The Fiordland Hotel-Motel Resort is situated on four acres of parkland overlooking Te Anau, in a tranquil garden setting. Every room has a picturesque, panoramic, million dollar view of the lake, mountains and the rural landscape, yet it is only an easy walking distance to the shores of Lake Te Anau and the town centre. With 94 rooms the hotel can offer a wide range of accommodation to suit every budget. The hotel has a choice of De Luxe Regency rooms and superior standard hotel rooms, all include TV, direct dial phone, tea, coffee and biscuits, and all rooms have en suite bathroom with bath and shower. 17 Motel Studio Units all have full cooking facilities. The eight Budget Motel units only have en suites, tea and coffee making facilities, TV, but no cooking although a communal kitchen is available, or guests are welcome to dine in the Hotel Restaurants.
