Very clean and location was great! The toilet was not working and the AC wasn't cooling as it should. Management was responsive.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean room and easily accessible. The door did not lock in the original room I was given, but was quickly moved to another room. Great customer service.

BEST place to stay in Corpus Christi! We stay here every time! SPOTLESSLY clean in ALL areas, reasonably priced, very nice, comfortable room, great breakfast variety offered, ALL Staff professional, knowledgeable, polite! We wouldn't stay anywhere else! Nope! Everything was perfect and exactly what you'd hope for when staying in a Hotel. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

Location was workable for me for trip purposes. Possible credit card fraud/theft attempted @ front desk. Notified of "Card Not Present" transaction on Gold Card I was told was rejected. Total of *3* SEPARATE holds on *2* SEPARATE cards (including that "rejected") initiated. Mngr unable to understand.

The location. My room was sold even though I called front desk to let them know I would arrive late. It took over 45 minutes to get a room that smelled bad and I had to share a bed with my teen child. The room should have be compt. Drunk guests in lobby.
