Por fora o edifício é imponente, mas isso não é tudo. Sugere-se que o nome exclua o termo 'grand' e o hotel se apresente com menos uma estrela. Contudo, os funcionários do restaurante, cozinheiro incluído, são simpáticos e prestáveis.

The opposite building is under improvements and the renovation is being done... at night! So rooms facing that side are noisy till 2/3 in the morning.
We had 4 dinners at the restaurant and the food was very, very delicious (salad, soup, starter, main course, dessert). We also had a birthday and the chef made an absolutely wonderful and delicious cake.
Most staff of the hotel / restaurant don't speak / understand English very well.

Best 4 star hotel, very neat and tidy, with a nice morning breakfast that has a wide variety of breads, baked goods, cheeses, jams, olives, greens, yogurts and so many other things.
The prices are good for such a well monitored hotel, I think it is 70$ for single room, 80$ for double bed room and 90$ for triple bed room.
It has a nice café that lays on the front view of the hotel with many cakes options and sweets, and of course, coffee ☕
The receptionists are so helping and polite, they never complain when you need help

This hotel is good and just ask an employee if there’s anything you need. There is this one employee that’s a little young and he is probably the best employee there. There is one problem and that is that the mini fridge isn’t really cold so they can fix it

Muy bien ubicado en la zona histórico, a pocos metros de la estación del metro y muy cerca del Gran Bazar. El lugar es confortable y el personal muy amable.

esta muy bien situado. hemos pasado un poco de calor. la ventana daba a un patio interior nada discreto, te veían todos los vecinos. el uso de la piscina que dijeron gratuito al final sólo lo era de 10:00 a 17:00 que era el rato que no se estaba en el hotel, eso sí la piscina muy bonita,después había que pagar 15 euros. el desayuno bastante bien pero el zumo de naranja natural tambien tenía suplemento. el personal muy amable te atendían rápidamente y solucionaban las incidencias con rapidez y eficacia. en la televisión no había canales en español, no se si eso es solucionable por parte del hotel. A pesar de las cosas negativas la estancia ha sido positiva.

El wifi funciona muy mal. La piscina no tiene sentido que por la tarde tenga cargo extra para los clientes. Está a 30 minutos del gran bazar caminando. Por lo demás bien.
