O café da manhã era decente. As acomodações para dormir também foram bem feitas. A única coisa que fez este lugar se destacam acima do resto foi a menina na recepção. Ela foi absolutamente incrível! O melhor e mais divertido humano cortês com quem tive o prazer de entrar em contato. Ela me poupou alguns quartos quando eu realmente precisava lavar roupa do seu próprio bolso. Por que meu último comentário não foi publicado? Oh bem aqui vai novamente ... ótimo lugar! Excelente equipe, muito atenciosa e educada. Quartos cheirava ótimo e serviço de limpeza foi incrível. Minha única reclamação é o frigorífico. Muito pequeno e sem controle de temp ... congela coisas em 12-24 horas. A Internet foi rápida o suficiente para mim e as máquinas de lavar roupa funcionaram muito bem. E eles são modelos mais novos do que o estilo típico de carga superior do hotel. Vamos ver ... o café da manhã foi ótimo, sempre uma boa seleção. E as horas de café da manhã funcionaram muito bem para mim!

Este é um ótimo hotel. Sempre completamente e tenho uma ótima noite de sono. Os quartos são muito limpos. A academia e a área da piscina são excelentes. O pátio tem numerosos Bar- B- Ques de gás para alimentar a família se você só queria comer dentro O café da manhã é assunto de hotel média.

Passou um momento muito terrível e acabei de chegar aqui. Eu reservei um quarto para duas camas e depois de dirigir 10 HORAS, descobri que eles me deram um quarto de solteiro e eu paguei por uma rainha dupla! Liguei para a recepção e eles foram muito rudes e decidiram que realmente não podiam me ajudar. Interessante como isso funciona. NÃO FIQUE AQUI TERRÍVEL SERVIÇO. Check-in no quarto e tinha 1 cama king size quando tínhamos reservado 2 quarto queen. O quarto foi trocado e uma das camas não tinha lençóis. A recepção teve que trazer roupa de cama. Fui jantar, voltei para o quarto e o controle remoto da TV não funcionou. Fui até a recepção e comprei baterias novas; ainda não funcionou e eles não tinham solução. Hotel também é antigo e datado.

Se eu pudesse dar a este lugar 0 estrelas, eu DIA. Eu tinha pago especificamente por um quarto com duas camas queen size e quando cheguei eles forçaram minha família de 4 e eu a ficar em um quarto com apenas uma cama. Minha família foi forçada a dormir em seus pisos nojentos porque não nos deram o quarto certo que eu paguei. Liguei para a recepção e pedi que me dessem o quarto que eu paguei e eles me disseram que não podiam fazer isso porque cederam meu quarto para outra pessoa, então perguntei se eles tinham camas dobráveis que poderiam empresta-me para que a minha família não tenha que dormir no chão e eu fique doidão. Liguei de volta e pedi para falar com um gerente e a moça da recepção disse que a gerente Denise só chegaria na segunda-feira, pedi um número corporativo e ela desligou na minha cara novamente.

Had a very terrible time and I just got here. I booked a room for two beds and after driving 10 HOURS, I come to find that they gave me a SINGLE BEDROOM AND I PAID FOR A DOUBLE QUEEN! I called the front desk and they were very rude and decided that they really couldn’t help me. Interesting how that works. DO NOT STAY HERE TERRIBLE SERVICE. Si pudiera darle a este lugar 0 estrellas, lo haría. Había pagado específicamente por una habitación con dos camas tamaño queen y cuando llegué nos obligaron a mi familia de 4 y a mí a quedarnos en una habitación con una sola cama. Mi familia se vio obligada a dormir en sus repugnantes pisos porque no nos dieron la habitación adecuada por la que pagué. Llamé a la recepción y les pedí que me dieran la habitación por la que pagué y me dijeron que no podían hacerlo porque le dieron mi habitación a otra persona, luego les pregunté si tenían camas plegables que pudieran Préstame para que mi familia no tenga que dormir en el suelo y me cuelgue. Volví a llamar y pedí hablar con un gerente y la señora de la recepción dijo que la gerente Denise no estaría hasta el lunes, luego exigí un número corporativo y me colgó de nuevo.

Nos registramos en la habitación y tenía una cama de matrimonio cuando reservamos 2 habitaciones de matrimonio. Nos cambiaron de habitación y una de las camas no tenía ropa de cama. La recepción tuvo que traer ropa de cama. Fui a cenar, regresé a la habitación y el control remoto del televisor no funcionó. Fui a la recepción y compré pilas nuevas; todavía no funcionaba y no tenían solución. El hotel también es antiguo y anticuado.

Lo pasé muy mal y acabo de llegar. Reservé una habitación para dos camas y después de conducir 10 HORAS, llegué a encontrar que me dieron un DORMITORIO INDIVIDUAL Y YO PAGÉ UNA REINA DOBLE! Checked into room and had 1 king bed when we reserved 2 queen room. Got room switched and one of the beds had no linen on it. Front desk had to bring linen. Went to dinner, got back to the room and the TV remote didn’t work. I went to the front desk and got new batteries; still didn’t work and they had no solution. Hotel is also old and dated.

If i could give this place 0 stars, I WOULD. I had specifically paid for a room with two queen size beds and when I arrived they forced my family of 4 and I to stay in a room with only one bed. My family was forced to sleep on their disgusting floors because they did not give us the right room I paid for. I called the front desk and ask them to give me the room that I paid for and they told me that they were not able to do that because they gave my room to somebody else, I then asked if they had any rollaway beds that they could lend me so my family didn’t have to sleep on the floor and i got hung up on. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and the lady at the front desk said that the manager Denise was not gonna be in till Monday, I then demanded a corporate number and she hung up on me again.

Este es un gran hotel. Siempre tranquilo y tengo una buena noche de sueño. Las habitaciones están muy limpias. El gimnasio y el área de la piscina son excelentes. El patio tiene numerosos Bar-B- Ques de gas para alimentar a la familia si solo quería comer. El desayuno es un asunto normal del hotel.

Great hotel. Clean, with very capable staff. Excellent breakfast. It is a little bit out of the way. Also, there was toothpaste on the ceiling of our bathroom... But the beds were super comfy and we enjoyed our time there.

This is a great hotel.Always quite and I get a great night's sleep.Rooms are very clean.The gym and pool area are excellent.The patio has numerous gas Bar- B- Ques for feeding the family if you just wanted to eat in.The breakfast is average hotel affair.

Why didn't my last review post? Oh well here it goes again... great place! Great staff, very helpful and polite.Rooms smelled great and maid service was awesome. My one and only complaint is the fridge. Too small and no temp control... freezes stuff in 12-24 hrs. Internet was fast enough for me, and laundry machines worked very well. And they are newer models than the typical hotel top load style. Let's see... breakfast was great, always a good selection. And the hours of breakfast worked for me very well!

Las habitaciones olían muy bien y el servicio de limpieza era increíble. Mi única queja es la nevera. Demasiado pequeño y sin control de temperatura ... congela las cosas en 12-24 hrs. Internet fue lo suficientemente rápido para mí, y las máquinas de lavandería funcionaron muy bien. Y son modelos más nuevos que el típico estilo de carga superior del hotel. The breakfast was decent. The sleeping accommodations were also well done. The thing that made this place stand out above the restwas the girl at the front desk.She wasabsolutely amazing! The nicest most fun courteous human I've had the pleasure of coming into contact with. She spared me a couple quarters when I really needed to do laundry from her own pocket. And she always has something super nice to say. (The girl with red hair )
