Pior hotel ficar sempre! Interior e exterior do hotel é nojento. Não há como os quartos serem limpos. 1 quarto não tem olho mágico, foi ligado com papel higiênico. Sofá de arrancamento quebrado, usado q-tip & granola bar sob ele também. Pontas de cigarro debaixo da cama. Os quartos cheiravam a urina e cigarros, assim como os salões. Escadarias cheias de lixo que não foram limpas por 5 dias. Lavanderia foi repugnante e secadora não secar nossas roupas e eles cheirava como eles não foram sequer lavados. A piscina estava fechada. Nós conseguimos um novo quarto após 2 dias de perguntar. Não foi muito melhor, chuveiro não tinha pressão & a água era desnecessariamente quente ... como repreendendo quente. O microondas não funcionou. Entrei em contato com o escritório corporativo via e-mail e sem resposta. Não sei como este lugar ainda está aberto.

Triste mas verdadeiro. Muito velho e desatualizado. Os funcionários disseram que não fornecem placas de "não perturbe" e não têm cobertores extras. O layout do quarto é mal pensado e tivemos que mover a mini cômoda, então não batemos no joelho ou nos dedos dos pés. Aquecedor chocalhos tão altos que não conseguem dormir e três dos quatro plugues de um lado da sala não funcionam. A menina jovem e não qualificada na recepção é rude e desligou na minha esposa duas vezes e eu três vezes. Ela nos disse que era a única disponível quando solicitei manutenção e um gerente. Quarto cancelado para reembolso total não ficou nem uma noite. A pior experiência de sempre e eu nunca vou referir Extended Stay America novamente.

Horrível. Fui para o nosso quarto e um homem estava lá. Eles nos deram outro quarto e não tinha roupa de cama, estava sujo como se alguém tivesse acabado de sair, e não tinha nenhum dos utensílios de cozinha, pratos ou utensílios. A equipe afirmou que algo estava errado com cada quarto e coisas estavam faltando em todos eles. Mas esta sala não tinha nada. Se você está sem sorte e precisa de um lugar para ficar, certifique-se de trazer suas próprias coisas para o caso.

Eu tive uma experiência terrível de ficar aqui. Quase sempre não há ninguém na recepção. Não há check-in tardio aqui (quando eu cheguei não havia ninguém para reservar um quarto e a equipe da recepção foi rude). Mesmo se você reservou com antecedência, eles não permitem que você check-in se você chegar tarde da noite. O pessoal é muito rude. O hotel está sujo e cheio de cheiro de maconha. Definitivamente, não recomendo este lugar para ninguém.

Tuve una experiencia terrible al quedarme aquí. Casi siempre no hay nadie en la recepción. No hay check-in tarde aquí (cuando llegué no había nadie para asignar una habitación y el personal de recepción fue grosero). Incluso si ha reservado con anticipación, no le permiten registrarse si llega tarde en la noche. El personal es muy descortés. El hotel está sucio y lleno de olor a hierba. Definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar a nadie.

Awful. Went to our room and a man was in there. They gave us another room and it had no linens, was dirty like someone had just left, and had none of the kitchen cookware,dishes or utensils. Staff stated something was wrong with every room and things are missing from all of them. But this room had nothing. If you are down on your luck and need somewhere to stay make sure to bring your own stuff just in case.

Sad but true. Very old and out dated. Staff said they don't supply "do not disturb" signs and don't have extra blankets. Layout of the room is poorly thought out and had to move mini dresser so we didn't hit knee or toes. Heater rattles so loud can't sleep and three of the four plugs on one side of the room don't work. Young and unqualified girl at the front desk is rude and hung up on my wife twice and me three times. She told us she was the only one available when I requested maintenance and a manager. Canceled room for full refund did not stay even one night. Worst experience ever and I will never refer Extended Stay America again.

I had a terrible experience of staying here.There is no one almost always at front desk. No late check-in here(when I arrived there was no one to allot a room and the front desk staff was rude).even if you have booked in advance they don't let you check-in if you arrive late night. The staff is very rude. The hotel is dirty and full of weed smell. I definitely don't recommend this place for anyone.

Regional manager banned s.w.i.m. for being under accommodated as the room that was rented was a class below the reservation that was made online. Banned for asking to be spoken to as a valued customer and not as a marine on the wrong side of his drill instructor for bad behaviour.

É bom para o barato, sem frescuras quando chegamos. O gerente é SUPER Fofo, mas na ausência dela há um cara que trabalha na recepção que é um pouco sarcástico e não amigável. (((Deprimidos))) 👎👎👎os outros membros de funcionários foram muito prestativos e amigáveis. Nossa estadia foi boa. Os quartos eram limpos e, para mantê-lo, você recebe uma limpeza semanal de graça, qualquer coisa mais há um custo adicional.

It'sgood for the cheap no frills when we checked in THE Manager is SUPER Sweetbut in her absence there is some guy who works front desk that'sa tad bit sarcastic and not friendly.(((downers)))👎👎👎the other members of staff were very helpful and friendly.Our stay was good.Rooms were clean and to maintain you get a weekly cleaning for free anything more there is a surcharge.Keep in mind each room with kitchenette you got to request utensils,pots etc.

Worst hotel stay ever! Interior & exterior of hotel is filthy. There is no way rooms are cleaned. 1st room has no peephole, was plugged with toilet paper. Broken pullout couch, used q-tip & granola bar under it as well. Cigarette butts under the bed. The rooms smelled of urine & cigarettes, so did the halls. Stairwells full of trash that weren’t cleaned for 5 days. Laundry room was disgusting & dryer did not dry our clothes & they smelled like they weren’t even washed. Pool was closed. We did get a new room after 2 days of asking. It was not much better, shower had no pressure & the water was unnecessarily hot...like scolding hot. Microwave didn’t work. I contacted the corporate office via email & no reply. Not sure how this place is still open.
