Cheguei tarde da noite, check-in 1245h. O serviço foi rápido depois que a auditoria foi concluída, o que às vezes acontece. Caminhou pelo estreito corredor até os elevadores que tinham muitos nomes, frases e figuras gravadas no metal. Também percebi que havia mais de 4 câmeras no saguão, e nenhuma visível nos corredores ou em qualquer outro lugar. Talvez eles estivessem apenas melhor escondidos. Vá para a sala e abra. Cheira a fumaça, embora seja proibido fumar. A unidade ac teve um pequeno atraso e desligou algumas vezes ao alterar a temperatura em alguns graus. O micro-ondas não estava nem ligado, o que me fez rir. A TV era limpa preguiçosa e amavelmente, com listras por toda parte, enquanto os espelhos eram realmente bonitos e brilhantes. Uma mesa de madeira estava coberta com uma espessa camada de poeira enquanto a outra era limpa. O banheiro e as camas pareciam limpos, mas eu estava cansado demais para realmente olhar para eles. Não odiava o lugar, mas havia muitas inconsistências e erros facilmente corrigidos que poderiam ser consertados e seria um lugar muito bom para ficar. Além disso, vi um guaxinim correr para fora do lixo e para a floresta quando fui estacionar, então foi legal! Eu realmente gostei disso

5 estrelas para o pessoal. Das empregadas ao zelador; eles são todos A +; especialmente o cara mais jovem que trabalhava na recepção que usava muletas. Eu gostaria que cada hotel tivesse alguém na recepção como ele.

5 stars for the staff. From the maids to the custodian; they are all A+; especially the younger guy working the front desk who was on crutches. I wish every hotel had someone at the front desk like him.

Não tínhamos energia nem água durante a tempestade atual. Tínhamos uma reserva neste hotel. Ligamos às 9h e nos garantiram que tínhamos um quarto. Fomos para o check-in e fomos informados pelo gerente geral que ele não estava honrando as reservas e que havia dado nosso quarto. Agora não temos nada. Leve o seu negócio para outro lugar!

We had no power or water during the current storm.We had a reservation for this hotel. We called at 9 am and were assured we had a room.. We went to check in and were told by the general manager that he wasn't honoring any reservations and had given our room away. Now we have nothing.

I got the room at $46 a night from the discount app agoda. So I’m giving them a little slack. However, if I paid the original price I would give 2 stars. My First step into the door at 11pm I see a baby roach. I haven’t seen a roach in 10 years, I stood there contemplating if I wanted to go back down and face the music of a refund and finding another hotel. I stayed got past being nauseous and slept well. My phone line was cut, which was weird. So couldn’t call the front desk... Nice bed, nice location, quiet for a Friday night. A room with a large fridge, stove and sink etc for $46 not bad, however, I Wouldn’t pay the original price to stay here. Can’t do roommates with roaches ick 😖

This location has several issues. One is the rooms are not cleaned well and they only cleaned my room once in three weeks. They also have a problem with outer doors being propped open for non-guest to gain access. I found a man walking around inside knocking on all the doors, Asif he was trying to find one open and vacant. I reported it but the front desk clerk said her manager would be informed when he came in, which he was expected to replace her shortly. I never saw him or anyone checking the indoors for the man. I did see the man again on my floor, however. The kitchen counter, desk, area under the recliner and bed and under the restroom shelf had trash and found debris. The staff is friendly and the location good but that is all they have going for them.

Camas confortáveis - quartos enormes; que atendem às necessidades (forno, micro-ondas, fogão e geladeira / freezer), mas sem pratos ou talheres - eu tive que ir à recepção e pedir o café da manhã que eles não tinham bc "Covid" 😒 .. foi dada máquina de café garantida que havia café para dois; suba as escadas em toom e descubra que não: eu tive que voltar e tomar um café e estou recuperando de uma deficiência, então andar é uma MASSIVA mulher na recepção que disse que precisava de café e ela me deu filtros ENORMES e dois pacotes de café. . funcionou; mas levei muito mais do que eu gosto de dar, pois andar REALMENTE dói. Pessoas agradáveis e permanecer no entanto. Ao fazer o pedido do quarto online - dizia que custaria 500 $ + .. ligar; custava apenas 58 $ por uma noite - portanto, se valer o preço de yall também; basta ligar e reivindicar o quarto em vez de perguntar por que 58 $ se transformam em quase 600 $ por um quarto ..

Comfy beds- huge rooms; that accommodate needs (oven, microwave, stove, and fridge/freezer)but no plates or silverware-i had to go to front desk and ask for breakfastwhich they didnt have bc" Covid" 😒.. was given coffee machine ensured there was coffee for two in it; get upstairs in toom and discover that no:i had to go back and get coffee and i am revovering disabledso walking is a MASSIVE chore-told woman at front desk i needed coffee and she plesantly gave me HUGE filters and two packets of coffee.. it worked out; buttook a lot more than i appreciate giving as walking REALLY hurts. Nice people and stay however.When orderong room online- it kept saying it would be 500$+.. calling in; it was only 58$ for one night- so if it jacks price on yall too; just call and lay claim on room instead of womdering why 58$ turns to damn near 600$ for one room..

Got in late at night, 1245ish checking in. Service went quick after the audit got finished, which happens sometimes. Walked down the narrow hallway to the elevators which had many names, phrases and stick figures carved into the metal. Noticed too there were 4+ cameras in the lobby, and none that were noticeable in the hallways or elsewhere. Maybe they were just hidden better. Get to the room and open up. Smells of smoke, even though it's a no smoking. The ac unit had a bit of a delay, and shut off a few times when changing the temperature by a couple degrees. Microwave wasn't even plugged in which made me chuckle. Tv was lazily and amateurishly cleaned, with streaks all over it, while the mirrors were actually nice and shiny. One wooden table was covered in a thick layer of dust while the other was cleaned up. Bathroom and beds appeared clean though, but I was too tired to really look into them. Didn't hate the place, but there was plenty of inconsistencies and easily remedied mistakes that could be fixed and it would be a real nice place to stay. Also, saw a raccoon run out of the dumpster and into the woods when I went to park so that was neat! I actually liked that
