Such a lovely hotel. Infinity pool overlooking the beach is stunning. Lazy river, kids club and play area for kids. Breakfast was great. Staff are all lovely. Right opposite a shopping mall which is also handy. Rooms are nice and have everything you need. Will return soon. Can not fault it.

I am coming to Dubai each month for business. Dukes is a fantastic place for business people who want to combine work with the dynamics Dubai offers. Pool and beach access are great to relax after a busy working day.
I especially like the girls at the reception, who really make me feel like coming home each time I arrive (Lara, you are great!) and Mohamed from the breakfast area, who is always very supportive and predictive. No need to ask anymore. Coffee and juices just appear to the table without even asking. Thanks

Our stay at the hotel Dukes the Palm was impeccable! The hotel is absolutely wonderful, always clean and equipped with every comfort, like the internal and external swimming pools, the private beach, different types of restaurant and huge rooms with a stanning view! Beautiful hotel! Lovely friendly staff who go above and beyond to help. Food was amazing, great selection and all delicious. Pool and beach were lovely too. Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, beds very comfortable and housekeeping very efficient especially Elinor and Ashd who left our room perfectly clean every time! Would absolutely return for another stay and recommend the hotel to anyone travelling on holiday to Dubai!

We would like to personally thank Julius for all his support when dealing with a taxi issue.In the lobby there is a great man called Awfar. He is on hand to help, support and have a laugh with any time of day or night.

My stay at this hotel was made even better by meeting Mohamed, he served us in the GBR - he was always so polite and couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing! Our stay at Dukes the palm was wonderful. They have different varieties of food, excellent, friendly and mindfulstaffs. One of the staffs is Awfar, he welcomed us from the beginning and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are really nice and comfortablebut they are smaller than expected. The everything was clean and proper (rooms, lobby, pool, beach, eating area). During these COVID times they make sure everyone has a mask, is distancing and everything is sanitary. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back in the future!

Hotel excelente, comida muito boa, bem confeccionada, limpeza ok, localização fantástica! Vistas incríveis, piscina fabulosa. Praia boa, água incrívelmente quente, o único ponto negativo é na praia ter bastantes pedras resultantes das constantes obras à volta.

Buen hotel con personal muy servicial.Nosotros teníamos una habitación bastante grande, con desayuno incluido y en general la calidad y el servicio fueron bastante buenos. La cama era grande y el colchón bastante duro, cosa que a mi personalmente me gusta.En el desayuno echamos en falta algo más de variedad,pero lo que había estaba bastante bien.La piscina del hotel es compartida con edificios de residentes. No tiene el bar en la misma piscina, pero siempre hay camareros paseando para ver si quieres comer o beber algo.Puedes dejar las maletas en la recepción el día que te marchas de forma gratuita, y despues pasar a recogerlas.

The stay at Dukes the palm was wonderful!! Everything is very clean (rooms, dining room, lobby, pool area, bathrooms…). They always make sure that you keep social distance and wear a facial mask. The stuff at the Hotel is very friendly, helpful and mindful. The food is delicious. I would love to come back and I would recommend the hotel to everyone. Experiência ruim. Peguei a suíte Premiumcom vista pra marina. Mas me jogaram numa suíte de frente pra uma construção24 horas. Reclamei e mudaram o quarto. Depois de 1h30 hora esperando. Perdi uma noite em Dubai devido esse serviço péssimo.Precisei do serviço do concierge para procurar uma empresa de turismo e o mesmo se negou a procurar. Disse que desconhecia. Tive que eu mesmo procurar. Depois outro funcionário me explicou que eles não podem ajudar porque tem uma empresa de turismo no local.Esta empresa cobra o passeio do deserto 3 vezes mais caro. O serviço de Happy Hour não condiz com o horário no site. Eles anteciparam para 16h as 18h. Happy Hour 16h?Eles fazem de tudo pra prejudicar o hóspede. Procurem outro hotel. Não compensa apenas por ter uma piscina maravilhosa.Tem outras ótimas nas proximidades. Talvez se tivesse um quarto simples não teria passado por isso. Mas não foi o caso. Quarto Premium quero atendimento Premium. Fujam desde hotel.

I’ve been here twice it is a lovely place but I didn’t have a great experience here the first time, it was only the second time I came I had a much better time. They are doing building work directly opposite and this is what gives them a 4* rating instead of 5* otherwise the hotel and staff are amazing. Good food and drink, lovely beach and restaurant areas. My son really enjoyed his time there in December 2020 when it was just the two of us. I enjoyed myself in January 2021 when my husband took me back. Much better experience for me the second time.

El hotel es una maravilla. Trato excelente por parte de todos los empleados del hotel. Cabe destacar la organización en el buffet en cuanto a las medidas COVID, sin duda una magnífica labor. Los diferentes restaurantes a la carta inmejorables, tanto por el trato como por la calidad de la comida, así como las maravillosas vistas, destaco el restaurante khyber, no puedes irte sin probar su comida. Me hospedé en una Suite Deluxe, una magnífica habitación con todas las comodidades, sin dejar de lado las impresionantes vistas panorámicas a la Ciudad desde el salón. La limpieza tanto de las habitaciones como del hotel en sí insuperable. Enhorabuena a todos por la magnífica labor que desempeñáis en el hotel, sin duda una maravillosa experiencia que espero repetir muy pronto.
