On my second stay here, the hospitality was abysmal. No manager or assistant manager on hand to handle guest concerns or complaints. There was NO WATER in our room for several hours in the evening and then again the next morning, NO WATER for hygiene or showers. And no bottled or other water was offered. We checked out showerless. Other guests mentioned they had experienced several days with no water. Nobody with authority was present to address this or offer any compensation. I was asked to fill out a complaint form but it has been 3 days and there has been NO follow up whatsoever. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

It' s a nice place. Breakfast should be served at 7am, but really they it is ready maybe 7:20. Just to consider when making timely plans.

I’ve been waiting to write this review. This place pretty much screwed over my husband and I on our honeymoon. We were only to stay a few nights, and we had a confirmed booking through Air Bnb in August. We arrived in September, only to be told they would not honor our reservation, and that if we would like to pay more, we could have a room. (What?) When we asked to speak to the management, the receptionist called the “manager” again, who conveniently was not available in person, and gave us some story- ending with that we would have to pay more than the original reservation. Our impression? Lousy customer service- just out to make money! BOOK elsewhere, unless management has changed.
