El lugar era bonito y espacioso, aunque olía mal. Pagué por adelantado al momento del check in, les informé de mis mascotas y me dijeron sobre el depósito, todo bien y un total de 170. Salgo y llego a casa y ahora un segundo cargo de 210, ¿por el depósito por mascota? ¿Qué? Por 200 la noche, este no es el lugar. Qué estafa, los amantes de las mascotas se mantienen alejados. Mis perros no dejaron ningún lío, no tiene sentido.

The place was nice and spacious though it had a bad smell. I paid upfront at check in, informed them of my pets and they told me about deposit, all good and total of 170. I check out and get home and now a second charge of 210, for pet deposit? What? For 200 a night this is not the place. What a rip off, pet lovers steer clear. My dogs left no mess, makes no sense.

Eu fiquei aqui em novembro de 2020. Ouvi dizer que o hotel acaba de abrir este ano; no entanto, já há desgastes visíveis no chão no chuveiro. O café da manhã é pegar e levar, uma vez que estamos no meio da cobiça. Pedi o waffle que eles fizeram para eu ir. Quando cheguei ao quarto, o waffle já estava mole demais, não gostei. Eles só me deram xarope, sem manteiga ou geléia ou qualquer outra coisa. Aparentemente, eles estavam fora desses e o proprietário estava em processo de conseguir mais. Eles poderiam ter conseguido alguns nos supermercados para servir os convidados nesse ínterim. Eu não ficaria neste hotel após este ano. Com base na minha primeira experiência, eu esperava que a qualidade diminuísse ano após ano.

Me alojé aquí en noviembre de 2020. Escuché que el hotel acaba de abrir este año; sin embargo, ya hay desgaste visible en el piso de la ducha. El desayuno es para llevar ya que estamos en medio de covid. Tuve el gofre que me hicieron para llevar. Cuando llegué a la habitación, el gofre ya estaba demasiado blando, no lo disfruté. Solo me dieron almíbar, ni mantequilla ni mermelada ni nada más. Aparentemente, se quedaron sin ellos y el propietario estaba en proceso de conseguir más. Mientras tanto, podrían haber comprado algunos en las tiendas de comestibles para servir a los invitados. No me volvería a alojar en este hotel después de este año. Según mi primera experiencia, esperaría que la calidad bajara año tras año.

I stayed here in Nov 2020. I heard the hotel has just opened this year; however, there is already visible wears in the floor in the shower. The breakfast is grab and go since we are in the middle of covid. I had the waffle which they made for me to go. When i got to the room, the waffle already became too soft, i didn’t enjoy it. They only gave me syrup, no butter or jam or anything else. Apparently, they have been out of those and the owner was in a process to get more. They could have gotten some from the grocery stores to serve the guests in the meantime. I would not stay at this hotel after this year. Based on my first experience, i would expect the quality would go down year after year.

Lugar altamente recomendado para ficar, mesmo por um período prolongado, pois eles têm quitinete em todos os quartos! O hotel é literalmente novo (inaugurado há 5 meses, em maio), e eles trabalham muito para mantê-lo totalmente limpo! Além disso, há estações de higienização em cada andar. O pessoal é muito simpático e educado. Bônus - eles estão a apenas 10 minutos da praia de Whitecap, o que torna o preço menos oneroso no seu orçamento durante a alta temporada (como você sabe, quanto mais perto da praia - mais eles cobram). Além disso, o café da manhã está incluído, embora seja para viagem, não uma versão completa atualmente, mas tacos e waffles são ótimas entradas para o seu dia. :)

Highly recommended place to stay, even for an extended period as they have kitchenettes in every room! The hotel is literally brand new (open 5 months ago, in May), and they work hard to keep it shiny clean! Plus there are sanitizing stations on each floor. The staff is very friendly and polite. Bonus - they are just 10 min from Whitecap beach, which makes their price less burden on your budget during high season (as you know, the closer to the beach - the more they charge). Plus breakfast is included, though it's grab-and-go, not full version these days, but still tacos and waffles are nice starters for your day. :)

Nos alojamos aquí casi una semana y fue un gran hotel. Muy limpio (el personal estaba limpiando constantemente todas las áreas (incluido el exterior) del hotel durante todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí a todas horas del día. El desayuno para llevar (debido a COVID) fue excelente para llevar a la playa. Ficamos aqui quase uma semana e foi um ótimo hotel! Muito limpo (o pessoal limpava constantemente todas as áreas (incluindo o exterior) do hotel durante todo o tempo em que estivemos lá a qualquer hora do dia. O pequeno-almoço para levar (por causa do COVID) foi excelente para levar para a praia. amigável, mas ao contrário da maioria dos hotéis que aceitam animais de estimação (que geralmente são um pouco sujos), este era extremamente limpo e você nunca saberia que animais de estimação estivessem lá. A equipe da recepção foi muito simpática e nos fez sentir em casa. A equipe de limpeza era também maravilhoso!

We stayed here almost a week and it was a great hotel! Very clean (staff was constantly cleaning all areas (including outside) of the hotel the entire time we were there at all hours of the day. The take away breakfast (because of COVID) was great for taking to the beach. The hotel is pet friendly but unlike most pet friendly hotels (which are usually a little dirty), this one was sparkling clean and you'd never have known pets were there. The front desk staff was so friendly and made us feel at home. The maid staff was also wonderful!

Ótima localização. Os quartos do hotel e o espaço real são lindos - tudo é novo e bem decorado. A equipe foi muito acolhedora, com check-in tardio. Animais de estimação - eles têm uma área potty para animais de estimação com sacos para pegar depois deles. O estacionamento é a única razão pela qual eles não receberam 5 estrelas; em um movimentado fim de semana de férias com caminhões puxando barcos etc., não há espaços suficientes.

Great location. The hotel rooms and actual space are gorgeous - everything is new and beautifully decorated. The staff was very accommodating with late check in. Pet friendly - they have a potty area for pets with bags to pick up after them. Parking is the only reason they didn’t get 5 stars; on a busy holiday weekend with trucks pulling boats, etc. there just aren’t enough spaces.
