Eu aconselharia qualquer pessoa a pedir para inspecionar o quarto antes de comprar o quarto. Fiz o check-in às 23h e não tive a oportunidade. Quando acordei para ligar o carro pela janela, vi toneladas de sangue respingado na parede. Disse à recepção para limpar as paredes ... rm 215, cuidado. Todas as paredes estavam SUJAS. Havia cabelo no chuveiro. A equipe da recepção foi bom.

Aconsejaría a cualquiera que pida inspeccionar la habitación antes de comprarla. Me registré a las 11 pm y no tuve la oportunidad. Cuando me desperté para arrancar mi coche desde la ventana, vi toneladas de sangre salpicadas en la pared. Le dije a la recepción que limpiaran las paredes ... rm 215 ten cuidado. Todas las paredes estaban sucias. Había pelo en la ducha. El personal de recepción fue agradable.

I would advise anyone to ask to inspect the room before purchasing the room. I checked in at 11pm and did not get the opportunity. When I woke up to start my car from the window, I saw tons of blood splattered on the wall. I told the front desk to clean the walls...rm 215 beware. All the walls were DIRTY. There was hair in the shower. The front desk staff was nice.

Eu apareço depois de 5 horas de carro já tendo ligado e feito uma reserva logo antes de sair e eles me dizem que não há quartos em meu nome quando eu entro ... eles cobraram meu cartão e disseram que eu não comparei, mas eu disse eles para verificar suas câmeras dentro, então, depois disso, eles me disseram que o gerente me ligaria e ele nunca ligou .... Eu literalmente soletrei meu nome para a garota pelo telefone quando fiz a reserva, então não sei como no mundo eles nunca acertaram meu nome quando o número do cartão que dei a eles tinha o mesmo nome exato do meu quarto que reservei. ... eles são muito pouco profissionais e nunca me devolveram meu dinheiro, e nem uma vez o gerente me ligou para falar comigo sobre isso. NÃO RECOMENDO ESTE LUGAR DE MANEIRA NENHUM.

I show up after a 5 hrs drive having already called in and made a reservation right before I left and they tell me there’s no rooms under my name when I come inside…they charged my card and said that I was a no show but I told them to check their camera’s inside then after that they told me the manager would call me and he never did….I literally spelled my name out to the girl over the phone when I made the reservation so I don’t know how in the world they never got my name right when the card number I gave them had the same exact name down as for my room I reserved. …they are very unprofessional and never gave me back my money, and not once did the manager call me to talk to me about it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Este era um motel OK. Por causa do vírus fora, era de boa qualidade. Esteja preparado. Eles não vêm limpar seu quarto antes de você sair. Os limpadores fizeram bem o seu trabalho. Foi uma estadia agradável.

This was a OK motel. Because of the virus out it was good quality. Be prepared though. They don't come and clean your room until after you leave. The cleaners did their work well.It was an OK stay.

Decepcionante para uma estadia no Hampton. O pessoal do check-in parecia desqualificado e indiferente. Não reconheceu a mim ou a outras pessoas enquanto esperávamos para fazer o check-in. Eles apenas circulavam e resmungavam. Finale apenas pediu a identidade e o cartão de crédito e, em seguida, me entregou as chaves do quarto. Todos os travesseiros de carne de bovino eram os mesmos e muito desconfortáveis. Nenhuma apreciação do cliente. O café estava quente e pronto no início do saguão. O café da manhã estava pronto cedo, mas apenas justo nas opções em comparação com outros Hamptons. O hotel tinha uma aparência gasta, embora estivesse limpo. Só não o que eu esperava de um Hampton - especialmente a equipe da recepção.

Disappointing for a Hampton stay. Check in staff appeared unqualified and uncaring. Didn't acknowledge me or others as we waited to check in. They just milled around and mumbled. Finale just asked for ID and credit card and then handed me the room keys. All beef pillows were same and very uncomfortable. No customer appreciation at all. Coffee was hot and ready early in the lobby. Breakfast was ready early but only fair on choices compared to other Hamptons. Hotel had a worn appearance although it was clean. Just not what I've come to expect from a Hampton - especially the staff at the desk.

Escolhemos este hotel após considerável pesquisa online porque ele tinha uma classificação de limpeza elevada, especialmente pelo preço muito razoável. Foi bem merecido. Não só era muito limpo, mas tudo estava em boas condições - sem manchas, manchas gastas, aparelhos com defeito, etc. As camas eram confortáveis, a temperatura ambiente fácil de ajustar às nossas preferências, o frigobar tinha muito espaço para guardar sobras de visitas a restaurantes e o micro-ondas os aqueciam bem. A equipe da recepção foi útil (até deu ao meu filho uma escova de dentes de graça quando ele descobriu que tinha se esquecido de trazer uma). Nós apreciamos o café da manhã continental na manhã seguinte e foi fornecido em uma área de jantar limpa e agradável. Tudo sobre a nossa estadia foi agradável e eu definitivamente ficaria lá novamente.

We chose this hotel after considerable research online because it had a high cleanliness rating, especially for the very reasonable price.It was well-deserved.Not only was it very clean but everything was in good condition--no stains, worn spots, malfunctioning appliances, etc.The beds were comfortable, the room temperature easy to adjust to our preferences, the mini-fridge had plenty of room to store leftovers from restaurant visits and the microwave heated them up nicely.The staff at the front desk were helpful (even gave my son a free toothbrush when he discovered he'd forgotten to bring one).We enjoyed the continental breakfast the next morning and it was provided in a clean, pleasant dining area.Everything about our stay was enjoyable and I definitely would stay there again.
