Marija was an amazing waitress and hostess and we always enjoyed seeing her in the dining room. The hot tub was not hot either, which was disappointing. So if you're coming hoping for the spa to be the main attraction, maybe consider another place nearby. Voltamos ontem depois de ficar 4 dias com vocês, fomos realmente muito bons, estrutura e quartos muito agradáveis, espaçosos e bem cuidados. O spa é muito confortável, o buffet e o menu de café da manhã e jantar são bem abastecidos com pratos de alta qualidade. Funcionários educados e cortês. Definitivamente a repetir.

Quartos espaçosos, insonorizados e bem acabados, staff impecável tanto nos quartos como no restaurante. Bela área de bem-estar com uma grande piscina, três tipos de sauna e banho turco. O café da manhã é super com sobremesas caseiras do confeiteiro e uma grande variedade de frutas, frios e queijos. Em seguida, o jantar é de um restaurante estrelado, aperitivos de buffet quente e frio, quatro primeiros e quatro segundos pratos de sua escolha com opção vegan todas as noites. Realmente o topo.

Adoro as montanhas no verão e fiquei neste hotel muito acolhedor e profissional em agosto. Primeira coisa: excelente custo-benefício. A gentileza da equipe imediatamente o deixa à vontade e faz você se sentir verdadeiramente "de férias". Quartos muito confortáveis e limpos com uma boa vista para a montanha. O serviço de bar é excelente e a cozinha é realmente de primeira qualidade. Café da manhã com farto buffet de doces e salgados com produtos frescos e de qualidade. Jantar com farto buffet e um menu no qual você pode escolher entre uma boa variedade de pratos que atendem a qualquer tipo de necessidade. A equipe do salão é muito simpática e prestativa. Piscina não muito grande, mas muito acolhedora. Boa variedade de saunas e área de relaxamento muito confortável. A massagista Morena é muito boa, experiente e simpática. Vale muito a pena reservar e receber uma massagem. No próximo ano, minha esposa e eu voltaremos com muito prazer.

Hermosa zona de bienestar con una gran piscina, tres tipos de sauna y sala de vapor. El desayuno es super con postres caseros del chef pastelero y una gran variedad de frutas, embutidos y quesos. Luego, la cena es en un restaurante con estrella, buffet de aperitivos fríos y calientes, cuatro primeros y cuatro segundos platos de su elección con una opción vegana todas las noches. Volvimos ayer después de quedarnos con ustedes durante 4 días, estuvimos realmente muy bien, muy linda estructura y habitaciones, amplias y bien cuidadas. El spa es muy cómodo, el buffet y el menú tanto para el desayuno como para la cena están bien surtidos con platos de gran calidad. Personal educado y cortés. Definitivamente para repetir.

Me encanta la montaña en verano y me alojé en agosto en este hotel muy acogedor y profesional. Lo primero: excelente relación calidad-precio. La amabilidad del personal lo tranquiliza de inmediato y lo hace sentir verdaderamente "de vacaciones". Habitaciones muy cómodas, limpias y con una buena vista a la montaña. El servicio de bar es excelente y la cocina es verdaderamente de primera categoría. Desayuno con abundante buffet dulce y salado de productos frescos y de calidad. Cena con un abundante buffet y un menú a elegir entre una buena variedad de platos que tiene en cuenta cualquier tipo de necesidad. El personal del salón es muy servicial y amable. Piscina no muy grande pero muy acogedora. Buena variedad de saunas y zona de relax muy cómoda. La masajista Morena es muy buena, conocedora y amable. Realmente vale la pena reservar y recibir un masaje. El próximo año mi esposa y yo volveremos con mucho gusto.

Parei no bar do hotel para comer alguma coisa às 13h, pedi um sanduíche com presunto: não, não temos pão. Apenas pizza congelada, ou torrada que também acabou congelada, pois não pude escolher o recheio. Na verdade, eles me trouxeram metade de um pão com sabor de anis bastante forte (não fui especificado) com uma fatia de talvez 5 gramas de presunto e uma fatia igualmente transparente de queijo. Péssimo serviço em qualidade e quantidade, em um hotel de 4 estrelas, inaceitável.

Mi sono fermataal bar dell albergo per mangiare qualcosa alle ore 13. Ho chiesto un panino con del prosciutto: rispostanegativa, non abbiamo pane. Solo pizza surgelata, o toastche si è rivelato pure surgelato, visto che non ho potuto scegliere la farcitura. In realtà mi hanno portato mezzo pane al sapore di anice piuttosto forte, (non mi era stato specificato) con una fettina di forse 5 grammi di prosciutto e una altrettanto trasparente di formaggio. Servizio scadente in qualità e quantita, in un hotel 4 stelle, inaccettabile.

Modern, spacious rooms with a cozy atmosphere. Everything was perfectly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Multiple cablecars are accessible on foot. The spa area offers multiple saunas, a pool and a jacuzzi. Parking is available right next to the hotel.

We stayed here as part of a ski package holiday. Lovely large room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast and dinner with good choice of wines. Spa was really relaxing and showed the cultural differences between nations (Austrians are stressed by deviations from the rules,British will not get naked in front of strangers,and Italians are unable to stay silent!). Only minor issues were a rather feeble shower and lack of tea making facilities in the room.

Excellent hotel. Everything from the moment we arrived till the day we left was great. Food was INCREDIBLE, every night they serve different extremely gourmet dishes that are simply fantastic. The breakfast was also great,overall very high quality food in everything you ate. The hotel staff was very nice and always made sure you were well treated. The only thing I might have to say that wasn't 5 stars is the pool. There was only 1 jacuzzi and was always overcrowded and not as warm as it should be.

Excellent hotel. The rooms and facilities are of very high standard as was the service: professional and efficient but also friendly, flexible and helpful. Breakfast starts the day well with a good selection of nice things. (The bread could be better though.) And the bar finishes it equally well with comfortable seating, generous measures and a genial barman.The hotel is in two sections with different rooms. The main area has all suites and is correspondingly more expensive. We were in the cheaper extension, across the road but linked by a tunnel. Still nice, big rooms with a bit of a view. And quite a lot of road noise but that was OK. In the extension is also an OK gym and a spa with whale music and wellness etc. Very nice apparently although the dress code created some angst.It's great for cycling holidays with the ski storage area working well for bikes too, with easy access to the roads on one side and the hotel and the other. Cycling in the area is awesome by the way although there was a *lot* of traffic, particularly motorbikes.Highly recommended.
