O site fala que é 5 estrelas,porém está longe desse padrão. Atendimento ruim( comparando ao Caribe,lá são solícitos e sorridentes, americanos são muito secos ), taxa absurda pra usar o Spa/piscina, porém como fomos no inverno pagamos algo que não utilizamos. Localização boa, dá para caminhar e fazer tudo por perto.

Este bar na cobertura é adorável, com muitas opções de lugares sentados. Sofás confortáveis, área de bar coberta, deck de piscina ao ar livre e mesinhas de cabeceira. Encontrei reservas na mesa aberta e decidi dar uma olhada. É um bar recém-inaugurado ou talvez reaberto. Tive uma experiência maravilhosa, o concierge foi encantador. Minha garçonete Stephanie era atenciosa e amigável. O menu tem uma boa seleção com preços razoáveis que tinham várias opções vegetarianas. Este bar en la azotea es encantador, con muchas opciones de asientos. Sofás cómodos, área de bar interior, una terraza de la piscina al aire libre y mesitas junto a la ventana. Encontré reservas en la mesa abierta y decidí comprobarlo. Es un bar recién abierto o quizás reabierto. Tuve una experiencia maravillosa, el conserje fue encantador. Mi camarera Stephanie fue atenta y amable. El menú tiene una buena selección con precios razonables, tenían varias opciones vegetarianas. No tuve la oportunidad de probar una bebida porque el camarero no empezó hasta más tarde en el día. La comida era deliciosa. Recomiendo encarecidamente los nachos de ternera, son súper sabrosos.

This rooftop bar is lovely, plenty of seating options. Comfy couches, indoor bar area, an outdoor pool deck and window side tables. I found reservations on Open table and decided to check it out. It's newly opened or perhaps reopened bar. I had a wonderful experience, the concierge was delightful. My waitress Stephanie was attentive and friendly. The menu has a good selection with reasonable prices they had several vegetarian options. I didn't get a chance to try a drink as the bartender didn't start until later in the day. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the beyond beef nachos, they are super tasty.

Very very very impressed was just there for a roof top pool party never got to visit the rooms but I wish to hope to live to enjoy one of those luxury suites it would be great for a teen girl sleepover pool party situation the kids would lose their damn Minds

Sadly we went in winter so we couldn't use the pool outside but is a nice place. We had a great time here with our group of about 20 people. Ron, the manager, was very accommodating. We were not restricted to having bottle service or putting down a minimum. We just told them we wanted to come eat and drink and they were fine with it. Beers are $8 and drinks start at $16. It's a very cool swanky spot where you can walk out onto the outdoor balcony to see Park Avenue South and the Empire State building. Please remind your friends and Uber driver to look for Royalton Park Avenue SOUTH and not the one in Midtown. This used to be the Gansevoort Hotel on Park Avenue South, not to be confused with the one in the meatpacking district.SEE YOU AGAIN SOON!
