Located in Yellowknife town centre this hotel provides a free airport shuttle and a restaurant. A refrigerator and a microwave are included in each guest room. Yellowknife Airport is 8 minutes away. A flat-screen cable TV is provided in each guest room at Days Inn & Suites – Yellowknife. A coffee maker and a work desk are included. Guests can enjoy free local calls. Select rooms offer a full kitchen. Complimentary robes are provided in guest rooms. A fitness centre with an on-site sauna is open to guests of Yellowknife Days Inn & Suites. The Mantle Restaurant is available for guests; opening hours are subject to change. Car plug-ins are provided in the winter months. A business centre is also available on site. Yellowknife Golf Club is less than 5 minutes’ drive awy. Fred Henne Territorial Park is 4 km from Days Inn & Suites – Yellowknife.

We reserved our room at 8 am got to the hotel at 5:30 check in time is 4 our room was not done i waited for someone to show up at the front desk for 15 mins first off then when they showed up I was told our room was still not ready so had to wait 45 more mins and then trying to get ahold of anyone at the front desk is so hard to do no one ever answers the phones or anything

Mediocre. Room could use a renovation. Arrived to find my window open and the heat off. It was freezing cold outside and in my room. The furniture was layed out in a ridiculous and haphazard manner. Thankfully no bedbugs this visit, but I was nonetheless thoroughly unimpressed. The room smelled like old fried chicken when i got there too.

I have diamond status with Wyndham which is supposed to give me a suite upgrade if one is available. I checked online and they had three suites available when I checked in, but somehow they were not available to the check in person - so either they were incompetent in updating their inventory online, or they lied. I never did figure out which. The room very noisy, but I suppose otherwise ok. The fridge was one of the noisiest I've heard, as was the air conditioner. The air conditioner was installed through an open window, so there was no buffer from the loud noise of the main street outside. My second visit I booked a mini suite with a jetted tub. Or so their website said. But the hotel doesn't have any jetted tubs. False advertising. This time they did give me a small discount and upgraded me to a normal suite which was quite nice, except that the toilet had a constant, loud whining noise that I could hear even when the bathroom door was closed. It was the weekend so maintenance wasn't working, so it didn't get fixed.

Checked out early in the morning around 4am for my air Canada flight. The air Canada flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues. I called the hotel back and explained the issue and they said I could come back until 11am checkout time. Once arriving and paying for a cab back to the hotel they informed me that once you check out you can not check back in. Very poor customer service and would not even check to see if the room had been cleaned. Do not recommend.

Be aware before booking. I wish gave them 0 star if I could. “There is nothing I can do” is what they say all the time. Dirty floor. Clogged bath tub. Don’t expect the staffs to do everything for you. Find other hotels. Similar price with much better service.
