Em termos de hotel e servico, nada de especial. Decoração antiga. Qualidade do wifi pessima. Ainda por cima o choveiro é fixo e está a 1,75m de altura e eu tenho 1,80m... Assim que tive de tomar banho dobrado... Que triste...

Inicialmente desapontados porque o hotel estava fechado, eles nos pedem para mudar de hotel do mesmo estabelecimento nas proximidades. O outro hotel é muito bom, provavelmente superior e há dois quartos em dois andares. O café da manhã interno é excelente, a única desvantagem é o sistema de cama de edredom de solteiro para que sofra tanto com calor quanto com frio.

Reservé este hotel por la ubicación. Me enviaron un email vía Booking (entre los muchos que envía con publicidad) diciendo que me cambiaban de hotel sin confirmación por mi parte de ningún tipo. Tras llamar a booking y explicarles el caso recalcando que para mí era de vital importancia la ubicacion por motivos médicos, la solución que me dieron era cancelarme la reserva (a las 23:30 de la noche con la mitad de hoteles cerrados y la otra mitad completos). El hotel al que me derivaron estaba bien, sin embargo, no veo correcto su forma de proceder. En resumen, si actualmente buscáis este hotel por ubicación, aseguraros de que realmente tienen disponibilidad.

This place has grown on me over the many visits here. The rooms are a generoussize, the beds are super comfortable and the staff at the front desk are helpful. But the hotel doesn't really have any "soul". There is no bar and the public areas are deserted. But as a place to camp the night, it's a good choice.

Nice hotel in the new zone of Barcelona. Friendly and nice staff, good looking lobby and receprion. The rooms are quiet small and old fashioned. I recommend this place for business and leisure.

Muy ruidoso. Algo básico en cualquier hotel no lo encuentras en esteun cuatro estrellas de Barcelona. Inexplicable. Puesta de manifiesto la queja los recepcionistas no tienen argumentos para rebatir cuando les dices que ya lo has hecho saber. El aislamiento en insuficiencia así que especial cuidado con las habitaciones próximas a escalera o ascensor en las es imposible conciliar el sueño. El resto personal exquisito pero incapaz de solventar el problema.

Nice hotel, location is great for Camp Nou which is 1.5m away. The hotel is very clean and tidy, good amenities, staff fine at check in/check out. Took a walk out for breakfast on the second morning so cannot comment on the food however the menu for breakfast and room service looked quality. Slippers and The White Company toiletries were nice little unexpected perks in the room. Very good.

Great location; friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable. You can hear noise from other rooms through the walls and the shower didn't have a rim, so water got all over the floor (but drained quickly after the shower was done).

Good location and cleanliness.
The hotel staff strangely just knocks and walks in to the rooms without leaving anytime to respond. Happened 3 times in our 2 day stay and was very surprised by the behavior. One time was just to drop in a letter which can be easily slipped under the door.

Small hotel. Tries, and somehow gets it, to be artistic with paintings and sculptures or installations ok no the room.
This may work as the rooms are larger than what you expect for a fourish-star hotel.
There is a swimming pool and fitness centre.
Didn't try the bar or restaurant as the is plenty to try around.

The hotel has a great location, not far away from the Diagonal ave.
This luxury hotel is clean and nice. We had a room with a lovely terrace so we could enjoy the great breeze of Barcelona. The hotel's staff was very friendly and helpful.
It also has a a nearby swimming pool

Stayed at this hotel for four nights while we were in Barcelona.Reception was very kind and helpful. Housekeeping was great - made sure we got what we needed.Room was on the larger side and very clean.Beds were super comfortable.Area where hotel was located is very safe - we would come back to the hotel each night close to midnight and never felt unsafe.All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Travelled Europe for 2 weeks. This was our last stop in the trek from Dublin, London, and Paris. I don't know who rates these hotels but this is a 3 star hotel at best. The rooms are so small there's barely space to maneuver. The mattress was ultra firm and the linens felt cheap. No extra amenities worth mentioning. Mini bar was rather sad. No coffee in the room. Things typical of even 2 star hotels were not found here... At least the concierge was nice.

We always stay here now when we are in Barcelona. It is quiet and friendly and close enough to walk to nice bars and restaurants. The staff are exceptionally professional and helpful. Great showers and a good night's sleep. We recommend it highly.
