Reservado on-line por US$ 40 ficou apenas um dia (quarto 210) atendimento ao cliente decente. Camas um pouco macias, cobertores ok. Estranho no chuveiro/banheiro Chuveiro sem cortina ... WC em pequena sala separada ... chuveiro pressão da água ótimo. Buffet de café-da-manhã foi bom suco de beterraba e o mingau estava no local. Tive que dar a volta no quarteirão algumas vezes para encontrar estacionamento. No check-out a recepção disse que eu tinha que pagar um imposto de 40 Dirham?! Não sei do que se tratava.

Booked online for $40 stayed only one day (room 210) customer service decent... requested some papers to be printed and also requested extra blankets not a problem. Beds somewhat soft, blankets ok .Weird set up in shower/bathroom
Shower no curtain...toilet in seperate small room ...shower water pressure great.
Breakfast buffet was good beet juice and the porridge was spot on.
Had to circle the block a couple times to find parking. Upon check out front desk said I had to pay a 40 Dirham tax?! I don't know what that was about.

Embora o hotel seja mais antigo, achei que atendeu às minhas necessidades. Meu primeiro quarto, o teto vazava no banheiro, mas eles me mudaram imediatamente para um quarto comparável. O café da manhã era bom, mas nenhuma fruta foi uma decepção, exceto tomates. Moeda trocada com facilidade.

Although, the hotel is older, I found it suited my needs. My first room, the ceiling leaked in the bathroom, but they moved me right away to a comparable room. Breakfast was good, but no fruit was a disappointment, except for tomatoes. Exchanged currency with ease.

Experiência muito ruim!! Perguntei se eles tinham quartos e não houve problema em reservar com 3 pessoas antes de fazer a reserva e eles me disseram que sim, uma vez que paguei, eles não nos deixaram ficar no quarto. Mau serviço, pessoas más, eles não se importavam que éramos americanos, eles são racistas, e os banheiros são horríveis além disso, não são limpos, não há lugar para estacionar, um pesadelo completo! NÃO recomendo! Melhor dormir na rua.

Very very bad hotel , I was so disappointed, it doesn’t seem to be a 4 stars hotel at all 😠😡, the shower 🚿 needed to be fixed( room 706) ,we finally had to switch to a twin bed room after an argument with the staff ) , I don’t recommend this horrible place 🤢, the only good thing was the girl at the reception ( Khadijah) she very kind and nice person .

Very bad experience!! I asked if they had rooms and no problem booking with 3 people before I made the reservation and they told me yes, once I paid they did not let us stay in the room. Bad service, mean people, they did not care we were American, they are racist, and the bathrooms are horrible on top of that, not clean, nowhere to park, a complete nightmare! Do NOT recommend! Better sleep on the street.

Não foi uma boa experiência, o hotel está sujo também nosso banheiro no quarto. O chuveiro precisa ser consertado, não funciona corretamente. Faltou toalhas e depois de pedir ninguém trouxe para nós.

Was not a good experience, hotel is dirty also our bathroom at the room. The shower need to be fixed, does not work properly. Was missing towels and after asking nobody brought it to us.

Hotel limpio, aunque tiene que mejorar muchas cosas, olores a humedad los horarios del gimnasio y spa, el chico de recepción muy amable y atento( aziz ).

No volvería ni de broma. Mientras dormíamos nos entró una persona por un error del personal. Al llamar al ascensor, aunque ponía que estaba en la planta cero, se abrió la.puerta y solo había caída.Nada recomendable.

El hotel es horrible.la cena justa y malísima.el desayuno aún más justo.el pasillo olía fatal.la bañera no esta adaptada para todos pq es muy alta.el baño viejo y sucio.y la habitación tenía unas pelusas q la última vez que lo limpiaron ala no había nacido.

I stayed at this hotel from the 21st to the 23rd of October. My experience was good. The staff were brilliant, soo lovely and very polite. The room was really big and spacious, the lady that cleaned my room was amazing I cannot complain about the staff, they were all so welcoming. The location was good also I would recommend staying at this hotel. The only thing that disappointed me was the lack of selection at breakfast, honestly very sparse. I only discovered the lady making pancakes and man making the omelette on the last day of my stay as they were stationed at the corners of the dining area. This upset me as the pancakes were really good. But he rest of the breakfast selections weren’t impressive at all.

El emplazamiento es perfecto si vas a tomar un autobús por la mañana. Está justo enfrente de la CMT estación privada de esa empresa. Y a 10 minutos de la del tren Casaport que lleva hasta aeropuerto

Casi correcto. Le salva su ubicación y sus Habitaciones amplias, por lo demás el desayuno escaso y servicio mediocre. El personal de recepción muy amable. Pedir la habitación de cama grande, tiene hall de entrada y salón.
