Mi prometido y yo estamos aquí con frecuencia debido a negocios y siempre recibimos la mayor ayuda de Nikki, una de las gerentes, que siempre ha estado emocionada de ayudar y garantizar que nuestra estadía sea excelente. Si por casualidad te hospedas en este hotel y tienes la fortuna de ser ayudado por Nikki entonces te sentirás como si hubieras hecho un amigo pero aún tendrás la tranquilidad de saber que un profesional está manejando tus asuntos.

Me and my fiance are frequently here due to business and are always getting the most help from Nikki, one of the managers, who has always been excited to help and ensure our stay is an excellent one. If by chance you stay at this hotel and have the fortune of being helped by Nikki then you will feel like you made a friend but still have the comfort in knowing a professional is handling your affairs.

Sem problemas além de cheirar às vezes. O atendimento ao cliente é fabuloso aqui. Nikki, Davita, Josh e Jim são maravilhosos. Você se torna "como uma família" quando fica aqui. A equipe sempre vai além para os hóspedes. Eu tenho amigos que tenho há anos que não saem do seu caminho como esses caras. Obrigado pessoal, vocês realmente são a definição de atendimento ao cliente ..😁

No hay problemas aparte de que huele a veces. El servicio de atención al cliente es fabuloso aquí. Nikki, Davita, Josh y Jim son maravillosos. Te vuelves "como de la familia" cuando te quedas aquí. El personal siempre va más allá para los huéspedes. Tengo amigos que he tenido durante años que no se esfuerzan como lo han hecho estos muchachos. Gracias chicos, ustedes realmente son la definición de servicio al cliente..😁

No issues other than it smells sometimes. Customer service is fabulous here. Nikki, Davita, Josh and Jim are wonderful. You become "like family" when u stay here. The staff always goes above and beyond for there guests. I have friends I've had for years not go out of their way like these guys have.

O que é um hotel lixo. Cheguei e fui imediatamente assediado por um cara exigindo um cigarro vagando pelo estacionamento, eu nem fumo. E agora, às 2h45, as pessoas estão discutindo bêbadas no corredor, acordando meus 2 filhos. Ligo para a recepção para reclamar do barulho e a mulher da recepção obviamente conhece as pessoas que festejam no hotel, em uma quinta à noite ... sobe e diz em voz alta para eles ficarem quietos e pergunta se eles estão vindo para trabalhar no hotel mais tarde…. Estou exigindo um reembolso pela noite.

This was a horrible stay. Nothing but disappointing problems. I couldn't upload a video of how disgusting the Ptac/Air Conditioner was but my 3 yr old daughter said "Daddy that's gunna make me sick". There was also a keyed lock on the bathroom which we all know my daughter locked so we couldn't use our bathroom till someone came and took the entire door off. I mean the pictures speak for themselves. To top it all off we were offered half a room night comp which blows my mind 🤔 HALF A ROOM NIGHT FOR A WEEK OF BS. PLUS THERE WAS 2 FIGHTS AND ONE WAS A KNIFE FIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR ROOM WHICH SCARED THE HELL OUT OF MY DAUGHTER ! NICE JOB BEST WESTERN !

What a trashy hotel. I arrive and was immediately harassed by a guy demanding a cigarette wandering the parking lot, I don’t even smoke. And right now at 2:45 am people are drunkenly arguing in the hallway waking up my 2 toddlers. I call down to the front desk to complain about the noise and the woman at the front desk obviously knows the people partying in the hotel, on a Thursday night… comes upstairs and loudly tells them to be quiet and asks them if they are coming in to work at the hotel later…. I’m demanding a refund for the night.

Após a chegada ao hotel Surestay, fomos recebidos com alegria pela Administração, o que foi uma experiência agradável. Paula também foi um prazer conversar e muito prestativa em todas as nossas necessidades. Também era agradável estar perto de Van, que sorria para nós todos os dias e nos fazia rir. A nossa estadia foi mais agradável com uma equipa e gestão excepcional.

É decente para o preço que você paga não se pode queixar do quarto. O pior foi o recepcionista que não quis me ouvir. Descemos para pegar o café da manhã de graça e o sanduíche do café da manhã não estava nos sacos pré-fabricados que ela fez. Fui contar a ela e ela insistiu que todos estavam lá. Para encurtar a história, pedimos que ela desse uma olhada nas sacolas e então percebeu que elas não estavam lá. E foi rude sobre nos dar os sanduíches. Sem educação. Dissemos obrigado e tudo sendo muito educado sobre isso.

It's decent for the price you pay can't complain about the room. The worst was the front desk clerk who wouldn't hear me out. We went down to get the free breakfast and the breakfast sandwich wasn't in the pre-made bags that she made. I went to tell her and she insisted they were all in there. Long story short we had her look into the bags and she then realized they weren't in there. And was rudeabout giving us the sandwiches. No manners at all. We said thank you and everything being really polite about it.

Upon arrival at the Surestay hotel we we’re happily greeted by the Management which was a pleasant experience. Paula was a joy to talk too and very helpful with all our needs. It was also warming to be around Van who smiled at us everyday and made us laugh. Our stay was more then enjoyable with outstanding staff and management.

great quality for the price, room was much nicer than i expected. staff was friendly and easy to work with. plus it's location is super convenient for traveling between boulder and denver. will definitely be back!

Check in and out was easy. Staff was always pretty polite especially the girl with the glasses. I didn’t catch her name. The pool was down even though it was advertised as open. Hot breakfast was a big reason I booked this place and they didn’t have that. Just go bags. A lot of sketchy people around. Not just at night either. We’d go outside for a smoke around 7-8 AM and there’s people outside arguing or trying to get into the hotel who don’t have rooms. A lot of homeless in the back of the hotel and the one next door. I was uncomfortable going outside alone it’s not the best area. $50 deposit which is nice. I haven’t gotten that back since I just checked out today but I’m thinking a few business days. I wouldn’t stay here or near the city again.

No tienen donde sacar copias. El hombre que nos atendio en la noche para hacer check in fue muy profecional y amigable. Las muejeres que estaban en la mañana cuando les pides la bolsa de desayuno hacen sus caras de molestas. Los cuartos muy chicos. Huele mucho a humedad el hotel. No me gusto que en una de las entradas del hotel fumaran mariguana.

Este hotel esta bonito, pero estoy tan decepcionada de haber estado ahi por 4 noches, al segundo dia pedi toallas limpias y papel higiénico y no pusieron 🙁 nunca limpiaron el cuarto , no creo regresar ahi 👎
