Um hotel pequeno e falido e eu não recomendo ficar lá ... o café da manhã é ruim mau manuseio

A pior experiência da minha vida. Fiz uma reserva por 5 dias. Esperava-se que chegasse ao Hotel vindo da Alemanha no sábado à noite, mas meu vôo foi cancelado. Fiquei esta noite no aeroporto e peguei o vôo seguinte na manhã seguinte (domingo) com o objetivo de fazer uma boa viagem com minha família (minha esposa e duas filhas pequenas) e contando com o maravilhoso Hotel como eu percebi a partir dos comentários. Mas a triste surpresa foi quando a recepcionista nos disse que nosso quarto já estava ocupado! E foi nosso engano que chegamos um dia depois !! E ele nos disse que nos deixará ficar apenas dois dias e depois teremos que procurar outro hotel ou esperar a misericórdia e a sorte se alguém cancelar sua reserva !! Não foi só que ele nos falou que temos que pagar pela noite que passou !! Pedimos para entrar em contato com o gerente, ele se recusou a falar com ela pessoalmente! É lógico ?? Eu nunca irei reservar neste hotel e foi uma impressão muito ruim para nós sobre Türkei

La peor experiencia de mi vida. Tenía una reserva a través de la reserva para 5 días. Se esperaba que llegara al hotel desde Alemania el sábado por la noche, pero mi vuelo fue cancelado. Me quedé esta noche en el aeropuerto y tomé el siguiente vuelo a la mañana siguiente (domingo) con el objetivo de tener un buen viaje. con mi familia (mi esposa y mis dos hijas pequeñas) y disfrutando del maravilloso hotel como me he dado cuenta de las críticas. Pero la triste sorpresa fue cuando la recepcionista nos dijo que nuestra habitación ya estaba ocupada. ¡¡Y fue nuestro error al que llegamos un día después !! Y nos dijo que nos permitirá quedarnos solo dos días y luego tendremos que buscar otro hotel o esperar la piedad y la suerte si alguien cancela su reserva !! No fue que todo lo que nos dijo es que tenemos que pagar por la noche que pasó !! Pedimos conectarnos con el gerente, ¡se negó a hablar con ella personalmente! ¿Es lógica? Nunca reservaré en este hotel y fue una muy mala impresión para nosotros sobre Türkei

The worst experience in my life. I had a reservation via booking for 5 days .it was expected to arrive the Hotel from germany at Saturday evening but my flight was canceled I stayed this night at the airport and took the next flight next morning ( Sunday) aiming to have a nice trip with my family( my wife and two little daughters) and enjoining the wonderful Hotel as I have realized from the reviews. But the sad surprise was when the receptionist told us that our room is already taken!! And it was our mistake that we reached one day later!! And he told us that he will allow us to stay only for two days and then we have to look for another hotel or waiting the mercy and the luck if someone cancel his booking!! It was not that all he told us that we have to pay for the night that was passed!! We asked to connect with the manager he refused to talk to her personally !! Is it logic ?? I will never book in this hotel and it was a very bad impression for us about Türkei

Que lugar ótimo, equipe incrível, a melhor massagem tailandesa que eu já recebi, de meninas tailandesas originais. Lugar muito limpo, o gerente Naif é muito simpático e vai cuidar de todas as necessidades. Vim de férias do Canadá e fiquei muito satisfeito. Eu recomendo este lugar. E não é caro !!!

El hotel es muy pequeño, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas No tiene balcón, piscina ni amplia sala de espera. Los precios son bastante razonables. Los empleados hablan árabe

Qué gran lugar, personal increíble, el mejor masaje tailandés que he recibido, de chicas tailandesas originales. Lugar muy limpio, el gerente Naif es muy agradable y se encargará de cualquier necesidad. Vine de Canadá de vacaciones y quedé muy satisfecho. Recomiendo este lugar. ¡Y no es caro en absoluto!

What a great place, amazing staff, the best thai massage i ever got, from original thai girls. Very clean place, the manager Naif is very nice and will take care of any needs. I came from Canada on a holiday and i was very satisfied. I recommend this place. And not expensive at all!!!
