Cons : Wifi didn't work, breakfast was very weak. Only had bread, coffee, and cereal. I was really wanting a glass of orange juice. Out of OJ. So I will settle for apple juice. Out of Apple juice. Front desk was very friendly but very slow and they were always in the back. I had no microwave in my room. Now for the good things. Great place to stay for as the building. New modern and very clean. Beds were great. AC worked great. Big nice fluffy nice towels. Clean room. Great TV. Good parking close to door. Beautiful place to stay. If they would just iron out these few problems it would be an excellent place.

Pros: Close to SeaWorld. A/C worked Great! Bathroom was nicely cleaned. Breakfast was okay but if I’m spending more than $100 there should more out there in the morning. Cons: Waited like 5 mins before someone came out to check me in because I ding the bell.. Front Desk staff have attitude.. No WiFi. Supposedly it was Cut off.. Family in the second room found a bed bug on their bed.. Only one staff member in the morning said Good morning to everyone. The others just turned and walked away into the back room. Will not be returning.It’s so beautiful on the outside and could be a wonderful place to stay at but everything inside just needs to be fixed.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was nice. AC was TERRIBLE. It was so hot we were sweating all night. I called the front desk to see if there was anything that could be done, specifically maybe just use a fan and was informed they do not have fans there. So we just dealt with the heat in the room. Woke up around 8 to have breakfast. When we got there they had waffles, toast, bagels, and cereal. They didn't have milk for the cereal. Not bad but just kind of expected the usual hotel breakfast, scrambled eggs, sausage..stuff like that. I would stay again if they got the AC fixed.

Muy mal servicios el señor q está en la noche es muy grosero y use una reservación para dos días y el primer día estuvo bien Y fui a Seaworld y Cuando regresó they Seaworld Hotel que la habitación que yo tenía reservada ya bien otras personas ahí qué mal servicio de micro hotel definitivamente no volvería a ese hotel

Filthy and disgusting. The photos are extremely deceptive. The rooms are dirty and old. I was in the room a total of 10 seconds before checking out. I was greeted by two cockroaches. The whole hallway and room had a foul odor. The hotel seems very run down and in disrepair. The front desk told me I would be refunded as soon as the manager returned. It has been over a month, I have made multiple phone calls, and haven't received a call back or credit. I filed a credit card dispute and Microtel is fighting it. BEWARE AND AVOID THIS DUMP!!!
