O quarto é espaço e estava bem limpo. A cama é confortável, e os lençóis de cama e travesseiros de boa qualidade.O banheiro estava bem limpo, com exceção do secador de cabelos que tinha fios presos, pó e manchas de sujeiras...As toalhas de banho era bem novas e macias.O quarto estava quentinho e podíamos controlar a temperatura conforme nossa preferência. O café da manhã é super simples e tem apenas pães, muffin, banana, manteiga, geléia, suco de laranja. Voltaremos a usar este hotel no futuro.

Este hotel merece 6 estrelas, mas 5 serão suficientes. Precisávamos de um hotel no último segundo depois que nosso voo foi cancelado no JFK e este era o único hotel que tinha quartos disponíveis. Fiz uma reserva aqui simplesmente querendo uma cama em vez de dormir no terminal do aeroporto.Todas as nossas roupas de inverno estavam presas no aeroporto e o gentil cavalheiro deste hotel na recepção literalmente me deu a jaqueta de suas costas para dar uma mordida na rua em um clima de 10 graus. Até enviaram o transporte deles para nos pegar no restaurante para voltar ao hotel às 12h30, para que não tivéssemos que andar no clima frio. Bondade incrível. O café-da-manhã na manhã seguinte foi um toque agradável.Ótimo local se você precisar de um lugar limpo e seguro para dormir no JFK. Parecia um lugar mãe e pop. Top de linha… super grato por essas pessoas depois de um dia de viagem brutal.

This hotel deserves 6 stars, but 5 will have to suffice. We needed a hotel last second after our flight was canceled out of JFK and this was the only hotel that had rooms available. Took a shot booking here simply wanting a bed instead of sleeping in the airport terminal.
All our winter clothes were stuck in the airport and the kind gentleman at this hotel at the front desk literally gave me the jacket off his back to go grab a bite down the street in 10 degree weather. Even sent their shuttle to pick us up at the restaurant to go back to the hotel at 12:30am so we wouldn’t have to walk in the frigid weather. Incredible kindness. The breakfast the next morning was a nice touch.
Great spot if you need a clean, safe place to crash around JFK. Seemed like a mom and pop kind of place. Top notch… super grateful for these people after a brutal travel day.

Eu AMO esse hotel! É meio antigo, MAS é extremamente limpo toda vez que fico aqui e a cama é confortável e há geladeira e micro-ondas em todos os quartos. Acho que o excelente serviço ao cliente não pode ser superado! Todas as pessoas que encontrei aqui, desde o motorista da van, a recepção e a equipe de limpeza, são muito simpáticas e prestativas. Fiquei aqui cerca de 5 vezes a trabalho (comissário de bordo) e continuarei vindo aqui. A única coisa que eu não amo é que não há cafeteira no quarto, então tenho que me vestir e descer para pegar meu café, mas todas as outras coisas boas compensam isso.

I LOVE this hotel! It’s kind of old, BUT it’s extremely clean every time I stay here and the bed is comfortable and there’s a fridge and microwave in every room. I think the excellent customer service can’t be beat! Every single person I encountered here from the van driver, the front desk and the cleaning staff are soo nice and helpful. I’ve stayed here about 5 times for work (flight attendant) and will continue coming here. The only thing I don’t love is there is no coffee maker in the room so have to get dressed and go downstairs to get my coffee, but all the other good stuff makes up for that.

Hotel típico com as comodidades habituais. As melhores características incluem quartos à prova de som com grandes camas macias e um preço razoável, que pode ser ainda mais barato nos sites de busca de hotéis. Não é tão bom o pequeno-almoço incluído. Continental com café o dia todo. Além disso, fica do outro lado de JFK de Nova York. É uma caminhada e tanto para chegar a Manhattan. O trânsito é muito intenso, com muitos semáforos, o que torna o trajeto muito longo. Dirigir não é para quem tem coração fraco. Os visitantes não acostumados a dirigir na cidade devem definitivamente experimentar o transporte público. As tarifas de táxi eram mais razoáveis do que eu esperava. Gostei da possibilidade de ajustar a temperatura da sala.

Great place to stay.
Room was not large but adequate for 2 people.
Clean and neat. Basic.
Very convenient location for anyone with business or pleasure in 5 Towns Far Rockaway area.
Close to airport.
They have shuttle van.
No coffee in room. But they have it 24 hours in lobby
Nice size fridge in the rooms.
Very nice staff in general.
Check out was 12 which I think is better than other hotels with 11am.

Typical hotel with the usual amenities. Best features include sound proof rooms with big deep plush beds and reasonable price which can be even lower from hotel search sites.
Not so great is the included breakfast. Continental with all day coffee. Also, it is on the far side of JFK from NYC. It is quite a trek to get to Manhattan. Traffic is very high with lots of traffic lights which makes for a long commute.
Driving is not for the faint hearted. Visitors unused to city driving should definitely try public transport. Cab fares were more reasonable than I expected.
I liked the ability to adjust the temperature of the room.

Johnny and Greg were hospitable and helpful . The airport shuttle was reliable and picked me up at my gate. Continental breakfast fullof carbs pretty standard. My room was clean and they were knowledgeable of the area. I liked that there was BOTH shampoo and conditioner in the room as shampoo is not the same as conditioner but a lot of hotels think it isalso every hotel should do this MOUTHWASH this makes me feel so refreshed after my staythey had mouthwash in the room what a nice touch. Price was reasonable given that I booked last minute and it was a weekend.
