O Hotel está realmente em uma localização agradável. A Basílica de Santo Estêvão fica ao lado dela e encontramos o Mercado de Natal nas proximidades. O monumento Shoes na margem do rio Danúbio fica a poucos passos do hotel. Também fizemos as compras no Westend Shopping Center, que foi um trajeto fácil a partir deste lugar. Não se esqueça de incluir o café da manhã porque era delicioso e absolutamente ótimo serviço no restaurante. Quase me esqueci de mencionar a Ponte das Correntes e o Castelo de Budapeste, que ficava perto do hotel, a uma curta distância a pé.

Despite great location, there is so many downsides of this hotel. We were staying 4 nights, around New Years Eve, therefore, on the winter days the room DID NOT HAVE A HEATING. We were freezing especially over night! The staff was unpleasent and ignorant, telling us that that they checked and that heating is working. People from the room next to us had the same problem, as they were complaining at the same time as we did. We did not get any kind of a solution here. Pillows were extremelyflat and thin. The breakfast is basic but ok. Not recommend!

The Hotel is really in a nice location. St. Stephen's Basilica is next to it and we found the Christmas Market in the vicinity. The Shoes monument on the Danube River Bank is the walking distance from the hotel. We also did the shopping at Westend Shopping Center which was an easy commute from this place. Don't forget to include the breakfast because it was delicious and absolutely great service at the restaurant. I almost forgot to mention Chain Bridge and Budapest Castle which was close to the hotel at walking distance.

Las instalaciones son buenasy no tendria mala experiencia sino fuera porque deje 10 euros sobre la mesa y cuando volvi en la noche ya no estaban. Lo comento en recepcion y me dicen que tienen contratada una empresa externa de limpieza y que mañana me diran algo. Yo le comento que mañana viajo a las 3 am y me dice que no puede hacer nada. Me siento molesta porque han sido 10 euros que para mi es dineropero si hubiera sido mas u otros objetos de valor tampoco me hubieran dado una solucion. Podria entenderlo si tuvieran caja fuerte y yo lo hubiera dejado por fuera de esta, pero no es el caso. Me voy muy aburrida y muy molesta por este detalle.

Prós: um dos hotéis únicos com um estilo de decoração moderno em Budapeste, localizado numa área muito central. O pessoal é profissional e amigável. Os fasilites do hotel são muito bons e confortáveis. Eles oferecem muito bom café da manhã com grande variedade e boa qualidade. O é muito limpo e confortável, com um estilo moderno muito agradável. A avaliação é 09/10Contras: É uma grande decepção que o hotel não aceita o pagamento em euros em dinheiro apenas com cartão ou moeda húngara. Os quartos do primeiro andar estão lotados por causa da confusão de carros e pessoas na rua. Caso contrário, não posso reclamar que tudo foi perfeito.

Pros: One of the unique hotels withmodern decoration style in Budapest location in very central area. The staff is professional and friendly. The fasilites of the hotel very good and comfortable. They offer very good breakfast with huge variety and good quality. The is very clean and comfortable with the very nice modern style.Rating is 09/10Cons: There's a big disappointment point that the hotel don't accept the payment in euros cash just with card or Hungarian currency. The rooms in first floors is crowded because the disturbance of cars and people on the street. Otherwise can't complain all was perfect.

O café da manhã é ok, nada de especial, mas passageiro. Os quartos são frios, o aquecimento não funcionou. Não há armários ou mesas de cabeceira nos quartos. Não havia absolutamente nada no banheiro, nenhum shampoo, nenhum sabonete, nenhum condicionador. Uma vez que reservamos 2 quartos, indicamos na reserva que os quartos fiquem um ao lado do outro. Quando chegamos, um dos quartos ficava no primeiro andar e o outro no segundo andar. As camas não são de casal, ou seja, os colchões são feitos de duas peças, muito desconfortáveis para dormir. Dormimos uma noite e fomos para outro hotel. A única boa localização é o hotel, tudo está perto.

Ótima localização. Equipe amigável. Os quartos eram limpos e arrumados todos os dias. OK, a ventilação fez um barulho extra, mas eu poderia viver com isso. No sinal de menos ficavam os beliches. Não é um subir e descer fácil para ninguém. Nos foi dado um quarto que tinha janelas voltadas para o lado posterior / interno do hotel. Não recomendo. Solicite um quarto com vista frontal. O café da manhã estava cheio, mas não a ponto de você ter que esperar por uma mesa. O estacionamento do hotel era limpo e fácil de entrar e sair. Não é necessário ingresso, basta usar o botão de recepção para entrar e sair. O estacionamento estava do lado caro. Muitas coisas para ver e fazer nas imediações do hotel. No lado positivo, o melhor mercado de Natal está ao virar da esquina.

This hotel is one of the best hotels for the price that I have ever stayed. I highly recommend anyone staying here. It’s location is just on point.Another thing is the little bar restaurant and the quality food Kristian makes at night. I ate the pastas and the burgers and waited basically no time. Kudos to Kristians.

Rooms were clean and tidied up every day. OK the ventilation made some extra noise, but I could live with it. On the minus sign were the bunk beds. Not an easy up and down for anybody. We were given a room that had windows facing the back/internal side of the hotel. Would not recommend. Ask for a room with a front side view.
The breakfast was busy but not to the point where you had to wait for a table. Parking owned by the hotel was clean and easy to get in and out. No ticket needed just use the reception button to get in and out. Parking was on the expensive side.
Plenty of things to see and do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
On the very plus side the best Christmas market just around the corner.

Excelente para o edifício inovador e para os funcionários corteses e prestativos, mesmo que falte alguém que fale italiano para os turistas italianos que não têm uma fluência adequada na língua inglesa usada por todos os funcionários do hotel. Outra consideração, ou melhor, um conselho é incluir brioches, bolos e croissants no café da manhã. Mil obrigado

Good value for money. Great location, right in the heart of city center and within a few mins walk to some great restaurants in the city. Has it’s own parking garage which is a bonus. The only complain I have is the breakfast - the food lacked both quality and variety.

The room was nice and staff friendly. The breakfast was lacking in quality even though it had all the parts. Not the hotels fault but it took me a while to figure out you had to stick your door card into a wall slot to turn on the lights.

El hotel muy moderno y con una ubicación excelente a dos pasos del parlamento. El desayuno buffet abundante y variado. Las habitaciones con todos los detalles necesarios y muy cómodas y modernas. Muy recomendable para visitar Budapest.

Unfortunately, I got double charged for my stay 2 weeks ago and the hotel staff hasn’t done anything to try to resolve the issue and haven’t been very helpful/haven’t heard back. It’s a shame because the location is perfect and the hotel is brand new. I’d only recommend staying here if you’re willing to risk this. As someone who works in customer service, I think your staff needs more training.
