With 150 rooms on 11 floors this upscale hotel offers rooms with available Wi-Fi flat-panel TVs with cable and ESPN and coffeemakers; some suites have jetted tubs and others have convenient kitchenettes. Spent a week here to visit my family and I can’t stress enough how incredible our stay was. This is beyond a 5 star hotel. The service is top tier. Check in was a breeze, the doormen/security up front and around the building were very welcoming, the gym staff was so generous, and the housekeeping (ours was named Daniel) provided us with excellent service! This is a hotel I can definitely see my family and I staying at every time we come to visit Lima. The area is very safe and walkable and the amenities are the best. See you soon!

If you are staying in Mira Flores, this IS the hotel to stay at. Both restaurants are fantastic and the staff is extremely professional. I have stayed here a dozen times over the last 5 months and each stay is exactly what I expect…perfect.

Exceptional experience! From the initial late night check in, from the bell attendants, amazing front desk staff, who helped with the change of rooms, since we had a suite the day after…they were able to give me the room sooner. They had a special Birthday treat for my mothers birthday.. to the overall attention from the daily housekeeping department, to the amazing server, Kevin, in La Terraza, who hosted our family birthday dinner. Note they don’t have hot water in their junior suits. Staff is friendly but couldn’t do anything about the no hot water. Overall I would recommend to go for another hotel in the area.

Shout out to staff at Doubletree Hilton. We had several cancellations due to strike and had to change plans last minute. Claudia and Selenne were wonderful and helped us get early check in. They were also very patient with bunch of sleep deprived and hungry kids. Rooms were very clean and big. Breakfast buffet spread was also nice. Overall it was one of the best doubletrees that we had stayed in.

The hotel was good with an excellent facility. But I was not too fond of the check-in and check-out experience. In connection with the riots in Lima, we decided to leave their hotel one day earlier. And they were supposed to contact with bookings about the refund. But they didn’t return to us with any update.

The service here was over the top awesome. From the dining room staff, to the doormen, to the room service attendants, to the front desk staff, I could not ask for more professional, kind, and welcoming service from the staff. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The pool area was inviting and the water was warm. Great facility in a great location as well.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 days, two times security people stopped me before to enter to the hotel, both cases they asked me if I'm staying here and another if I worked in a tour. I felt uncomfortable, why only they asked me, because I am Peruvian?, I miss Juan and Joaquin whose were respectful with everyone.

I only stayed one night but I found that I was overall very impressed. Check in and out was very easy. We stayed in the Junior Suite which was very large but lacked natural sunlight as the windows faced a brick wall which was a disappointment for a room that was not basic. The breakfast was incredibly good, lots of options including custom omelette, with excellent service from the staff. I would recommend a stay here.

Even though they were remodeling some floors it was a great experience. The breakfast was delicious, the cookies amazing and the staff very welcoming. We used this hotel as our come back place as we traveled from Lima to ica and back and later from Lima to Cusco and back.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Great breakfast, good workout area (though it gets a little crowded since it is also a membership gym), nice, comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. When I walked into my room, I was overcome by the fragrance the housekeeping staff used. Not just a little whiff, it was a full on assault of my senses. I had to open my window and door to allow some airflow to dissipate some of the odor though it lingered throughout my stay. Otherwise, the room was nice though crowded...two queen beds, a desk and chair, a lounger and an ottoman in a small room. The bed was comfortable and there were soft and firm pillows. I was (nicely) surprised to find an iron and ironing board in one side of the closet. When I opened the other side of the closet, there was a set of drawers and a safe right in the middle, taking up 3/4 of the hanging space. The bathroom was nicely appointed however, when I turned on the bath to have a shower, the water came out a rusty brown for the first several gallons. Bottled water is provided for drinking. Overall, I will stay there again.

Staff and concierge were extremely helpful and friendly. Many great restaurant's with in walking distance. Exchanged money right at the hotel, with a good rate. Slept well. Air conditioning didn't work great, so we just opened the window.

Nice sheets / pillows ... Nice lobby Super loud at night , had to change rooms in the middle of the nite because we were next to the party suite and the hotel did nothing to compensate also pool was closed for a baby shower .... Could have been nice, but we had bad luck
