O bar tem boas opções, apesar de não ter um barman, o próprio recepcionista prepara seu drink.O quarto é muito arrumado com estilo moderno e confortável, mas é bem pequeno. Tínhamos uma varanda, que apesar de pequena é um bom respiro.O banheiro é ótimo, com boas amenidades.O hotel está em expansão e existe a pouco tempo, então sem dúvida, uma ótima oportunidade! Ficaria novamente, certamente!

We had a great stay. Very nice looking hotel and friendly staff. The only thing I thought was odd, is that all guests have to wait at check out before they have checked the room,before you can leave and get the deposit back. If you are in a hurry, this is not ideal.

Rented out the bar area to throw my wedding and would recommend it to anyone looking for a +++++ venue in Brussels. The staff was extraordinary, they were attentive to all our needs and took care of making our evening as stress free as possible! The owner is very friendly and responsive. The rooms are gorgeous, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good.... there's only good things to say Aluguei a área do bar para realizar meu casamento e o recomendaria para quem procura um local +++++ em Bruxelas. The hotel was beautiful, from the entrance to the lobby to the bar to the room. For the level of quality of the hotel, it was well worth the price. The spa/pool was extremely clean and really stylish, if I didn't know I was in a hotel I would have thought I went to an actual spa that has dedicated themselves to have an exemplary spa space. Would absolutely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Brussels. Everything was lovely, very kind personnel. We had two hours after checking in to get ready for a wedding party. They brought up the iron and ironing board to the room, booked us a taxi, and the room has the best hair dryer I've ever seen in a hotel, plus the make-up mirror which helped immensely. We were done and dressed on time! Room was clean and cozy, bathroom amazing. Tudo foi adorável, pessoal muito gentil. Tivemos duas horas após o check-in para se preparar para uma festa de casamento. Eles trouxeram o ferro e tábua de passar para o quarto, nos reservaram um táxi, e o quarto tem o melhor secador de cabelo que eu já vi em um hotel, além do espelho de maquiagem que ajudou imensamente. Terminamos e nos vestimos na hora! Quarto era limpo e aconchegante, banheiro incrível.

Nos casamos neste hotel e foi tudo perfeito! David o gerente fez um trabalho incrível. Ele tornou tudo isso possível. O cenário é muito elegante, a comida deliciosa e os quartos confortáveis e originais. Existe até uma verdadeira discoteca no hotel que lhe permite ficar no local para continuar a noite! Nice hotel, bem localizado perto da praça principal a pé ou de scooter. Quarto muito bom, cama super confortável para uma noite tranquila! Nenhum ruído de manhã e à noite, o que é muito agradável.A equipe diurna é muito agradável e muito atenciosa, ao contrário da equipe noturna.O único ponto negativo (funcionários): acho uma pena pagar um suplemento (bastante caro) para ter acesso ao SPA, que deveria estar incluso no preço do quarto como muitos outros hotéis fazem.

Bonito hotel, bien ubicado cerca de la plaza principal a pie o en scooter. Muy buena habitación, cama súper cómoda para una noche de descanso! No hay ruido por la mañana y por la noche, lo cual es muy agradable.El equipo de día es muy agradable y muy cariñoso, a diferencia del equipo de noche.El único punto negativo (personal): Me parece una pena pagar un suplemento (bastante caro) para tener acceso al SPA, que debería estar incluido en el precio de la habitación como hacen muchos otros hoteles.

El hotel es excelente, pero durante los 3 días de estancia, en una de las habitaciones se encendía la calefacción de forma automática llegando la temperatura de la habitación a más de 29 grados lo cual es insoportable para dormir. Lo comentamos en recepción en dos ocasiones y su respuesta fue que conocían el problema, que sucedía en varias habitaciones y que no podían hacer nada. Que si queríamos en compensación nos regalaban el desayuno, cosa que no aceptamos. No se entiende que un hotel de esa categoría no tenga los medios para solucionar un problema así y que te aconsejen abrir la ventana para que baje la temperatura de la habitación. Es tan vergonzoso como inaceptable.

Everything was perfect in the Harmon House. It is really a beautiful place and very well located. Except that Reception made an error and both withdrew and reserved the cost for the stay. No matter what the Reception staff claims, the reserved amount is still not unblocked from my credit card and it has been +10 days. How lovely that one night stay in Brussels is costing me now extra time (and nerves) to follow-up with my bank and make a credit card complaint.

We loved it here. Really nice vibe for a couple’s stay and I prefer the location to staying in the city centre - it’s a metro or a walk away and there are some great coffee and brunch spots around it. Clean and modern. My only feedback would be that they could put an extra pillow (not just one per person) and it would really elevate the room. Also perhaps having hair conditioner available at reception. Overall very friendly staff and great stay.

Everyone in the staff was friendly (a few of them even talking to us in Portuguese), and attended us whenever we needed.The amenities were also great - the room was comfortable, and everything was of good quality. We had breakfast in one of our mornings, which we also loved! We also loved the hotel's style, which just added to the experience.I don't think I have any improvements to suggest, and I'd definitely stay at the hotel again! Not really a point of improvement, but perhaps if the usage fee of the spa space was smaller, I'd have been more inclined to use it. :)Also I think the temperature control in the room wasn't working at some points (but nothing that really bothered me), so mentioning it just in case there are any issues.Again, I really appreciate the service! Great service, air conditioner worked well in our room and the mattress was on firm side yet very comfortable and supportive. There are LED touch panels on each side of bed for turning on/off lights in the room, very conveniently.

Bastante céntrico, en una bonita zona. El hotel es tal cual en las fotos que muestran en su página web. Decoración impecable y buen trato. La cama como dormir en el cielo, además hay cafetera en la habitación y nevera. El baño incluye productos tamaño grande de la marca L'Occitane tanto gel de ducha como champú y gel de manos. Un lujo a buen precio.
